Coachella Tickets 2018: How to Buy Passes to See Beyoncé, Eminem and The Weeknd

A year after postponing her Coachella headline slot due to pregnancy, Beyoncé will finally perform at the desert festival this April, along with fellow headliners Eminem and The Weeknd—and you can bet tickets are going to be in high demand.

Tickets for Coachella, which is stripped across two weekends in April, go on sale Friday at 12 p.m. Pacific time. You can pick between Weekend 1 or Weekend 2. Tickets are priced at $429 for general admission and $999 for VIP passes.

If you want to guarantee yourself a spot in the crowd to see Queen Bey’s big comeback, then here’s what you need to know:

When is Coachella?

Weekend 1 takes place the weekend of April 13 to 15. Weekend 2 is April 20 to 22.

Who is performing?

The Weeknd will headline Friday 13 April and 20 April. Beyoncé headlines Saturday 14 and 21 April. Eminem will perform Sunday 15 and 22 April.

Other big names performing include Haim, Migos, Cardi B, SZA, Chic featuring Nile Rodgers, Post Malone, French Montana and Miguel.

When do tickets go on sale?

Advanced ticketing went on sale in June. But, fret not, because the general sale begins Friday at noon PST.

How to buy tickets

When the clock strikes 12 p.m. PST Friday, visit Coachella.com and you should automatically be placed in a queue to purchase tickets.

Once you reach the order page, you will be prompted to select either Weekend 1 (April 13 to 15) or Weekend 2 (20 to 22), and the type of tickets you want. General admission is $429 and VIP is $999.

But beware: That is just the fee to enter the festival. You’ll also need to arrange your accommodation. Car camping or tent camping is an additional $113, or, if you want to spend the big bucks, you could stay in a tee pee from prices starting at $2,458.
