I am very surprised that the media and anyone else would not expect the former President to not come to Hillary's aid in this campaign. It is true that the media likes to create controversy but I see that the attack is mainly towards Mrs. Clinton. Why is that? She is a remarkable person and for Michele Obama to make such a vulgar comment is shameful for a woman who is also trying to live in the White House. That comment is going to haunt her I am willing to betsounded to

    Foxy,
You are a liar! Do not act like there is not intra-racial crimes committed by every group that you have declared that black people attack.

It would appear that the only real crackhead in your post~is you!

I don't know? I think I just feel better with familiar Clinton-economics in charge at this place in time. Our economy is in dire straits and look how Bill Clinton cleaned up after Mr. Bush who had our country in huge debt. Clinton balanced the budget and build jobs and the economy. Junior Bush allowed corporations to run amok without regulations. Corporations cannot be allowed to run amok and need to be regulated. Hillary said she would do this. Does Obama even know he needs to do this. See? I'm not sure? Are you? Or like G. W. Bush will he depend on others to tell him what and how he needs to do things. Obama has only had one year in the senate before he decided to run for the presidency. During the Nevada debate it appeared it didn't know how to vote correctly in the senate. That worries me! I don't care what people think of how well or not the candidates campaign or how popular or cute they are... Let's get serious because these are serious times. YOUR future depends on a good president. We have just had seven years of a clueless president. Do you want to take the chance on getting another one in there like that? I don't! In these needy times I know Hillary can get the job done. Hillary is a strong woman, determined, bright, intelligent... she just needs to call off Bill now for awhile... he needs to fall into the shadows.. her shadows. He's just getting a little too enthusiastic and needs to back off and let her do the campaigning.. Bottom line.. in these troubled times.. HIllary knows the problems and more importantly she knows how to fix them and will get on it ASAP..where as I think Obama will get lost in the shuffle..of his papers (that he admits he loses...we can't have this.. ) The middle class needs help.. we need to look beyond campaign tactics and look at who is specifically offering decent corrections for this country..I know that Hillary can deliver.. personally, I don't think OBama is up to it. Maybe vice president but not president. Sorry.

Obama promises change and moving forward. Well..time starts now for everyone.. not just him. No matter what anyone does whether he or Hillary.. it will be change and moving forward. I'm sorry but Obama does not impress me..it's just words. He speaks too generally where as Hillary tells us specifically what she plans on doing, and when and how.

There is NO DOUBT in any objective person's mind that the MEDIA IS BIASED where the Clintons are concerned!!! Obama can do and say ANYTHING and he is given a pass. Even this REZKO scandal is not talked about on cable TV or the mainstream media. God forbid if this were about the Clintons, that's all they would talk about!!

When Obama left Nevada without congratulating Hillary on her caucus win, the media said NOTHING!!! Yet, even though Hillary DID CONGRATULATE Obama on the phone, in a statement and on TV last night, the media said she didn't do enough!!! HUH?? How can they get away with this???

The thing is the MEDIA HATES THE CLINTONS!!! Either they LOVE Obama or since they are mostly Republicans, they KNOW that Obama will be a good whipping boy in the general election!!

The sad thing is that many democrats seem to think Hillary really does have experience. In her two terms as a senator, she has yet to put forward a single bill, asking that the senate consider making it a law. Yes, she does have whilte house experience, as Bill's co-president, but if she gets elected, it will be another co-presidency. While that may not be all bad, the Clintons have lost a lot of credibility with their smear campaign of Obama. Too bad Bill can't be kept under Hillary's control - if he could, we might believe she would really make the decisions as president.

Thank you Dems. Bam bam or Billary, doesn't matter. Only Dems could take a gift election and screw it up by nominating someone that the average joe can't vote for. GW won that way and Republicans can't wait to face either of your "leaders". Bam bam or Billary? Don't worry, no one will notice the obvious reasons that they will not receive votes from the majority of average Americans that consistantly look beyond the surface of your Dem. TRUST ME ;)

You know what? Hillary Clinton does have eight years of experience in the White House...along with the White House pastry-chef...

What makes Hillary Clinton more experienced than Barrack Obama? I am a little confused. Since when does being someone's wife give you experience. If you are a surgeon's wife, can you perform surgery? If you are a theologian's wife can you deliver a sermon? How ludicrous is this and the media seems to be buying this prevarication (lie). First of all, the only public office to which Hillary Clinton has ever been elected is U. S. Senator. She has never been ELECTED to public office prior to that. Her so-called EXPERIENCE comes vicariously through her husband's elections both as governor and as president. Can a wife put that on her resume when she goes to get a job? My husband was CEO of a fortune 500 company and I was his wife; therefore, elect me CEO. It's insane. While I know I will not vote for Hillary Clinton, after the unethical behavior exhibited by the former president and condoned by her in distorting Obama's record, I am undecided, though leaning towards Obama or Edwards in primaries. Obama was a community organizer in Chicago for years, an advocate for Civil Rights as an attorney, an Illinois State Senator and now a U. S. Senator. He was ELECTED to the State Senate and was ELECTED to the U. S. Senate and did grassroot community work. Mrs. Clinton was ELECTED to the U. S. Senate from a state in which you hardly had lived except to get on the ticket. Obama is invested in service, since when is being older, equated with experience. Oh, please get over it! Now whose telling a fairy tale, Bill?

