I know its a difficult thing for most of you to do, but please pull those dusty thinking caps out of the closet and fit them on your head, an maybe you'll conclude the same thing - that the Republicans would not vote a democrat into office for any reason. It goes against the grain - is against their religion, and any other cliche' you can add...But the fact remains that they are trying to pull the wool over your eyes, and dazzle you into thinking that Obama is the next messiah, and then they'll take a gun and blow your brains out on election day when you discover the truth which is Obama cannot beat McCain. As a staunch republican for the last 15 years, I have decided to become a democrat, largely due to Mike Huckabee. I have been shocked an appalled at the outright hatred and unfair prejudice he and his staff have exhibited towards members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Hatred and persecution is not Christian. We in this great country need to stand up for the civil rights of ALL people in this country regardless of race, gender, or religion. This country was founded on the principle of religious freedom. I have never met a group of more devout, kind, honest Christians than the "Mormons." The democrats do a much better job of including, standing up for, and loving everyone. My vote will be going from Mitt Romney to hopefully Barack Obama. Mike Huckabee, you have left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was one of Bush's most staunch supporters and before this election I never could have dreamed of registering as a democrat.

His name says it all. He is of muslim heritage, attends a muslim sympathizing "church", he wants a full blown civil war in the Middle East, and he IS a media created one hit wonder. If you support Hussein then there is NO possibility that you are a Republican. This idea is, to use Bills words, "a fairy tale".

John McCain was once a military leader of men and women of all races, but he declined invitations to address several black and hispanic groups???scheduling conflicts???

I've had the privilege of serving in the military with representatives of the same groups of people John McCain ignored. They serve this country proudly, and bleed the same red blood! They have wants and desires just like every other group. They simply asked him to speak to them. John McCain declined!

We go to college, graduate, and hardly get a chance to exercise the new ideas coming out of our educational institutions because people keep misleading us into thinking they have the best ideas and represent the future.

I'm a staunch conservative, and love this country.

Obama wants to give the country back to the American people. He knows we're predominantly white, dominate the House of Representatives, dominate the Senate, and dominate the military. They'll keep him in line, and any experience he's lacking they'll provide. Of that, I???m confident!
