Obama and Clinton each claim they can bring about change. But candidates have been promising that forever, so why should voters buy in this time? A reality check.

Comment: As an outsider, I believe that what the US needs is a person of the younger generation who can lead the country in a future, where, once again the US would be looked up in the rest of the world as the beacon of true freedom and democracy. To me, whith warts and all, Obama represents the future, whereas HRC and McCain the establishment and the past generation that has made a mess of our world (wars, fear of moslim-based terrorism, dependence on oil, global warming, etc.). Neither gender, nor race should determine who will become the next Us President. So let's give the future generation a chance. Noblesse oblige! If HRC really has no PERSONAL, but the best interests of her country in mind, she should give a hand to Obama to help him overcome McCain. Vote for the future!
Comment: The scenario is: Clinton/Obama=win/win, making history with a real change; Obama/Not Clinton=lose/lose without making history, or change. If Senator Obama wins the nomination, most likely, he will not choose Hillary Clinton as his running-mate. He will be advised not to do so because of the Clinton???s past reputation of personal baggage that would otherwise be no one else???s concern. They lead the country well, despite the negative publicity about their personal life, which has nothing to do with the other. The Clintons are brilliant people and I don???t remember our African-American communities complaining then, especially when the economy was so much better. Now some of us are turning on them simply because Obama is running for the presidency, knowing they would more than happily vote for her otherwise. I don???t understand why a lot of the African-American community has turn there backs on the Clintons. They were not our enemies then, and they shouldn???t be now. I can say with confidence that if Hillary Clinton gets the nomination, she will chose Obama as her running-mate, and they will be unstoppable against the republicans, and will win in the end, for sure. There are also four unofficial groups of people voting for Mrs. Clinton:
1. The people whom want to vote for the first female Commander-in-Chief.
2. The people that have been loyal voters for the Clintons
3. The people that want a Democrat, but not Obama or any minority for president..
4. The people that want real change (Clinton/Obama 2008)
Keep in mind that Hillary Clinton will get the White, Black, and Hispanic votes, without agendas, or conspiracies. Without a Democrat in the country???s top job, our country will be in even worse shape to come. While I am hope that you pass this on, the ultimate history to be made is in the making for our country to have the first woman/former first lady for President of the United States, and the first African-American Vice President. Why not? After all, television and radio stations are contributing influence on what people will decide in November 08.
Comment: Comment: Hello, I am writing to just informally share my thoughts about the Primary and General Elections, and pass on some important things to think about and consider. I would like America to have its first African-American elected for the Oval Office as President of the United States. Senator Barack Obama is truly a brilliant man, great speaker, leader, and I believe he would be a great Commander-in-Chief. However, just stop for a minute and imagine the following theory: There are four unofficial groups of people voting for Senator Barack Obama:
1. The people that are voting for him simply because he is African-American.
2. Mostly white men and other people who do not want a woman as Commander-in-Chief.
3. Those voters that have much dislike for the Clintons and don???t want them to return to the White House.
4. The voters who have the strategy of voting for Obama to get the nomination, but will turn on him in the General Election, banking on a republican victory, because they know none of the republicans can beat Mrs Clinton, therefore avoiding the risk of a defeat by her.
Now if the American people who are true Democrats will just grasp the idea of what???s really happening, it would be easy to understand that there are groups of people that do not want a black president, but voting for him now, with the intention of not voting for Sen. Obama in November 2008. There is a lot we are not paying attention to, or really thinking about. Senator Obama won a large group of states in the mid-west during the primaries. Let???s take for instance ???Iowa???. He beat Senator Clinton by a large margin in a state that only has 2% African-Americans. Other states like Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Utah, and Idaho also have a very small minority population. Most recently, the Senator won the Potomac states and Wash, DC. In the ???red??? state of Virginia, Obama received over 50% of the white male vote, which will unfortunately go to McCain in the General. Do you really think the citizens in these states, that are predominantly "republican", are committed to the idea of change in this way, that they will support Obama in the General? Not! Giving these examples, if everyone is voting for Obama to get the nomination, it is my personal opinion that many white voters from the above mentioned states are conspiring to set the Senator up for a lost against the Republican nominee. People will get to the polls behind the curtain and say, do I really want a black man for President? Based on this, they will vote for the other party, and we will again have a Republican President. We should not be fooled by this. You do the math!
