Just listen to all the cynicism in so many comments. Where does it come from? I have an idea. How about being young and believing that you can make a difference and have that hope ripped away and grow up and become disillusioned by the realization that all you are is a consumer of goods to provide ever increasing wealth to the elite. Look at what we have let happen to our country. This government that was founded by the people for the people. How many of you really truly still believe that when we watch Bush Mobile make record (in the history of the country) profits. This is not a new theme people! It???s been going on since the beginning of time. But what we should never forget is that throughout history there have been leaders who have inspired people to make a difference.

But lets not go there, lets keep the status quo, lets sit back and watch our jobs go to China and our top executives screw up their company???s and still make 300 hundred times the average workers wages. Lets keep working more hours for less pay Lets keep the Iraqi quagmire going and lets not worry about being white watered.

I have been told by several hard core republicans that they want Obama and if he wins the nomination, they will be voting for him. However, they also tell me that if its Hillary, they will vote for McCain. I think many see Obama as a breath of fresh air and an optomistic future. Hillary and McCain are mired in the past and their views are products of the times they lived. They both have more experience but sometimes that is a handicap. I think many of us in this country Dems and Reps alike are tired of bickering amongst ourselves. Many Dems aren't happy about abortion and many Reps actually care about the environment and the poor. We aren't as divided as we have been led to believe. We can work together.

During the 19th Century another great added this important ending in a speech regarding a battle in a war that would unite this country "-- that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth." Obama says he wants change but knows and freely admits that this something alone that he can not do-must not do. So therefore like Abraham Lincoln, freely admits in fact promotes that this country must be run by the people, and Obama is indeed the voice of the people and there cry for unity and change.

I am surprised to see that Obama is continuing to be reporteded by the media as this god or something. I thought he was gonna take CAL. by 13 points in the last poll before Feb. 5. I am thinking that this so called surge is something that the media is trying to make. It is and will not work. We know nothing about Obama due to the lack of News Coverage on him. This is unheard of, you know the Republican machine will make sure his record is known to us all.

I can't take it anymore, I feel like half of our government officials are really aliens in human form taking over our country slowly, They use minded numbing brain waves to control peoples thoughts and actions, yes I am talking Liberals and fake Conservatives in Washington. Hell a woman can fake a sob, spew out some sensitive sounding crap and get women to show up in droves to vote to save her. Or a man can say the word CHANGE and people flock to him as if he was god and then his followers are now considered Obamacans or Obamacrats. Or an old guy who admits he is not economically savvy and also tries to push through bill to allow all illegals amnesty behind the citizens backs, even though the polls say the #1 concern is the economy and #2 is ILLEGAL immigration but they still vote for this guy I don't understand it, it makes absolutely no sense at all, that is why my only resort is to trust in my alien theory. Hey, maybe I should invent a Anti-alien brain wave helmet to protect people from this, then maybe people would be able to use their brain when it comes to voting for someone, rather then if they like how the person talks, or how they look. One more thing I noticed at the end of this article,it says McCain promised not to tape ads against Obama if he is the nominee, yeah ok John lets see if you stick with that when you find yourself getting crushed by both his followers and the Conservatives who stay home because they know you are not what you say you are.(STUDY THE FACTS-DON'T RELY ON EMPTY PROMISES THAT NEVER COME TRUE)-------GOD HELP US

This is for all those individuals who are trapped by their own ignorance. You have to take time out from your Boring experience called life to go look at the events of today and how they are affecting the society as a whole; unless ofcourse you live in a vacuum which I believe most of you who are talking nonsense about OBAMA do live in a Vacuum. I can bet that No one who is against OBAMA has any desire to see change from the way America is today. If you don't vote for OBAMA, you or someone you love will be shipped out to Iraq to fight and die for Nothing. Hillary Clinton is like the Republicans she is going to face in November, she has the lobbyist money. OBAMA does not. With Hillary we are getting the same old ,very old political body party in the White-House, I would say no,and let her show us that she can take care of Bill his cigar habit,and that will take all her time.,so she is out of the picture.

Obama is an young man with new ideas what this country badly needs, we have to change and he can get it done with a lot of help from our young and some older man in his new administration,this has to work ,we have to start all over again to get this country back on track and it won't come easy ,the country is in on his knees right now and we have to fight our way back.Give Obama you'r vote,Go for that total change,there is no other way out,a patch up won't work. My heart embraces Hillary Clinton and I would love her to become president. But! Just the thought of Bill Clinton who is known to a lot of us as Slick Willie, will be going right back into the white house with his wife. Therefore let???s not be naïve, it will only be business as usually with him; which we as a people don???t need as we fight and struggle to go into the future. Bill want have total influence over his wife in the white house, but he will have 20% influences over her in having his way. And to be perfectly honest, she owes him that much sense he worked his but off in her campaign. And she must show that loyalty back to her husband even if she resist, because a favor deserves a favor all over the world. And Bill has call a lot of his markers in to help support his wife, and those who owe Bill favors when he was President, had to show him loyalty and return the favor they owe him. That???s the political machine we???re trying to break away from, because our children and grandchildren don???t owe nobody nothing. Free this next generation from the hands of old tomb stones. Let us go, please let this young generation that you love! Let us go. You only got to be young at mind to see and understand my point.

Part two:

I do not think we will have another opportunity in a while for a woman of the caliber to run for office again. I see a red flag. I think it is no coincidence that Obama has raised more money than he could imagine, I believe it is money coming from contributors who can donate just enough to stay under the radar (not donating large enough to have to file papers) and these contributors are that of republican supporters who want Obama as the Democrats nominee with the notion that he will not beat the republican nominee. They hate the Clintons so much that they are willing to support Obama, because they know if Hillary wins the Democratic Nomination, they will have a hard time beating her. I am fearful that should Obama loose the nomination and it is Clinton, many of his supporters are either going to stay at home and not vote at all or outright vote republican and we will certainly have another republican and a gun ho one at that (McCain) So while the excuses for not voting for Obama maybe valid, I think it has allot about voting one???s conscience. Granted Should Obama get the nomination from the party, you can bet all your money "I will support him???hands down!"
