    Where's the recipe for Louis Osteen's hamd and white bean soup? I've searched every combination I can think of and can't find it.

    A great cookbook I found that does seasonal food is called Always In Season. All the recipes I've made from there are great and you know if you cook seasonally the ingredients will be available and fresh and just what you are craving.