Comment: I really can't see Mr. Obama being able to help this country as quickly as it needs to be helped. Hillary, by far has the intelligence, and experience to lead this country to peace and prosperity. I'm tired of having to be patient and wait for a president to grow up enough to accomplish goals that could have easily been accomplished by a much better presidential choice (Hillary Clinton). I think it's our job to inform the poor misinformed goofballs that are even considering voting for Mr. Obama. To be honest, the thought of him as president (imature as he is) scares the heck out of me. We need change....positive change. We need Hillary Clinton.

Comment: Hillary is really treading water here people. The thng that sickens me the most is that she just stood in background waiting for PA and OHIO primaries. She's lazy, she didn't even compete in those states. To me that says she only cares about the states with huge delegate numbers, and any other state can just shove it. She is a complete fraud. We all need to send boxes of Kleenex to her office; she's going to be crying again real soon. Hillary Clinton, what a JOKE!
Comment: Barrack Hussien Osama whoops Obama has been trained all his life for this. Is it not strange his muslin father gave him those names? What is his fathers background?
Comment: It's so pathetic to see how bias many people posting comments including the writer of this article can be!!!
The reason many people will continue to vote for Barack and NOT Hillary is that there is a clear and sharp difference between the two presidential candidates. And that is Senator Barack Obama has better sense of judgment than Senator Hillary Clinton. Hillary having 35 years of experience wouldn't do it this time because Americans are becoming wiser than just mere credentials and politics of the past. It's about altitude, motivation, and better judgment. Bringing this GREAT nation back to her lost glory through love, unity, and common purpose!!
For instance, comparing Senator Hillary Clinton's healthcare plan to Senator Barack Obama's healthcare plan during the debates, I was surprised because Hillary didn't realize that her health care plan takes away the freedom of choice (which this country is founded upon), but rather she wants to mandate (meaning force) purchase of health insurance to all otherwise face penalty by taking away your wages. It is true that the words "universal healthcare" means, "Yes, everyone will be covered, but not against their will." Besides, how can Hillary say she is pro-choice out of one side of her mouth, but she is against allowing people the freedom to decide if they want health care. On the other hand, Senator Barack Obama strongly differs by saying he wants to provide healthcare that is affordable through government as an alternative or option of choice to US citizens and legal residents of this nation.

Barack Obama will continue to collect states, delegates, and endorsements because he has earned and deserves them.
YES WE CAN! Barack has my vote!!
Comment: It seems like Hillbilly is buying into "Change" also!
- Change your campaign director
- Change your deputy campaign director
- Change your emphasis on a 50 State primary and focus on Texas and Ohio
- Change your slogan
- Change Bill's role in your campaign
- Change your stance on Iraq
Hmmmmm.
Comment: It's getting disgusting how media is fawning over Osama...I mean Obama like he is the second coming. We get it he is about change but who isn't. I'm tired of the talk, show me some change and then maybe I will believe in it.
