So as far as his truthiness goes, You are calling him on not breaking down the expenditures of our overseas/domestic endeavors in the 30-90 seconds he generally gets per question in the debates? I would find it hard to tell someone what I did in the past week in 90 seconds to be honest. Not to mention the fact that I have never seen more than 5 questions asked of Dr Paul in any widely televised debate.

I love how you site the SPP site itself to dismiss any claims they may have a hidden agenda. Because that would be state on their website under "Myths vs. Facts" I guess? I think a Congressman is privy to more information than the girl behind the counter at Starbucks which seems to be the level of depth you have taken your research.

This is the reason I quit the mainstream media. I was taught to report and document facts.. Not to spout bullshit opinionated crap out of my mouth without the least bit of research. Joe Miller you are doing a great job at attaining a promotion from newsweek, but are a complete failure as a Journalist. Grow some balls and report facts not your biased opinion.

The media tries to pretend that Ron Paul does not exist. The media should not choose our next president. Ron Paul has a lot more support then everyone wants to admit. I live in AZ and was not able to vote for him in our Primary because of our state rules (that???s right I can???t vote for who I want). There have also been stories of his name being "accidentally left off the ballot" and people making up statements that he has dropped out of the campaign. THE GOVERNMENT IS AFRAID OF A CANDIDATE LIKE RON PAUL. HE SUPPORTS THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY AND OUR RIGHTS. How could anyone really vote for someone who thinks that we should be in Iraq for the next 100 years? Then on to Iran? How many more people have to die for special interests? If we actually needed our troops in the U.S. we wouldn???t even have any available to protect us. They are all in other countries where they should not be. Bring our troops home and protect our borders. Why even waste anymore time? We do not have the right to be the police of the world nor should we. We our destroying our own economy by fighting wars that we can't win.

Our Government prints money out of thin air and borrows more from other countries then we can ever pay back which is killing us and the value of our dollar is rapidly dropping. Do you really think that the government brainwashed zombies and liars have done a good job with our country so far? Bush has been one of the worst presidents in history. You all fell for his BS. He used the emotions of our country after 9/11 to put us in a war that benefits him, his friends, and his family members. Why allow them to throw us further down? Fighting wars that can never be won and wasting our hard earned money on their special interests. The companies that get bids to do jobs in countries where we are at war, they get over paid, and the money trail always comes back to people in the Government that are in some way affiliated with that company.

ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO RIGHT TO TAX US. THEY TAKE OUR MONEY AND USE IT FOR THEIR INTERESTS. THEY SPEND OUR TAX MONEY ON WHATEVER THEY WANT. Then they want to send us a small check to keep us quiet. Its time for us all to stand up for ourselves and fight this!!!

This article is just a sad, sad last ditch effort to knock a revolution into oblivion. This revolution is permanent. You wrote it, so you know. Ron Paul is the only candidate that has America's best interest in mind. The other candidates, like almost the last 20 years, are just hungry for the office with their own personal agenda. To fix America, we cannot keep "tweaking" different policies. These policies need to be completely reworked or repealed.

Well, I know not to read Newsweek anymore! This stuff is just bogus. I've read up on all the stuff they're supposedly "analyzing", and they leave a lot of facts to be wanted. Lying by omission and distortion is still lying. I'll go back to reading my other weekly publication.

joe, you'd have done well to actually check the facts yourself. the report by factcheck is wrong on several levels. i'm sure they've been addressed already so i won't go into detail there. i'm only here to say i will now be boycotting newsweek for life because of your sloppy reporting and inexplicable bias.

There is a NAFTA Superhighway in the plans, it is not difficult to establish that fact; see some of the other responses for more on that, there is an ???American Union??? Push ??? why else would so many states have voted already AGINST IT!
We CAN put this country back on a sound financial basis by cutting our spending and ???meddling??? overseas, and by taking back our currencies from the ???Federal Reserve??? - which is neither federal, nor does it have any reserves. It is a privately owned bank that prints money out of air (not clean air at that) with nothing to back it, loans it to the American government and then charges the American government exorgantant interest on it ??? that you and I pay for. (That is where your Federal Income Tax goes, ladies and gentlemen.)

Ron Paul is in this race, he has enormous support and while you mention the states he has not done particularly well in, you neglect to mention the states he has done well in ??? coming in second in several states and third in many more.

Ron Paul WILL be the next president of this country because he has many serious bakers despite the media???s well paid bias against him. Stop your racketeering. Stop ignoring and / or maligning Ron Paul ??? you have no right to use the media to control the direction of this election to suit your well paid patrons.

Report the election without bias, and you and the American People would know a lot more about this honorable man, and about the appalling state this country is in. But of course, that is exactly what you are paid not to do.
