I GOP have organised themselves into the efficient machine that they are. Huckabee will mobilise the
conservative vote and McCain will prevail in the end. Any hopes of true change will be gone foreever by
our master engineer of change Mr Obama. If there was ever an opportunist - it is Mr Obama.
His campaign has successfully split the Democartic party and the subsequent prolonged
campaign will continue to weaken the Democratic base. His mission to bring together has divided.
His rhetoric of change will alienate the base. The backlash will result in a swing back to the right
and we will have more of the same thanks to the greed and ambition of the agent of change - Mr Obama.
The Rovians are jumping for joy - they have a candidate to build there machine around. They will dissect
Mr Obama apart and unfortunately fine nothing.

what has barack obama, the black unibomber, ever done for white poor people as oposed to what Hillary CLintion has done for poor black people - why if 90% whites voted against a black candidate and for a white one it would be that we are racist but when 90% blacks bvote for a black candidate then it is ok and we whites are silent about it? I'm not - whiote people we need to start voting for white candidates period - this is a race election apparnt by 90 percent blacks voting for black cnndidate - vote right, vote white - we need to vote down baracks angry looking wife with an attitude - she harbors a lot of inbred hatered for the white race - obama is full of nice rhetoric but lacks a plan of action - lets stand up for our own race and the rces of others and elect CLINTOPN who will and HAS done for all races and not for a black racist.

      Are you an American?

"You have been wrong about the world because you have misjudged yourself. From such a twisted reference point, what could you see? All seeing starts with the perceiver, who judges what is true and what is false. And what he judges false he does not see. You who would judge reality cannot see it, for whenever judgment enters reality has slipped away. The out of mind is out of sight, because what is denied is there but is not recognized. Christ is still there, although you know him not. his Being does not depend upon your recognition. He lives within you in the quiet present, and waits for you to leave the past behind and enter into the world he holds out to you in love."

Had to do it... What a hell of a book I'm reading right now!

I think what Real said down there is all based on prejudice, not all racist, but definately prejudice. I swear I allowed myself to take the time to consider his words but they are to divide. And nothing that divides can be allowed to fester anymore. I made my mistake for voting for Bush in '99 for thinking the U.S. needed to unite in pragmatice reasoning of enforcement after Dubyah's mistakes. I did this in Broward County, Florida (GUILT)!! I HELPED DIVIDE IN ORDER TO UNITE!! I don't know if Real and his lot really understand that their best-of-intentions that use the need for a separation of winners and losers is no longer desired.
You like the "nickel-and-dime me to death type of lives we and most of the world live, don't you. If you don't then your current solutions do. Allow yourself to investigate this possiblility. I did bother to find these words for you and if anyone bothers to take time to explain a view to me then I owe them my attention to take the time to consider the end results of their solutions. And then even consider again after a red flag or two for honor's sake.

We will all do that Bill. Vote for what's right for us and our family. For me, since the GOP is anti choice as a party, I would never vote for a GOP candidate. It doesn't have to do with being blind - it has to do with defining issues that are important to you and sticking to them. Then voting for the party that represents your views. I will vote for whoever is running against the GOP candidate.

as long as another OLD guy doesnt get the presidency, I'll be happy, sorry John , I know your a hero but younger blood is needed. The old ways have hurt us all in every arena of politics in the world and you crusty old dudes have got to go, you just dont understand what the american people want any more. A government of the people, by the people, for the people, remember? ahhh I see yo dont.

Well, Ive got to go. It was very nice exchanging opinions with you all.
Good luck with efforts, campaign hard for your cause. I will for mine!!!
I can accept the outcome in Nov. I did when "W" won, and will this time.
But I will fight to stop Obama.

  • Posted By: Realbill @ 02/07/2008 2:22:36 PM

I can agree with your statement about opinion, but not about voting party lines. You have your opinion and I have mine. I'll vote for what i think is right and that's Not Obama. No party lines, no racism, no gender issue. I'll just pick the right candidate for myself and family.

