It is good to study what The Microsoft and The Yahoo's ,as well as Google are doing, and of course to communicate our learned discipline from our hard studies during our say 10-15 years from colleges to universities. After all this time in school no one would have taught you this. But Guess what? Until we actually learn just how not to win the argument ,and rather win the Sale, we will ,as a people keep talking about all these software giants - indirectly hurling them to make more monies, and yet not realizing that there are tons of opportunities in Software, Technology and communication that can be made in companies like EDC Gold.Today China and Hong Kong & Japan has millions of young college & university students who are now making money via software & technology and are making thousands more online, than what their parents and grandparents could have ever dreamed to earn.

I wonder if Microsoft will come back with another offer, we hear about newsgroup getting in the picture, perhaps swapping out some of their myspace.com share. Not sure how it will end up for Yahoo. It's really hard to tell. I do sense in todays internet market that more competition is better. Google has most of the advertising market, and I think microsoft wants more of the pie. Personally I would invest now in some of the internet advertising companies (middle men) serving up affiliate ads. The prices are low now, but one of them may emerge as googles real competition. Some useful tips on ONLINE-FUTURE-TRADINGS.COM which has many useful tips for trading tech stocks at this time. We all know that advertising dollars is what will control the future of these companies. Not just the search engine giants like Google and baidu.com

MS is buying a brand. If it is not Coke, it has to be Pepsi.

Yahoo is a brand. That's what MS is buying...

What no one seems to get is that it's a bad deal for MS. Yahoo has been a refuge for those who don't like the the Redmond Giant. I believe that a large percentage of Yahoo customers will abandon the their services if MS takes over. The benefactor of such a migration would in large part be the Goog. A sure sign tha t MS mindset of buy the competition has befuddled what little grip on reality they still have.

Is this guy just a stooge for the Redmond Beast, looking to discourage bidding? Microsoft's need doesn't go away, regardless of any other failed deals. Google still poses a mortal threat to the Land of Gates. They are not going to back away, either for lack of money or lack of willpower, or because they suddenly believe they don't need the deal. At some point Balmer et al will approach the Yahoo shareholders, if Yang balks because he likes his toy too much. That Yahoo's stock is still low makes it MORE likely the shareholders will take the best deal on the table. What is this writer's inner plan? Deception? Misdirection? Microsoft will not back off. They will close the deal, and the FCC & Justice Dept. will approve it.