Comment: The media has already elected him president (no more Keith Olbermann for me). Barack is fresh and squeaky clean. His presidential mistakes and scandals have yet to happen. He???s inspiring. But the question remains: Is he all fluff and no stuff? That old con of ???elect me first and then I???ll tell you what I???ll do??? is right out of the GW Bush campaign playbook. Like Dubbya, he claims to be a uniter, but he???s divided us by race, age, and gender. He???s stirred up more hatred toward the Clintons than the republican party. Older professional women (the working mothers putting those Obama crazed kids through college) are concerned about his lack of substance. Older white male democrats are looking at McCain, because they won???t vote for a black man (although they wouldn???t admit it). Unity isn???t going to come overnight. As for cronyism and political favors, Al Sharpton was preening on TV last night, watching over Obama, making sure the delegate selection will be ???fair.??? There will be new and old establishment blacks lining up for appointments. People will expect to have 250 years of oppression reversed on Inauguration Day. Whites will say that???s okay as long as they???re not shortchanged. That???s a lot on one man???s shoulders. Will women get a fair shake in his administration? Considering the smug, arrogant way Barack treats Hillary, I seriously doubt it. I couldn???t stand watching his contempt for her during the debates. I???ll be glad when this is over.
Comment: McCain deserves a shot,he showed courage in prison and the terrorist would prefer anyone but him in
the white house. We need not abandon our resolve against killers in a time of WAR.Plus the pork would
take a hit.
Comment: McCain deserves a shot,he gave much for our country and in a time of a terrorist war we need
passion to eliminate the threat. Much like Reagan the terrorists would prefer hillary or Mohammed Obama!
Comment: Yeas Bush failed miserably in foreign policy, domestic policy and the fight against terrorism. But at least he restored dignity to the office of the presidency.Do we have to re-visit those scandal days again???.well, make your pick.Barack or macain i can live with that!!.
Comment: Dynasty,co-presidency,cyronism and scandals will be the hakmark of another Clinton dynasty.Consistent past behaviour is the best reflector of future behaviour.See how un-becomingly bill conducted himself as a formr president and head of the democratic party!!!.If hillary failed infact relished his despicable role during the primaries, what power on erth will control him once she is president???. Congress or the UN security council, how laughable!!!.
Comment: Barack Obama is the new face of future America where archaic relics of the past(e.g.racism,religious intolerance, sexism & homophobia) is replaced with true, shining light of a truely United States of America.
Iowa is testimony of that "great america" where a predominantly white American state(90%) said to the rest of the Nation that race, gender or religion is not a factor in this election.Upto date,21 states in the Union have voted and said the same. But the media, the old-establishment and die-hard racists continue to rant, pontificate & fornicate with racism.A sad past that all will be well-advised to forget. If its true the rest of the world hate us as much as the Islamo-fascists,then we should heed the biblical parable that "a house divided will not stand".
As a true patriot,Obama loves his country and people without recourse to race, religion or gender. Hillary on the other hand like Bill, injected racism, gender & religion to this race and she has paid a very dear price.Hillary's uncalled for racist remarks about MLK needing "a white boy in the Whitehouse in LBJ", Bill's "throw of a dice" and "fairy-tale remarks" is written in our memory for ever.No amount of media denial or PR will change that .For all their so-called political brilliance.Billary is the worst example of past!!!.Remember, Billary, it ws the black vote that made you not the hispanic vote. Therefore, the hand that raised will be the hand brings you down.Whether Obama wins or losses that is a promise!!!.
Comment: Human behaviour is predictable from past behavioural patterns/data.The key premise here is "consistent patterns of behaviour & judgement under unique situations!!!.Yours is therefore a worthless piece of journalist folly!!!.Even when the majority of the American people have choosen their nominees for the democratic & republican parties; the self-appointed experts in the media & old-establishment still continue to play the old political game of the past rather than reporting the reality on the ground.
The reality is that Billary has been rejected in 21 states of the Union.Why???.Because sh is as much the relics of the past as George Bush is and so is Macain!!!.This election is about the past vs the future. The new vs the old.Get used to it or be left behind with the relics of the past broken system!!!.
Even George Bush has co-opted Obama's idea & vision of "bi-partisanship" in his economic stimulus plan as the the way forward into the future. So who has the vision, the right judgement & brilliance and courage?.Hillary,Macain,Bush or Obama???.