Trust me I???m no imposters. I???ve voted democratic for 35 years, and come from generations of democrats. I have no reason to lie about it, and after Obama I will most likely vote for a democrat the next election. Maybe after four more years of republicans the DNC will wakeup. Please tell me how many years have been voting democratic. And please don???t underestimate my friends and family. It???s just the choice that we are face with. By the why I voted in the democratic Florida primary, which isn???t being counted. So the DNC isn???t interested in my voted. I???m sure the republicans will be glad to add some democratic to their votes.

No that means that is your opinion. You dont KNOW what's right for our country - you have your opinion and others have theirs. Those who disagree with you are just as conscientious and caring as you seem to feel you are. May the best man/woman win. Only time will tell.

  • Posted By: Realbill @ 02/07/2008 2:04:57 PM

You make your choice now, I'll make my choice in November.
And that choice will be against Obama. Sorry if you can understand.

  • Posted By: Realbill @ 02/07/2008 2:02:03 PM

I vote for the right man, not the party like some idiots who can think for themselves. And, Obama is not the choice for myself or my friends.
That does not make us bad democrats. Just conscientious voters who know what's right for the country. NOT Obama.

  • Posted By: Realbill @ 02/07/2008 1:56:36 PM

I'm not talking about dividing the country, I talking about dividing the party.
And if you don't see that, just wait and see what happens in November.
Most of the country will be united again, behind another reublican president.
Just don't be crying about for the next 4 years because you made us make the choose.

  • Posted By: salyervet @ 02/07/2008 1:50:35 PM

I love it when Republican lurkers like Realbill and terravista come up on these comment boards touting Hillary Clinton. You would like nothing more than to run McCain against her, since it is your only possibility of retaining power. But true Democrats are not fooled by you or the other imposters. True Democrats know that after eight years of malfeasance and corruption, it is not a question about the best Democrat, but rather simply a matter of changing leadership so we can get back on the road to recovery. So give it up, phonies.

  • Posted By: peace and love @ 02/07/2008 1:49:33 PM

Obama is not dividing the country. He is running for President. You must be confusing him with our current President who has been dividing the country since he won. He even invaded countries so he could have an us against them (that's as good as the lie he told us to get us to invade). He's just a rootin tooin cowboy who has ruined our country - from the economy to the killing of our military. Vote Democrat - the party of choice and reason.

  • Posted By: Realbill @ 02/07/2008 1:38:03 PM

    We are divided by Obama...
He is the worst choose ever.
I will vote for any republican to stop Obama.
And, don't think that by Hillary wanting us to support the dem movement will change my mind...I WILL NOT vote for Obama and WILL NOT waste my vote.
McCain or Huckebby? Either is better then Obama. And my democratic circles agree. Don't be crying when the republicans win with a good deal democratic votes on their side.

  • Posted By: AntonBursch @ 02/07/2008 4:20:49 AM

$6.5 Million plus for Wed for Obama. Not $3 million.

Obama has money, more donors, momentum and a movement. He isn't tied with Clinton. He is waving hellp to Clinton as he passes.

    • Posted By: terravista @ 02/07/2008 1:17:36 PM

and he still is incabpable of leading our country - I wll not support him or his nice dream like preacher rhetoric - go CLINTON - we need a true democrat that will support impoverished whites as well as blacks and not just bllakcs - balack obama has never done anything for nay other impoverished rvce outside of blacks - he doesnt have a plan of action - he is only ridig a trendy wave - our country is doomed unless we vote clinton in

  • Posted By: Krazyred @ 02/07/2008 12:56:42 PM

If I become convinced that those fears of African Americans, overall, becoming more haughty, aggressive and obstructive because of a black man winning would be realized, then I will be sure to vote for Billery, who I think isn't WORLDS worse than Obama.

Otherwise I thank myself for having the discretion to bother to research the man and find a stunning candidate toward the changes I seek.
