Does everyone have amnesia? Where were you on 9/11??? What were you thinking??
I'm assuming that people have been led down the yellow brick road to WHERE??? WE
need not worry about change until we solve the idioc sadistic terrorist who are intent on
destorying OUR country. Change? There won't be anything to change if the terrorist are
not dealt with on their turf...The next hit won't be nearly as confined or as forgetable.
Vote for Defense #1...or you'll have some towel head knocking on your door, so your
kids can watch their dad's beheading....visit this site...www.tucc.org/about.htm and you
will have a clearer understanding of where Obama's allegiance really lies..THIS is
HIS church, his #1 pledge and it's scary..very scary..HIS loyalty lies in Kenya, where
his grandparents and relatives STILL live...blank check to Afraic...

this site needs a fact filter to prevent all you real terrorists from posting your hate speech and lies on a site made for debate and opinion....you people make me sick....please do us all a favor and jump off the tallest mountain you can find...on the way maybe try to find Jesus...you need him more than we do right now..."he who is without sin"....you know the rest...OBAMA-08

Ranger, I'm assuming that you're an army ranger. If that is the case, you were brainwashed in bootcamp to adhere to and believe in anything you're told by the president. That's a good thing when it comes to following and executing orders, however, it politics. Do you really think that Terrorists could ever come to our home turf and go door to door looking for victims? Don't be silly, if they came to my home, they'd be greeted with a big dog and flying bullets. You've obviously bought into the politics of fear. I'll tell you what isn't the answer.. A war in Iraq. I think it's pretty common knowledge that Bin laden is in Pakistan, yet we appease them. The terrorists came from Afghanistan, yet we ignore the situation there to focus on Iraq, which had nothing to do with the terrorists in the 1st place. We're not any safer than 9/11 because we've destabilized the middle east and allowed bin laden to walk. What ever happened to people drawing their own conclusions, based on the reality around them? It seems as though everyone adheres to whatever philosophy they've been spoon fed by the media. Wake up!!

obamas wife is so angry at the world - why is she so upset looking all hte time - is obama a muslim andif not then why doesnt he say the pledge of allegaeance on stage with everyone else andwhat has he ever doen for the p[oor whites in this country? VOTE CLINTON - unite white people put 90% of our vote toward a white candidate like the blacks are doing for their race. Stand up for ourselves and stop pacifying blacks - slavery is gone - t we need help in this country too - we dont benefit affirmative action - go CLINTON. our country is in serious trouble if we donnot unite

    • Posted By: Prophet101 @ 02/07/2008 3:53:47 PM

he does say and leads the senate in the pledge...obviously you do watch C-span or any other respectable news agency....shows just how small of a mind it takes to say such things about Barack or any other "black" person...sounds like you need to listen rather than type....or a least watch so you can see all the Clinton poo raining down on us all....OBAMA-08

    • Posted By: aunjo1 @ 02/07/2008 2:48:50 PM

first of all affirmative action is not just for blacks it's for minority's which include women so please get educated on this before thinking that only blacks are the one's that's benefitting from affirmative action. i am a african american who happens to have a 20 year old male in college that graduated from highschool with a gpa 4.0 he didn't qualify for any assistance because my husband and i made to much money. so blacks with decent income are not getting everything as some of you white people think. but, poor people be it black or white. thank you

Let me tell you about Obama's experience before he came to be US senator..He was an Illinois State Senator with a 20 year friendship with Sezko, ( his words on "This Week" Two weeks ago)..Next day after Obamas statement, Sezko was hauled away to jail by the FBI, for "corruption, influence peddling, and demanding kickbacks from companies seeking business with state of Illinois", ALL This Under the watchful eyes of Obama while Sezko was State senator of Illinois..You can't tell me that Obama did not know what was going on..If he doesnt know whats going on in his own state there under his watch, how can he watch over the whole USA??????

hmmm....Have you ever heard of Whitewater??? Shut the he&* up already idiot

      • Posted By: lamm01 @ 02/07/2008 3:45:21 PM

At least Whitewater was fully investigated. No conviction or wrongdoing there. Can you say the same about Obama? I think not.....

