  I am in South Central PA and I moved up here from Northern VA...after I lost my FT job before Christmas. BIG MISTAKE.
  They have higher unemployment, the factory jobs are not hiring, and you have to be very mobile up here just to get around.
  Lots of rentals but sales are sluggish at best. Lots of foreclosures and farm land for sale. Credit is tight. Jobs are scarce.

  Just remember cami77 (so you are barely 30 years old) - you really don't know much about much. I grew up in the 60's - "Don't trust anyone over 30"!
