I was for Hillary until I see her with the Lying, Cheating husband. Does she have not self respect.

    • Posted By: Phillyforever @ 02/06/2008 9:29:48 PM

It is not fair to be mad at Hillary for what Bill did. There a lot of women who stay with their husbands after they cheat. If you want to talk about a woman not having self-respect, that would be Monica Lewinsky, who had sexual relations with Bill even though she knew he was married. It takes two to tango. So, women need have some self-respect and stop sleeping with married men, and married men who cheat need to stop. You have no idea what goes on in their marriage, maybe Hillary likes the fact that Bill cheats, so he doesn't bother her. Hillary will make a great president based on her policies, so please re-think your vote. This is about our whole country, not just you.

If Obama should win, we will lose everything we hold dear in America. It will be torn apart from the inside.
    I pray for our country!!!

what does that mean exactly to lose everything? CHANGE is what is needed!

      • Posted By: Shannon01 @ 02/06/2008 9:24:54 PM

what makes you think you won't lose everthing under Hillary. Get a quip, we need prayers " OK "\ pray we don't end up with two liers back in the White House.

I am so tired of the slam them when you can type of politics, especially when the ones looking for dirt
forgot to look at themselves first. I think the people are tired of the Bull ---t in politics. It is time for change
real change and I believe Barack ( race and gender aside ) is the best canidate to make that possible.
It is not about the color of ones skin or being a Man or Woman ..... It is about who will be the BEST LEADER FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE .....

THE ONLY WAY OBAMA CAN COUNTER UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE IS BY bringing up the WAR.
RUN A COMMERICIAL SHOWING OBAMA REUNINTING A LATINO SOLDIER WITH HIS FAMILY. THE WAR IS THE ONLY ISSUE OBAMA CAN USE TO COUNTER UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE. OBAMA CAN CLAIM THAT HE WILL END THE WAR AND HAVE MORE MONEY TO CARRY OUT HIS AGENDA FROM DAY ONE
    > WE HAVE TO GET OUR TROOps OUT FROM DAY ONE>
THE OTHER STRATEGY HE CAN IMplement is EMphasize on VETERANS COMpensation packages for those who come home. A COMMERICIAL ON THIS TOpic will be popular among LATINO's and independents.
THE THIRD Strategy he needs to implement is the WAR ON TERROR. OBAMA THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN GET OSAMA. HE HAS TO DO A COMMERCIAL ON THIS> BIN LADEN IS TRAINING HIS SON TO BE HIS AIR. WE MUST CRUSH AL QUEDA ONCE AND FOR ALL. THE YOUNGER TERRORISTS HAVE NO ISSUES WITH DETONATING A NUCLEAR DEVICE ON AMERICAN SOIL> IT IS THEIR GOAL. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN COMpletely ignored. IF AMERICANS FEEL THAT OBAMA IS STRONGER ON TERROR HE COULD GAIN SOME GROUND.
THESE THREE STRATEGIES LOOK GOOD ON paper. WHETHER THEY WILL COUNTER UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE I DO NOT KNOW.

It is very interesting reading all of your posts. It seems that it comes down to race rather than belief. Think for a minute, if we could all become one, work for change and unite, we could perhaps become what The United States of America has always stood for. Anyone catch the United part! If there is one candidate that may (and it may be a stretch) be able to unite us all it is Barack Obama. He is fresh, unafraid, and genuine. Imagine what this country could be and do for ourselves, if only we could once again become united. Peace.

I am a moderate Republican who has had enough of the Bushes and the Clintons and the deadlock in Congress for so many years. I have talked to family members and friends and there a a large group who are waiting in the wings to vote for Barak OBama. We did not change party for the primary and will in no uncertain ternms vote for Hilliary Clinton.. We are not interested in Bill being anywhere near the White House again period. This primary was supposed to be a preordained crowning of Hilliary, but it is not. We keep asking how can Hilliary be the expert on the economy when she was a first lady for 16 years? Get real. She has never known poverty personally. I tell you there is no greater place to observe the workings of the economy than from the bottom up. Barak was working with the poor while Hilliary was on the board of Walmart and making a killing in beef futures or has everyone forgotten that inside investment? Wake up. If Hilliary wins there will be a galvanizing of the republican party. We need to heal this country not divide it.

