I think its so telling that Hillary wants us to BELIEVE she is "Ready On Day One" and YET she cannot even manage her CAMPAIGN without her husband Bill Clinton and now her daughter's HELP. If you look at Obama's Campaign vs. Hillary's Campaign side-by-side.... and inject their position to the WHITE HOUSE. The case gets stronger and STRONGER for OBAMA. Hillary cannot do it on her own. She cannot even manage a campaign with out using her sweet daughter. Tsk Tsk Tsk Hillary.

Why wouldn't Hillary allow her family to participate in her campaign?? Certainly you don't think other candidates do not lean on their familes and utilize their skills where it can most help. You don't think Obama posing with his young children and wife is a political move? Obama's wife campaigns for him - are people just upset she doesn't have the clout and experience of Hillary's spouse? Hillary is smart and someone with REAL EXPERIENCE would be a refreshing change to run our country. Keep up the great work Hillary!

"She did a good job of conveying her mom's message," says Nicky Adamson, a student who saw Chelsea last month at Stanford University and ended up voting for Obama. "But the average college student can't relate to her, because she seems so intellectual."... I though Obama Zombies were so highly educated and more well to do than Hillary supporters. Obama...The Product that the Media pushes!!!! Buy into it and lose!!!

And the news networks can't stop saying how educated the Obama zombies are. Obama the product they push!!! Buy into it and loose!!!

I admire Chelsea Clinton. As a teacher/professor she is A plus. She doesn't need super stars to boost her appearance. She does what mom does! Gets to the solutions. Send her out on the trail

Chelsea seems to be a mature young adult who is attempting to "make a difference" in the world. It's refreshing to read about people like her; I was beginning to think that all young women of privilege were like Paris Hilton or Britney Spears.

The comment about college students not being able to relate to Chelsea because she's too intellectual is hopefully not representitive of ALL of our nations youth. I'm sure the journalist chose to add that particular comment for effect, but it just seems sad.

He says he has insight, but what it really is is IN EXPERIENCE. He also says he has a dream, but we know Hillary has th plan. Wha we dont need more of is a preacher, and we we do need a leader which HILLARY is all the way. Look at her srength and enormous endurance to tolerate all the media bias, and washington bias against her. She stll leads and while it may be a bad month in Feb., we will pervail in the end afer TX, OH and PA. The only thing obama hussein is missing is a bible or a pulpit. This is a country to lead, not a congregation with all of his words of hope and change. America wake up, we cant afford another bad President, we have far too much ground to make up globally and economically. VOTE HILLARY

Response for Nicky Adamson - a student....Please tell me that we are ot putting the future of the country into the hands of "students" like you who claims "She did a good job of conveying her mom's message," says Nicky Adamson, a student who saw Chelsea last month at Stanford University ... "But the average college student can't relate to her, because she seems so intellectual." I thought that was why you were at college, because of your intellctual prowess......What was I thinking

What is with all the attacks on physical appearance? Please choose a candidate based on substantive issues. Hillary is the best choice to move our country forward. She has dedicated her life to public service. Look at the specific issues and plans. She is dead on while Obama continues to talk in sound bites. He also has every media outlet in his back pocket. What happened to being able to utilize the press for
information only. I don't want their opinions. Do some research folks.

    • Posted By: Time for Change @ 02/11/2008 9:23:31 AM

You can check Obama's website for his stance on the issues. You just choose not to. I advise YOU to do the researching.

David Shuster should be reinstated. His suspension was not fair. He only spoke the truth and his choice of words may not have been the best but his work is the best and no one is perfect. Chelsea is the one thing the Clinton's did right .... no one disputes that. But she is now a part of the champaign and as such open for comment.

  • Posted By: Time for Change @ 02/11/2008 9:08:47 AM

I would be skeptical hearing her speak. Who wouldn't praise their mom to persuade others to vote for her?

The college kids probably did not ask hard questions like: Why does your mom take lobbyists money? Why didn't her parents not take care of the healthcare issues in the eight years they were in the White House?

  • Posted By: Kellyville @ 02/11/2008 9:02:00 AM

I agree that David Schuster used inappropriate words, but I also think that if Chelsea is out there she has to know that she is a target as well as all of the other people working for a specific candidates. Everytime the Clinton's have an opportunity to say that they are being 'unfairly treated', they jump on the poor me bandwagon, sometime tearing up. On one hand they say that they have experienced everything and can take everything directed at them an go on and on the other hand they cry fowl whenever they can. Give me a break!

Chelsea Clinton is a secret weapon, but not fair game to the press? That is a very one-sided rule! So many things have been said by the media that goes far beyond the line that would make the comment about Chelsea sound like a compliment, but because it is the Clintons reporters have to be suspended indefinitely?!!! Pleazzzzzzzzzzze! The Clinton's has a very crafty way of manipulating and molding the story they want the media to report... All a scam!!!

Chelsea for President -- When Chelsea gets to run for President, it will be a golden opportunity for her.

Now, it is just a simple fact that Chelsea is not running for President. Her Mom is.

What's with all the attacks on physical appearance? Pathetic. If you don't like the Clinton's-fine. But a candidate should not be chosen on the junior high school attractiveness scale. Look at the substantive issues, please. This election is too important. Based on policy, years of service and dedication to the country, Hillary is the right choice. Obama is an exciting speaker, but needs to stop with the soundbites and be more specific with policy.

Newsweek, don't become another attack dog who joins the network and those pundits and others who spew their venom. Seems the wagons are being drawn in a circle by particular media. In this article, Maureen Dowd and her "mute" comment is trademark Dowd. There is a common thread among those who share this anti-Clinton tirade; observe and see for yourself.