While I disagree almost completely with Barack Obama on his policy ideas, I believe he's an honest, principled man. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the former President. A sanctioned liar, Bill Clinton will say anything to achieve his objectives and his wife, who has convinced herself and many of her supporters that her husband's experience has permeated her through some sort of osmosis, is at least his equal in prevarication. The complicity of the press in this farce is stunning. There seems to be fear in the media that they'll be the culprit if they refute in real-time the phony accusations that come out of the mouths of this political "Bonnie and Clyde" duet. They allow themselves to be accused of all sorts of bias with no real-time response. Their conduct is disgraceful. While Obama has to demonstrate his ability to weather the mudstorm being slung by the Clinton garbage machine, he shouldn't allow himself to be dragged into the pigsty that is the natural milieu of his opponents. The true test of Obama's character will come if Clinton somehow hoodwinks the people, is nominated and offers him the vice-presidency.

THE PRESS IS AFRAID TO ASK OBAMA THE TOUGH QUESTIONS.THE PRESS ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE MADE THIS ELECTION ABOUT RACE.THEY CAN BEAT UP ON THE WOMAN,BUT THEY HAVE NO GUTS TO BEAT UP ON OBAMA,AND WE ALL KNOW WHY.BUNCH OF COWARDS.

Obama's 1-2 -3 Opportunity to Leave Bill and Hillary on the sidelines:

    1) Go to Torrey Pines and honor Tiger for resisting old time calls to react to an ugly comment, and stay focus on applying great competence.

    2) Go to Hollywood and tell rappers and music execs that great art reflects its time, and that a time of great hope is growing in America, where self-respect is about overcoming self-destruction (as I did in my youth) and applying oneself to self-construction.

    3) Go to the steps of the UN, and challenge the media to tell us:

    a) how many white Americans have criticized Bush for his NSA turned Secretary of State? Answer the question: Not one. And say thank you to Condi Rice for her competence. And note that many conservatives, who conventional wisdom says still deeply racist, suggested Condi as a presidential candidate.

    b) By the same token, how many whites criticize either Clinton or Bush for the respect and authority of Colin Powell? None. "A nation bogged down in war longs for the competence of the Powell doctrine: clear outcome, and clear path to victory, or stay the hell out."

    c) How many Americans lampooned Clinton, for Madeline Albright. None. As with the two above, she exuded professional competence.

So the world outside is already accustomed to seeing women and blacks represent America's strength and competence -- whether Republican or Democrat.

It is clear to the outside world that a land where people are judged by the content of their character and the profile of their competence decisively trumps the God-given features of their body type.

America's beautiful silence on the great professionalism of Condi, Colin, and Madeline shows that the train of hope from the 1950's to today has been chugging right along, though many failed to see it.

An now we are accelerating it. Bringing it out of the shadows and onto main street, for millions of Americans to jump aboard.

Obama has earned his opportunity to win over the silent majority.

It will be very interesting to see what this intelligent man does with his 9 days up to Feb 5.

It seems he has a chance to leave the bombs Bill has thrown smoldering uselessly on the sidelines as his parade grows and grows.

You had me until you mentioned Madeline Albright. She was a DISASTER. But you are right about one thing - it isn't because she is a woman. You are absolutely correct about Rice and Powell. Rice, especially, is unbelievably great at her job, black, and a woman. I think being the latter two actually make her efforts even better. Like all great people who have abilities AND something about them that seemingly makes them "different" - it is their ability to do such great things that even people that may have used their differences against them, have respect (even if reluctant) for them.

Unfortunately, a Clinton presidency, and soley due to Bill Clinton, would move us backwards instead of forward. We would return to the politics of revenge, for he has not forgotten those who tried to take him down. And Republicans would not join to support Hillary because of Bill. BOGO (Buy One Get One) free is not always a good thing. An Obama-Edwards ticket is the future. It's a sure thing for capturing all demographics...male, female, red, brown, yellow, black, white, young and old. That ticket is gold.

I've been completely turned off by this arrogant, underhanded tag-teaming that the Clintons are pursuing. I used to be on the fence between the Democratic front-runners, and sometimes I used to think we'd be better off with "a Clinton" in the White House again. Now I can't bear the thought of it. Bill's aggressive antics and Hillary's shrill lies have pushed me firmly to the Obama side. I'm fed up.

Huckabee's false ingenuity in asking whether Mormons believe that Satan is Jesus's brother has met its match...

Bill Clinton, my favorite American President, digs up Jesse Jackson's wins from 1984 and 1988. The old master wonk, knowing of all things political, just nailed himself with that transparent bit of trivia.

Last week, none other than Pat Buchanan accused the Clinton's of ghettoizing Barack. But in the Clinton's defense, I'd say there was no smoking gun. Now there is. Wacky.