"Under severe & challenging & unique moment in our history,Hillary,Macain & George Bush failed the American people.Their so-called experience & readiness didn't help them to make the right decision about Iraq. But great presidents like Washington,Lincoln and JFK relied not on experience but the "right judgement to serve this great Nation to excellence.Obama is the heir apparent to that great tradition of great presidents!!!.
If there's any accountability in politics as in every matured democracies,Bush,Macain and Hillary must be voted out of office and apologised to the American people!!!.

Comment: When the time comes not to believe or even "hope" that things can get better (for all of us) or that a change for the better can't exist, then vote for the person who say's that they won't do anything at all or buck up and run for presidency yourself. That is if you think you can do better!! So far as I have seen it, everybody in the past has been well qualified to be a president and look where our country is at now! If a rookie can do the job differently and better then let them! Everybody seems to have their educated idea of who is better and who will fail as if you could do better yourself, but then again I didn't see any of you trying to do anything.. This is the dumb a&& crap that always seems to keep us apart as oppesed to comming together for the better. It's real simple; Shut up! Vote for who you like! and "Hope!" that your vote was for the better of everybody!
Comment: It's too late. Can someone explain how change is having Ted Kennedy on the trail. Can we be so desperate that hope is what we are throwing our votes to and forget experience is what is needed. When will the media start asking what's behind the rhetoric and not except empty promises. It's too late, if he cannot help the people from his home state against the nuclear power plants how is he going to help America.
Comment: It's too late already, people are intrigued with something that is new. Then, after the glow starts to fade, we start pulling and pushing to break it down. As good as Obama's rhetoic is, and as good as the media make him out to be, there seems to be no substance to his politics. Where are the headlines where Obama has responded to the people asking for help from the nuclear power plants in his home state. When is the media going to finally ask why it's okay for Obama to bring race into the campaign but not anyone else, It's too late already, Change in Obama's rhetorical campaign is just slick politics. Change is having Ted Kennedy hold Obama's hand while he learns to manuever his way thru the system, seems like slick politics alright. There is nothing new to Obama's campaign, just the latest version of a snake oil salesman.
Comment: "he managed to convince members of every faction that he agreed with them,"
I really grinned out load when I read that. That is NOT a bad trait to have, especially in a presidency. Yes, some people are gonna be unhappy, at the same time, adults ALL know that you can't always get what you want. That doesn't mean you can't be unhappy about that. You CAN! The best democracies are those where the interest groups are ALL equally somewhat unhappy, and where the general public is slightly bored. Slightly bored means, theres nt great injustice.
Comment: Compare the candidates by going to The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation. (2008). 2008 Presidential candidate health care proposals: Side by side summary. Retrieved 2/12/08 from http://www.health08.org/sidebyside_results.cfm?c=5&c=11&c=16. Read the books "Dreams of My Father" and The Audacity of Hope" to know who Mr. Obama is before you make false, rumored and slanderous statements. You can also google and check wikipedia for quick details on the experiences of all candidates. Mr. Obama experience is adequate if you research his entire career. Hey former President Bill Clinton was a Governor in his 40's when he ran for 1992. Mrs. Clinton was in the White House as the first lady and then has served a few more years as a Senator than Mr. Obama. And if you apply yourself to do the research you can look up the rest of his career and education. Mr. McCain has the most experience in government but that does not necessarily mean he is suited for the executive office as indicated from previous runs for the office. This campaign is exciting and yet clean where the candidates so far have been respectful and sticking to the issues. Only the public through fear and lack of research will let rumors and slander slip from their mouths. Kkhan if you had listen to Mr. Obama speech in VA you might have heard him talk about the difficulties in "fixing" up things. Presidency for America's presents circumstance will be a difficult task for anyone brave enough to take the challenge. And of course we all benefitted from Dr. King's ground work yet to be finished. Did he not say "judge people not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character".
