It is absurd for a president to comment on others when Mr. Karzai himself can barely move out of Kabul. In all fairness it must be understood that taking arms will not solve anything, it will not stop terrorism and it will not make the world convert to Islam either. Fighting terrorism should be less literal. Leaders must end this rhetoric and come to the fact that when liberty of a people is denied, they will find ways to revolt.

When a Taleb is injured in the morning in Kandahar, in the afternoon he is on an operating table in Quetta. What do you call that? Thank you for hosting Afghan refugees, don't forgett the billions of dollars that poured in , in aid. Not all of which went to the refugees.

Yes, Taleban are 99% Pashtuns, but Pashtuns live on both side of the border. Yes, Afghans should be grateful that Pakistan sheltered them, but don't forget that billions of dollars poured in from the world over, and not every dollar went where it should have gone.

This site gives an enlightened perspective of the type of people that exist in the whole sub-continent in turmoil. If senseless fighting at this site from safe heavens is the order, than ground realities are obvious. Can the sub-continent and its Afghan extension be enough enlightened in near future to realize the real reasons for their grilling plights?
Can somebody tell how Osama trained Freedom fighters against Russians suddenly became Taliban terrorist, militants, jihadist, etc., after winning cold war for the US? Is it not a fact that, Osama was trained at the US high profile centers of espionage and sent to Afghanistan for the job he did to the full satisfaction of his masters?
Just imagine the connection. Osama trained for a job meticulously by the US, can only be taken as still ON the JOB. Other way round is not possible because, even in remotest possibility, it will damage beyond redemption, the dignity and honor of his mentor, which is un-imaginable.
In all probability, Osama's assignment is half visible and half hidden. He is more deadly hidden, creating terror without face, killing millions for his mentor under a covert mission, without using WMD. His weapon is the same that killed the Russian terror. Now the same weapon is being used to kill the WMD itself, lest it can be used one day, against the mentor itself.

Thats a little harsh, Karzai obviously cares about the well being of the citizens of Afghanistan. Are terrorists in Afghani or Pakistani territory? The answer is neither and both, since they share the Hindu Kush Mtn. Ranges as a border, which provides an ideal situatuation for extremists to train, and operate in, from and out of.
Unity is definetly an issue however, while I served a combat tour there, we would occasionally be called into settle internal disputes between the Afghan army and the Afghan Nat'l Police, where both sides would actually shoot at each other and take prisoners. It's a strange beast in Afghanistan.

President Hamid Karzai is trying to put blame on Pakistan at the behest of someone. Afghanistan is the home of Taliban. They are all from different pakhtoon tribes of Afghanistan. They were all trained and have control over more than 70% of Afghanistan. In light of these facts one can easily discern that terrorism is emanating from Afghanistan and not Pakistan. Rather Pakistan is facing the brunt. Karzai is a selfish and thankless opportunist who had been living in Pakistan for 20 years like 3 million other Afghan refugees but he spares no opportunity to blame and malign Pakistan.
