FYI for those who plan to express their views with their pocketbooks and "such". Newsweek is owned by the Washington Post. The Washington Post Company owns television outlets: WDIV in Detroit, KPRC in Houston, WPLG in Miami, WKMP in Orlando, KSAT in San Antonio and WJXT in Jacksonville. The Post also owns Cable ONE, the owner and operator of cable television systems serving subscribers across the country.

Americans need to have a BIG march on Ron Paul. There is no statistical way with mostly private citizen donations & military service people donating to his campaign over $20 million dollars could have such a low number of delegates. Something in the process has been corrupted.
People typing at home (your cage) is not going to do it alone. A bunch of big gatherings need to happen.

lets forget the article for a moment. lets look at why it was put together. THET FEAR US! And well they should. Look at the support here for the movement?Dr. Paul. These people, and the pigs that pull their strings see what is happening.
GOOD, YOU WILL SOON REMEMBER WHY OTHER TYRANTS HAVE FEARED THE PEOPLE.
Thanks for writing about Ron Paul! 1. Lou Dobbs on CNN gives a report on the possibility of a NAU, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBmFrYWPoG8 2. That trillion dollars you speak of is connected to our Foreign Empire. He does want to get rid of the bureaucracy that is the department of defense as well as most departments gradually. 3. Dr. Paul has said the reason he uses those quotes is because Reagan and Paul are running on similar policies, if you watched the Meet the Press interview.

It's hard to pick on Ron Paul. Because he is honest, and he has a record of consistency and integrity in th Congress. Of all the candidates he is the only one who truly respects the Constitution of the United States and honestly wants to stop the creeping erosion of our civil liberties by travesties like the Patriot Act and National ID Card. He is the only candidate proven to not spend an extra penny taxpayer money unless the expenditure is expressly authorized by the constitituion. Ron Paul also understands how our sovereignty and our very future is threatened by the global elites and organizations such as the UN, NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT and more. If you don't think the people at the top of the financial pyramid do not want a North American union, think again. Look at the EU. Globalization is real and it is promoted from the top down by the neo-cons and global elites (Rockefeller etc). The other candidates are part of the problem. They are controlled by those above them who pull the financial strings on them. This article misses a big point, not once did the author attempt to explain the return on investment the American taxpayer is getting for our global empire of military deployments and bases worldwide. Not to mention the incredibly costly wars we are engaged in. So whether the spending figure is 1 trillion as Ron Paul says, or 1 million---it is money WASTED. Our money WASTED. And the assertion that the cost of medical care for returning vets wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan should not be included with defense spending? It should be catagorized as "domestic" spending? Poppycock! This author has an awful lot to learn about Ron Paul and without question he needs a dose of Ron's knowledge and common sense. There's so many holes in this guys argument I could write all day about it. But i do have to work on Thursdays.
It looks like Newsweek???s fact checker needs a fact checker. It is NOT true that ???Paul claims that a secret conspiracy composed of the Security and Prosperity Partnership and a cabal of foreign companies is behind plans to build a NAFTA Superhighway as the first step toward creating a North American Union.??? Please refer to the transcript of the CNN/YouTube Republican presidential debate, held on November 28, 2007. Dr. Paul states flatly that ???It???s not a conspiracy.???

Yeah and Bush didn't speak with the President of Mexico about our currency being the Amerio either... Nice article about Facts. You might want to get some dueche bag.
This guy is a *** dueche bag! He does an article about facts and the first paragraph is incorrect.
Paul claims that a secret conspiracy composed of the Security and Prosperity Partnership and a cabal of foreign companies is behind plans to build a NAFTA Superhighway as the first step toward creating a North American Union. But the NAFTA Superhighway that Paul describes is a myth, and the groups supposedly behind the plans are neither secret nor nefarious.
Hear actually cleared this up in a debate. He said its not a secret nor a conspiracy. And the plans were their for a superhighway but are not any longer.
JOE MILLER would denounce that they spoke about the Amerio as our currency that would involve Canada, mexico and yes the U.S. Bush spoke about this with the president of Mexico. NICE FACTS
Your children will have to pay for this war and the rest of the massive debt that your kind seems to think is your right. As to the North American Union where have you been under a rock? If there is no plan for the NAU then why are they building the Trans Texas Corridor? You are not a fool Sir but you are a liar!
After serving as President, Thomas Jefferson said that Americans would be better off not reading any newspapers, which he believed slanted the truth to sway public opinion against him. He believed that knowledge of the Constitution was the most important thing that any American can possess--and holding our elected officials accountable to it. That was back in the early 1800s. Look how far American journalism has fallen???and most Americans buy into it. Big money will buy just about anyone???not Ron Paul. That must really irk the big business pimps and their prostituted politicians and journalists.

I don't know who does your research, but ir appears as though are in competition with Fox News as to who can be the more misinformed. For information on NASCO go to http://www.nascocorridor.com/pages/federal/federal.htm. Why doesn't your crack(pot) reporter interview Ron Paul for his take on this rather than all this supposition and conjecture.

We here in Colorado are well aware of the Superslab threat, just ask Marsha Looper, Representative Colorado House District 19. Good thing some Republicans like Dr. Paul and Mrs. Looper have their act together. www.gomarsha.org
Ron Paul is not perfect. Some of these facts may be misrepresented...I think it is a matter of perspective. The big question is, "who is the most consistent?" Or, even, "Who is the best person for the job?"
Paul may not be perfect, but I would choose him every day of the week and twice on Sunday over any other candidate. Never again will I choose the "lesser of two evils." I will vote for Ron Paul whether or not he is available for election.