  • Posted By: finfangfool @ 02/07/2008 1:14:12 AM

Take a moment and ask yourself this question: Do you honestly believe that Hillary could have been elected a Senator of New York (a state she didn't even live in when she decided to run for the seat) if her name wasn't Clinton? And if not, how can we take her seriously as a potential commander-in-chief? Voting on name recognition has done enough damage to this country and its reputation over the past eight years.

    • Posted By: lamm01 @ 02/07/2008 3:36:35 PM

Same could be said for Robert Kennedy. And to think that a day doesn't go by that your candidate doesn't repeat his words verbatim and constantly compare himself and and his campaign to the late senator's. Probably because he doesn't have anything original or intelligent to say for himself

    • Posted By: KaraG @ 02/07/2008 2:04:37 AM

She may or may not have been elected in NY, but what does it matter? She was. She is known for her own merits. She will work hard for America, just as she has for many years!

      • Posted By: Dana 77 @ 02/07/2008 12:26:39 PM

I agree with you. Look at history...This is a common practice among all politicans if they are planning a future in government. Look at Romney. Utah, Michigan then on to Mass. That is just an example. Half of Congress has moved from state to state, even parties, to get into Congress. posted by Dana77

I am digusted in how the media has started to focus on the Hispanic vote. The media is now starting to raise the question of Hispanic racism towards African-Americans. This is typical. Why isn't the media focusing on the African-American community and questioning their motives for voting for Obama? I can almost guarantee that they are voting based upon race. Doesn't that make them the true racists? The last time I checked, the Clintons were soft on immigration and other issues that directly effect the Hispanic community so the Obama campaign can save the rhetoric for those who can't hear the emptiness of his speaches. Please America, vote for substance not flash. Oh and by the way. I am a Republican.

    • Posted By: aunjo1 @ 02/07/2008 3:20:51 PM

needs2besaid thinks that the only reason why blacks are voting for obama is because he's black wnd that we are racist, how ingorant do you sound. i am an african american women and the reason why i support obama just as you are a republican is because of the issues that are presented sounds favorable to you. i believe in my opinion that obama is the best person to lead this country in the right direction i find that hillary is to fickle. but, if i agreed with mrs. clinton on some of her issues surely i would have voted for her. and please for all of you out their that think that all blacks are voting for obama because of skin color are sadly mistaken and you need to look at yourself in the mirror because perhaps you're the racist.

where are you getting this about him not supporting america by not pledging allegiance to the flag? I'd like to see ANYTHING resembling proof of this. he is a patriotic american. don't vote for him if you don't want to, fine, but how DARE you spread this nonsense about any democrat?

  • Posted By: claudiab70 @ 02/06/2008 4:01:43 PM

Hope people don't take this the wrong way; but, I believe that most African-Americans are voting for Obama because of his skin color. If people would view the experience of each candidate, they would see that Hillary is the "Man" for the job.

    • Posted By: THE RAVEN @ 02/06/2008 7:52:54 PM

Of course we blacks will vote for blacks because they are black. That's all we do. We are so ignorant, we know nothing about politics, and will vote black because we're black. SHUT THE *** UP! Those days never exsited, and we laugh at your simple-mindedness. If anything, Blacks are more intuned to what is going on politically then whites because of the bullshit we've had to endure from ignorant white politicians for centuries.

      • Posted By: aunjo1 @ 02/07/2008 3:09:46 PM

alright raven i have to agree with you on some of your stance. why is it that everytime a black politician is running for office all blacks are going to vote for him no matter what the issues are. should we say that for white people that they're voting for only whites? no, just like them we to vote for the person they we think would be best for the job. so please quit with the sterotype.

      • Posted By: claudiab70 @ 02/07/2008 12:13:04 PM

That is the ignorant close-minded belief of people such as yourself (you) that you think your race is above everyone elses. We are all Americans but some people (black, brown, white, man, woman, young or old) are deciding on who to vote for based on the wrong reason. Lose the temper; save it for when you find out that Hillary Clinton is the President of the United States of AMERICA!!

    • Posted By: sjpersonal @ 02/06/2008 4:11:31 PM

I am sure that there are some Black Americans ( I personally don't use the African American title) are going to vote for him just because he is a black man, (make no mistake even though his heritage is bi-racial in the minds of most Americans as it has been for a long time, he is considered black. One drop of us tends to totally erase any evidence of other races), I am also sure that there are White Americans who will not vote for him just because he is a Black Man and there will be women of all races who will vote for Hillary just because she is a woman.