Comment: Obama is too good to be true. That is what all the "haters" are thinking. At least he is one of the brave and qualified people along with the others campaigning who cares about the future of this country. I can respect the men and woman of both parties without making ignorant statements. Look at the facts of the candidates and read about platforms. If you are disturbed by the charisma and character of Mr. Obama then I suggest you get to know him by reading his books "Dreams of my Father" and "The Audacity of Hope" to understand the way this man thinks. Also go to (The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation. (2008). 2008 Presidential candidate health care proposals: Side by side summary. Retrieved 2/12/08 from http://www.health08.org/sidebyside_results.cfm?c=5&c=11&c=16.) to compare the candidates issues. This has been an exciting and so far clean campaign. The only unfortunate smearing I have seen has been from the fear of persons that do not take the time to do research. Also google & wikipedia works. Oh btw Kkhan if you listen to his speeches he realizes that fixing things will not be easy and yes hopefully we all have benefitted from the ground work of Dr. King. That is why we judge people by the content of character not the color of their skin.
Comment: So, Clinton is no saint. Obama's 'change' is a strategic message developed and fine-tuned through time and deliberately remained broad in meaning to hook as many hot head as possible, but apparently such a typical old hand in politics is considered sincere new change. When he talks it up bigger, it makes him the bigger liar.
Comment: Obama sounds like he is preacher and is trying to round up a cult of followers who believe everything he says. We need substance and a backbone. Hilary is strong and generally wants to help. She isn't making us drink the koolaid ( :
Comment: Obama for president - this has to be a joke & someone should stop this insanity. How could his supporters really believe that he is Mr. fix it, when in reality he has capitalized on the ground work of the famous Dr. Martin Luther King, a man of real substance. His success is based on the theory that a drowning rat will clutch at a straw & that's exactly the response of his supporters.
Comment: Great Article. It is about time people started realizing that even the Obama says he is going to bring change, he is working in the same system that has been in Washington since day one. Hillary '08.
Comment: It has become obvious to me the clintons feel they can only win this thing if they can make it about race.If you listen to hillary and bills comments racial themes almost always come into play.
Comment: Like what racial themes?
Comment: I see Richard and Jonathan Alter got the Evan Thomas memo to start bashing HRC.
We all know the boys in the media hate an uppity woman.
Comment: I see Richard and Jonathan Alter got the Evan Thomas memo to start bashing HRC.

Comment: The Clintons spent eight years in the White House and did not produce the "change" that Hillary has been promising -- as she says -- for 35 years. Her problem seem to be that she is convinced she alone is right, and will take no advice. When her campaign stalls, she blames it on the campaign manager, not on her own shortcomings. It is not the campaign manager's fault, Hillary!
Comment: Actually, when the Clintons were in the White House, we had a budget surplus. Hillary is promising a change, just like Obama, from the Bush administration. Hillary has done a lot of things in her 35 years of service. She has done a lot for women's rights. That is why she was on the board of Wal Mart. She does not alone think she is right. Changing her campaign manager was a good idea.
Comment: One thing that liberals fail to mention is that the surplus came from the previous administration. During the Clinton reign, government agencies spent far more money than ever before. Case in point... When a Secretary of State (and her associates) can make trips to Milan and Paris on the taxpayer's dime - for nothing more than shopping sprees.... there is a problem.
Comment: The only reason the reporters describe Hillary as stubborn, etc. is because she is a woman. If a man shows tenacity and is unwaivering, he is considered courageous and committed. Our country economy was flourishing under the Clintons. Who cares about Lewinski! For JFK there was Marilyn Monroe. Why don't we hear anything about that? Hillary is the most competent candidate. Thank God she is not spineless!