I think that is time to have somebody that knows what they are doing and not someone that just wants to play PRESIDENT.............. I really don't have no one in mind yet I voted yes...... I have read eveything they write and listen to everything they say, in the radio, their ad, when they win in each state.... but yet how is the right person for the JOB.... for years we had men..would it be time for a change.... I think that we vote for what we want but not they really could get.....poor will always be poor the rich will always be rich and immigrants will always be coming in and out... who will be the person could really put a stop to it......let go back and think when we vote....very time we do we say our votes counts but do they.... In 2000 we realize that it wasn't true when they declare a winner and then they said it was a mistake...... and one year later we where at WAR........so who is really making the decision for us...us or the goverment....

When will people learn that they only tell you what you want to hear. Latinos should have a seat and realize what is really going on. They overcrowd state facilities already, how much more can America handle before their "dream " is shut down. They are proud of the fact that they are being used to delegate issues beacuse there are so many of them. When in office she will be sure to forget about them. If Villaragosa were running for president, I wonder if Hillary would have gotten the same votes. Obama for president.

how can anyone say that all we hold near and dear to us will be lost if Obama wins....that comment is hateful and ignorant...i personally would like Obama to win..i changed my mind as soon as he entered the race...if Hilary wins ,so be it..but my vote is definitely for change not someone who goes by the book.

Obama is just 'The Black Bush', incompetent and out for himself and his rich friends.

Comment. It is becoming abundantly clear that America is ready for the change that Obama is talking about. The generation that is to benefit from these changes is speaking loudly to its endorsement. Hence there is the stand off posed presently by the numbers at the polls. I'm therefore inclined to endorse the Obama era, loosing sight of gender and race and giving way to new beginnings. If those presently supporting Mrs Clinton would make these considerations I'm afraid the pendulum might make a drastic swing in favor of Obama in coming weeks..

After this aftermath I wonder....were the Afroamericas ever supporters of Bill and Hillary or were the Clintos their second best choice . It is very disappointing to see what is happening to our party. The intervention of the Kennedys, comming out of the middle of the last century, helped energize the Afroamerican voters and the very liberals to think that we can win an election this way. Elections are not won in this manner and our ultimate goal is to have a democrat as President next January.

At this point, the day after Super Tuesday, I just had a change of heart - or, should I say head 'cuz my heart is still in Obama's camp. All other things between Hillary and Obama being evenly-matched (and ignoring Obama's sex-appeal), given the serious economic uncertainties that our nation is experiencing now, I feel better about entrusting Hillary with the Democratic nomination and the road to the White House.

JOHN McCAIN: The Next U. S. President

I've never paid much attention to American Politics but the prevailing presence of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have made this particular race quite interesting. But let's face facts - America is not ready to elect a white woman or black man as President. There is nothing wrong, though, with enjoying and toying with the idea of what could have been if one or the other were elected.

I predict that Hillary will win the Democratic Primaries and subsequently the Democratic nomination to run for President of the United States. I predict that John McCain will win the Republican Primaries and subsequently the Republican nomination to run for President of the United States.

I predict that Hillary will put up a good fight but it will not be enough to propel her into the highest chair in the White House. In November 2008 the American electorate will elect John McCain as President of the United States continuing this political era of Republic President/Democratic Congress as has been recently established.

I think that if we put to think what we want, and what is right nobody wins, what is right is having Clinton in office we had a clinton in office and he did a great job as a President, other people might think that is not right but that is the rich people, why because they are the ones that had to pay more taxes and that life was more expense to. In the Clinton years everyone could buy a house and pay for that house now we must make at least 100,000 a year to qualify to buy a house. What we want, any of us what Mc Cain to win or Obama, but lets put to think Mc Cain will keep the war going on, and life as we know it it will be more expenses that we could not been be able to buy gas to get to work. If we let Obama in office what can he do what has he done that is history, other them he will be an Afriacan- American President but will he be the first one we had no we had one already, and year after year we had men running our country and destrying our hopes and dreams, I think it is time that we let Clinton into office, as the first lady she did alot, and we know that...... WE NEED SOMEONE STRONG....