Please do not generalize us, a lot of us do actually have brains.

      • Posted By: THE RAVEN @ 02/06/2008 8:26:48 PM

Why not use the term African-American? I'm black and I use both. Some blacks are afraid of what Africa means today. What the media chooses to show us. Don't be afraid to see Africa in your face when you look in the mirror. No--you may not have been born there, or know of any relative that was--but your black skin says your blood still flows somewhere in Africa. For better or worst.

You are so right HIllary is the MAN. She is trying too hard to join the old boys club that she lost herself in the process. Where is this experience that everyone is touting for her? I believe Obama brings to the table new and innovative ways of facing the difficulties in this country, and he is drawing each and every American in the process. He is motivating each and everyone to bring to the table their creative self.
Loose the thought that Hillary will bring back the days of the old Clinton era, that my fellowmen is past and cannot be regain. So roll up your sleeves and get ready to think because this country will require new and innovative ways of doing things. Stop looking at Obama's skin complection and look at the bigger picture. This might just be a once in a lifetime opportunity for us all to get it right.

You watch, you think Gore got screwed in 2000. Bark Obama is going to be shafted for the nomination. I heard today that there are back door deals being made for the super delegates to be given to the candidates. Its politics as usual in this election as well. Does anyone really think Hillary is going to choose Barak as her running mate; no way. He would find himself involved in a lot of shady politics that she has promised she would not be involved in. Her promise to get out of Iraq is empty. sorry to say it all of the candidates that say they would get us out of there are Lying as well ; I say lying because the simple logistics involved and the man power besides the troops and infrastructure are huge and the task would take twice as long as we've been there so Its important for everybody to know that. Romney has dropped out because the math simply say's "You can???t win" And hucabee will be the 2nd name on the ticket because he controls the southern states that McCain needs to consolidate his chances of beating a democrat. Come election time I see a major controversy in one or two states again. They have power and will not concede it ever again. Hell bush has an executive order in place just in case. If I had the money I would move out of the U.S. ; Because this isn???t the country I grew up in!!!! God save America!

In a general election Hillary's whole experience argument will be torn to shreds, especially against John McCain. Everybody just accepts that she has all of this experience, but truth is that Obama has held elected and legislative office longer then her. Her whole experience argument comes from being first lady for eight years. Does that equal experience? What kind of policy decisions has she made? Let???s be perfectly honest she would not even be considered viable at all if her last name was not Clinton.

    • Posted By: Dana 77 @ 02/06/2008 4:40:29 PM

You may want to check your facts about how long Obama has been in office. Also while you are at it...check his voting record. He avoided voting on anything that was too contraversal if possible.

      • Posted By: anointed @ 02/07/2008 1:45:10 AM

voting controversly is not synominous with voting correctly or or voting couragously. it just well... well how shall i put it... controversail.. now what?

So many people nit-picking over "bones". Stop talking about all the little stuff that doesn't matter in the long run. You should be looking at what all the candidates CAN DO AFTER they are elected. NOT WHAT THEY HAVE PROMISED. PROMISES DEPEND ON CONGRESS. Posted by Dana77

Check this out. HIllary is 13 points up from Obama in today's Gallup polls. But, that's not news of course: http://www.gallup.com/poll/104200/Gallup-Daily-Tracking-Election-2008.aspx

Obama is like Paris Hilton, an empty media created vacuum. I wonder if his supporters do know that he does not write his own speeches, but a white guy writes them? I wonder how African-Americans would feel about that.
    And watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlATFrHhMQc

    • Posted By: anointed @ 02/07/2008 12:11:57 AM

so what? what difference does that make? do you think that all the white canddaites have only white writers for thier speeches? do you think that if he became president that his cabinet, his advisors, his staff will all have to be black?. why does it matter so much what color his writer is?. Whoever it is he is damn good! I've known Barack for more than ten year and whatever you think of his speeches I belive that he is sincere that his speeces are resonated from chambers of experience that you just dont understand.