Comment: You obviously have never personally met her
Comment: These are very prudent comments - it should be posted for all Americans to read, it will certainly inject a fair amount of wisdom in choosing a presidential candidate. Anyone running for office of any kind ( politicans are no exception ), will base their campaign on issues that grips the attention of the electorate. As such, it is incredibly crucial for them to promulgate the magic word '' CHANGE ''. The promise to change things in times of crisis, inspires great hope in a nation overcome with frustation & disjust. Change should only be implemented if it will make a situation better than it is, not the opposite & this requires the control of someone with persuasive and concrete leadership skills. The capabilities to be an effective & efficient leader has to be developed by involvement & experience, not by observation & charm induced by excellent oratory talent. It is a shame that the American electorate, in their hunger for ''change'' has becomes victims of sensational promise.
Comment: The only reason that these reporters claim Hillary was stubborn, etc. was because she is a woman. If a man shows tenacity and refuses to compromise his convictions (as she did) they would be described as courageous and unwaivering. Furthermore, our economy was flourishing under Clinton. So what about Lewinski! For JFK there was Marilyn Monroe, why doesn't anyone criticize him!
Comment: CAPITALiSM WITH SOCIAL JUSTICE.

Comment: WHATEVER! av3who. The way you see change is very narrow-minded....by looking at people and not what changes they can bring about by their knowledge, experience and actions. It is also clear that folks like yourself have this big holier-than-thou attitude, who are pathological Clinton-haters and who expound the ridiculous and flawed reasoning that Hillary and Bill are the same. Even if thats true, Bill was a great president (except for his big moral-lapse while in office) who did a lot of good for this country in his 8 years in office. I am sure, if Hillary is President, she will best Bill and make amends for him even in the morality department!
As for you folks, you might as well shut your senses off, listen only to the media without using your own heads and act like a flock of sheep following a shepherd! I am a Obama fan too, for your information. But I am not dancing to his tunes or acting all wonderstruck by his eloquence, oratory and charms. My firm belief is that for his great qualities Obama does not have the qualifications and the nerve to go the distance against John McCain, in spite of what the polls might suggest today. And, this country is most likely not ready for a sea-change in the political arena to place a relative novice like Obama in the White House.
If am wrong, so be it!! But I don't think I'm going to be!!!
Comment: Narrow minded? Senses shut off? Flock of sheep? Sounds pretty self descriptive. Time to pull your head out of the sand, you have been brainwashed by the Clinton media machine. All Bill Clinton did during his administration is drag us down the path towards socialism. Hillary is looking to finish the job. Soon the US slogan will be "Viva la nouveau France" if she has her way

Comment: To Democrats,
Please stop ignoring the considerable constitutional issues that come along with another Clinton presidency. White it is not impermissible under the constitution for a former president to be a presidential spouse in the White House, it was NOT contemplated by the framers of the Constitution. I believe the framers of our Constitution would be very troubled by the prospect of a free wheeling "co-president" in the person of Bill Clinton in the White House - an certainly high level policy maker whose authority and powers are not circumscribed by law. Regardless of your political views, please consider that this WAS NOT FORESEEN, and is NOT ADEQUATELY COVERED BY LAW. Bill Clinton, as first spouse, would be free to cloak himself under the veil of executive privilege WITHOUT ANY LEGAL OVERSIGHT or limitations on his activities. If you thought Dick Cheney abused presidental powers, you aint seen nothin. By electing Clinton, you would be placing Bill Clinton right in the middle of a HUGE legal black hole. This is uncharted territory in a legal sense, and it is a cause for concern for anyone that cares about the Constitution.
Comment: Great, b/c Bill Clinton was a great president.
Comment: I'm certain Michelle Obama, JD, will refrain from offering opinion to her husband, if she is dutiful enough to keep her place as a woman. Has her background in private and public law practice been put under the media's electron microscope? I hope that someday, after we've drained the upcoming first family of any privacy and dignity, we won't hound the Obamas by rehashing any of their old baggage. In a survey by The WWomens Medina Center, when asked : Is the media treating Hillary Clinton fairly, compared to the other candidates? 89% responded No. Woman are growing tired of the Hillary Bashing, of the media's refusal to let the public make their own conclusions about Hillary's judgement, and the perception of hostility toward women demonstrated by Barack in his comportment toward Hillary. I wonder how well Michelle makes tea and cookies while she stands by her man?
