RUN A COMMERICIAL SHOWING OBAMA REUNINTING A LATINO SOLDIER WITH HIS FAMILY. THE WAR IS THE ONLY ISSUE OBAMA CAN USE TO COUNTER UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE. OBAMA CAN CLAIM THAT START ENDING THE WAR FROM DAY ONE. HE CAN THEN CLAIM HE WILL HAVE MORE MONEY THAN HILLARY TO CARRY OUT HIS AGENDA FROM DAY ONE

THE OTHER STRATEGY HE CAN IMplement is EMphasize on VETERANS COMpensation packages for those who come home. A COMMERICIAL ON THIS TOpic will be popular among LATINO's and independents.
THE THIRD Strategy he needs to implement is the WAR ON TERROR. OBAMA THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN GET OSAMA. HE HAS TO DO A COMMERCIAL ON THIS> BIN LADEN IS TRAINING HIS SON TO BE HIS AIR. WE MUST CRUSH AL QUEDA ONCE AND FOR ALL. THE YOUNGER TERRORISTS HAVE NO ISSUES WITH DETONATING A NUCLEAR DEVICE ON AMERICAN SOIL> IT IS THEIR GOAL. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN COMpletely ignored. IF AMERICANS FEEL THAT OBAMA IS STRONGER ON TERROR HE COULD GAIN SOME GROUND.
THESE THREE STRATEGIES LOOK GOOD ON paper. WHETHER THEY WILL COUNTER UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE I DO NOT KNOW.

I think you need to get your facts straight about Obama's support for funding. He entered after the decision was made and he did not have total control in bringing the troops back home so he like many other democrats had to send money to help support the troops. I ask you if you were in his place would you sign to get money to our troops that was needed in order for them to survive. I think that you are not being realistic and I think that you would have made the same decision based on what you have just experienced in Louisiana. I encourage you to go back and take a good look at Hillary's track record and you will find that she has minimum exp. I also encourage you to go back and look at the Clinton's last four years in office (scandals, integrity issues, and impeachment). I ask you, if the shoe was on the other foot and Obama and his wife did the same things the Clintons did in the late 90's would you even consider them. I also challenge you to take look at her health care plan. If you talk reality, everybody knows that you will not have full payall healthcare plan without raising taxes significantly and killing what is left of social security. I ask that the people need to think long and hard about the candidates deeds and efforts. I have lived in Illinois and I know personally that Barack started out of College helping people on the South Side of Chicago. After Hillary finish college she went to work for Corporate America. Obama has invested a lot of time in grass root organization to help everyone. Hillary tries to lead from afar. I think we have to make sure that separate Hillary and Bill. Bill has done the work. Hillary has not.

Note: while in Hillary's early life she was a card carring Republican in College and while she worked for Corporate America. Obama has been a democat throughout

I'm a white, female Democrat and I don't see color in this campaign. I only see what I think is best for America. Hopefully, the DNC will succumb to the will of the people with their "obscure party rules" at convention time.

Obama's team has now made predictions on which of the upcoming states they will win and what the delegate count is. They have set the bar and I would hope the media will hold them to their own predictions.

Melody28 said it well. America is prismatic in ethnicities. I may look "white" but my ancestry is French, Italian, and a very proud Yaqui Indian. Race is a low card in this game. We may see much larger concerns as both of these candidates level-up their threats against big business special interests in what promises to be a "Thunder Road" campaign to a creshendo finish.

I just want to remind "rquick " to make a comparison between American economy at Clinton's time and right now, atleast the Clintons did not listen to neo-conservatives and the Israeli lobby, and raged useless wars all over the Middleeast, and wasted trillions of American taxpayers money just to please Israelis by occupying Iraq and planning to do same thing to Syria an Iran- Israel's enemies.

Hello world. I don't have a lot to say too often so I'll be brief... Question for the past few years I've been hearing that people all over the world hate Hillary R. Clinton, Why? Liberals and Lesbians feel that she isn't left enough for their taste and call her a conservative. Christ wielding Christians and Conservatives feel that she'll make everyone poor and gay so they call her the most liberal soul in all creation. I am a black man living in Louisiana and like a good deal of people in this bracket plan to make her our choice for our Dem. representative. I feel that she is one of the few people who are taking a realistic look at the job ahead and have a realistic view of the work that is ahead.
Obama is a black man that We in the black community have soon too many times before. they'll be around to inspire false hopes ,make empty promises ,and deliver the world to everyone except the ones whose votes put them in power. I do believe that there are many black men alive today who can handle the responsibilities of being POTUS but st this time, not him. His character is flawed and no one is sober enough to see it. Question... If he was brave enough to oppose the war before taking office and after being elected take no steps to impede or defund it what does that make him? A coward. If he then uses those statements to then attack people who thought at the time that they were defending yours and ours safety and ignore his own voting record what does that make him? An opportunist.
The late Dr. Martin Luther King said that he wanted his children to be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin... That is a sword that cuts both ways... Not an exclusion

this election is not based on race because barak is both african and white american. He is intelligent and has appeal and that's refreshing even if his skin is brown. Most Americans are color blind because most americans are multi-racial, so get over it, it's 2008. The old black, white thing comes from people who just can't let go of the old days, so if you can't get with it...get out of the way, CHANGE IS COMING!

Im tired of this author trying to target people with differents backgrounds or race. Like they are from diferents worlds. For me he look from another world like a Alien. Heis taking about black vote or latino vote. He need to go back to the University and realize that Latino is a Etnicity not a race, Latinos are blacks, whites, cubans, puertoricans, mexicans, italians, brazilians and indian latin american, We dont prefere people for color with vote for the best. However wins is a choice not a race desicion.
