This is because they don't have the sources in Gaza for healthy cattle to breed and they can't grow vegetables on waste land!!! Israel CONTROLS Gaza. Everything from what they eat and drink to their electricity and gas. The Palestinians don't want this but they have no choice. It's either take it or die. So no, they don't want to rely on your stingy supplies or live on handouts. Like any other person in the world, they want independence but how can they have that when they're imprisoned? The Palestinians CAN and HAVE taken care of themselves and their land and that's evident in the pre-Israeli invasion. And let's face it, Hamas is no worse than the Israeli army. They both set fear into one another, the only difference is Israeli's actions are being dumb down and Hamas' blown way out of proportion.