Comment: A clarification on my typos: The Women's Media Center conducted the survey about Hillary and the media.
Comment: haha ramone what a hasty generalization of the democratic supporters. Of course the "more mature electorate" supporting hillary are ready for "meaningful and effective change"
heres another hasty generalization: you folks are so full of yourselves it is just plain laughable
HAVING THE EXACT SAME FAMILY IN THE WHITE HOUSE FOR A POTENTIAL EIGHT MORE YEARS IS NOT CHANGE.
transparent government! Obama '08
Comment: Nice article! I am of the opinion that the expectation gap is going to be worsened by the generation gap with younger voters - primarily Obama supporters - raving just for "change" or "radical change" rather than "meaningful and effective change" as is being expected by the more mature electorate who are behind Hillary. After all, any change is going to be way better than the Bush years in office and better than one more GOP term in the White House.
Comment: Clinto, McCain and Obama can not bring about the sort of change needed to end a failed US Foreign Policy. Clintons money is coming from America's weapons dealers, and the same banks that have created a new banking scandel. Same for McCain. He will pusue war with renewed vigor. Obama has plenty of touchy feely sentiment about creating change....but he is still working within the same political party that has obstructed justice for 7 years in allowing George W. Bush enough rope to hang himself.
Comment: Great article, it enhances my reservations about Hillary and Slick Willie. I don't think they should ever be returned to the White House. Despite residing over a booming economy, Bill also brought disgrace to the office. I wonder if Hillary becomes President, will this be the first time a disbarred attorney lives in the White House?
I don't think I could stand the stench. As an independent minded Democrat, I will go with either McCain or Obama.
Comment: Clinton was disbarred? Whre did you get this information? I think it is a disgrace that Obama wanted the endorsment of Ted Kennedy, who not only cheated on his wife, let Mary Jo die in the river.
Comment: The love-fest that has been going on in some of the media that has propelled Obama to current heights and accompanying Clinton-bashing is probably going to hurt the Dems. in November. Lets assume that Obama wins the nomination - its not all that unlikely right now. Whatever the pundits and poll numbers say now, there is a serious possibility of John McCain wooing not only Latino voters to his side but also independent and moderate Dems away from the more left-leaning Obama. I'd say and pray, Hillary to the rescue!
Comment: Good thoughts. Hillary is our best chance for Universal coverage. She has been tested. You don't put a rookie to start a game in the world series. You put the best you have.
Comment: In that case, Hillary would be on the bench for an awful long time. She has been tested? She can't even answer tough questions from reporters regarder where she stands on an issue without throwing a hissy fit. Yes, she is smooth in the media when she controls it, but give her a question where she has to make a decision and she withers..... It is amazing how weak minded Hillary worshippers really are
Comment: Thanks for the great article, but I gota stick with Barrack. I'd love to see him be more specific about how he is going to do things, but I'd also like to see Hillary stop chanting the same old war cry of my way or the highway. Universal healthcare didn't get passed during the Clinton administration, and it didn't get through the Congress while she's been senator either. So why does she seem to think that the same old approach will work now?
Comment: Why should he start being more specific? No one asks or demands if of him/ Also, he has no intelligent or meaningful response. The media and the unfortunate fools who are following him seem to be blinded by the rhetoric, regurgitated homilies and arrogant assumptions. As for Ms. Clinton's proposals, wiat 24 hours and Senator Obama comes up with same on with a minor clarification. He can't seem to generate a single solitary original idea. So, if you're going on about Senator Clinton's failure to get legislation passed, doesn't it seem that if Senator Obama is proposing the same, the result will be the same?
Comment: excellent analysis for us voters. I voted for Hillary as she is more experienced in politics and life. However, your article provides me with a balanced view of the two. I trust Hillary much more.
Comment: Thanks for a well balanced article. I sitll say GO Hillary GO!
