Photos: Hail to the Beasts--A Gallery of Presidential Pets

All the presidents' dogs, cats, sheep, goats and other animals

Iran. Iraq. The economy. Oh, and what kind of dog to get for the girls? The president-elect has a lot on his plate already--but few issues have captured the public's imagination quite like the puppy conundrum. It's a hairy issue, Barack Obama told reporters at his first post-election press conference. They need a hypoallergenic dog (because of daughter Malia's allergies), but they'd like to choose amongshelter dogs--which, Obama said, tend to be "mutts like me." Here, a look at the animal companions past presidents chose--from mutts to purebreds, to...a cow named Pauline.

We must stop the killing of wolves. The wolf is a social animal and live in familial and societal groups with a hierarchy. To have members killed randomly is stressful in the extreme to the group.
Why do we feel that we have the right to treat our fellow creatures in such a way? I think that it is not only wrong, it may well be a sin! We must find ways to share our lives with the other inhabitants. If not, I think in the end, we will
    destroy ourselves. hfengland

In making any decision, all you should take into consideration is inevitably to be kept in mind to make a wiser comment, avoiding hostile critical comment. The best thing optimit should care is to make a kind comment in the aim of contribution to the benifit for the surroundings , and to think in the right view is the art of a wiser, isn't it?