      • Posted By: emmarcee @ 02/07/2008 12:12:29 PM

Why do you think they are talking about co-candidacy.. They have put so much money on Obama now that they are afraid what will happen 1. if Obama wins- Clintonites withdraw, 2. Hillary becomes president, revenge follows.

i still think that Hillary can take this thing. If she does i hope that Obama encourages people to stand behind her. If Hillary does'nt win. I will stand behind Obama, even though i donot believe that he is ready. I want a Dem in the White House... I hope that either one of them would be considered for the V.P. spot... That would be even better.... Greg

If you missed it, this was very informational. Hillary's National Town Hall from Monday night. She answers questions from 22 staes and the internet. Hear her plans directly from her! http://townhall.hillaryclinton.com/

  • Posted By: frjiles1 @ 02/06/2008 1:09:12 PM

I am an avid Hillary supporter! This woman never ceases to amaze me! The Media and Obama goes on a rampage to try to destroy her campaign yet she stand stronger! The Media and Obama taunted Ted and Caroline Kennedy endorsement in her face over and over yet she won Massachusetts. The Obama campaign threw a party in CA which featured Stevie Wonder, Caroline Kennedy, Maria Shriver and Oprah. yet she wins California! Every reporter says Bill Clinton hurt her campaign yet she is still in the lead.

With all of the massive negativity thrown her way, why is she still leading? Perhaps it is because alot of Americans are not as naive and easily persuaded as the Media and Obama hoped they would be.

Obama gives wonderful speeches and he is the person to call when you need a motivational speaker at a pep rally. That is as far as it goes. Where is the substance? Now that he has finally started to speak on issues, it is celar that he took alot of his ideas from Clinton and changed them up a bit..

MOST of the states Obama won was because of the predominantly black vote. Anyone who says race hasn't been a factor is truly mistaken. And I am a black woman stating this. As a black woman, and along with many other black voters, I would LOVE to see a black person become President. However, I do not feel that Obama is the RIGHT black person. Although race has played a factor, this election SHOULD NOT be about race at all. This country is in serious trouble and we need the BEST CANDIDATE to get this country in order and in my opinion, Clinton is the BEST candidate to get the job done!

If I want to hear an inspirational speech or go to a pep rally, I will go to Obama. I will look to Hillary Clinton to lead this country back to prosperity and pride!

    • Posted By: SonnyAZ @ 02/06/2008 1:23:08 PM

You dont feel Obama is the "right" black person, why? Because he is honest, truthful, stays faithful to his wife, intellegent???

      • Posted By: anointed @ 02/07/2008 2:11:57 AM

Tell me dear who is the right black candidate? In all the prior elections of your life when you only had white people to vote for did they undergo the same scruitny? were they right?. i am really. really curious... who is the "right" Black candidate?. and for you who continue to sing the chorus of experience... what exerience is it that makes clinton so right? As far As I am concerned the last eight years has not been a very good experience" for many Americans. Sure, she has exerience but is it the "Right" experience?

      • Posted By: miltongalfas @ 02/06/2008 2:00:00 PM

I AGREE... Black is Beautiful... but Obama is not the beautiful black man who should be pres.

      • Posted By: frjiles1 @ 02/06/2008 1:44:49 PM

I will state that I believe Obama IS intellegent however, I don't know detailed info about his past to be able to confirm that he has always been faithful to his wife. But if he has or hasn't, to me, it has no bearings on whether he will be a good president or effective leader. However, I have seen inconsistencies with things that he has said so I do strongly question your honesty and truthful characterization.

I don't feel that he is the BEST CANDIDATE because I can honestly say that I haven't seen any substance. Even when he speaks on his plans and ideals, he is still vague and not detailed enough.

I honestly haven't seen anything on Obama that would suggest to me that he is ready to lead the country. Even in looking at both candidates bios, even with the bio listing all of the scandals Clinton has been associated with, her resume is still far more impressive than his. She has really done alot to help people and has had a lot of success. Even the bio (which was wikepedia- something like that) showed no real substance with Obama. Yes, his educational background is impressive but I did not find hardly any details about his political success and accomplishments.

How about this...............look at BOTH Clinton and Obama's bio's and focus on the professional resume success and accomplishments. If you were hiring someone to save your crumbling business, which one would you pick? I know I would want the one with the better track record and that person is Senator Hillary Clinton and this why I feel she is the BEST CANDIDATE!
