Obama won three states yesterday 2/12/08, so I watched his speech....It???s amazing to me as an intelligent woman, how he's just strategically, on purpose, fully aware, following a Martin Luther King, format to empower the people. When a nation is sad he knows exactly what they need: a pep talk, a promise of hope, a lifting of the soul. I saw people roar of emotion for 45 minutes. Perhaps people see Hillary as just a walking suit, listing the issues and how she would tackle each one, but for 45 minutes straight, Obama never once even touched on one issue, let alone how he would solve them. It's sad to see a nation falling for emotional pep talks from a much too young mind and man who's just dreaming the dream but has no idea how to solve them. On the other hand here we have Hillary with a Masters on Health Reform from Harvard not to mention a Law Degree on the side to, 8 years Experience in the White House learning/working hand on hand with Clinton, 6 years as a U.S. Senator, and people are still trying to decide who???s the best person for the job? It???s a NO BRAINER even if just by logic. I don???t know what people are doing??? just because Hillary is actually focusing on the issues and not on our broken hearts we find her unfit? This opportunity that will never come back, it's great to be sheered up when we're down and people like Obama are really good at that, but when he sits in office is his job on TV giving us great empowerment speeches, or is his job to sit in office and solve issues I guess that's when we'll wake up and regret not having Hillary Clinton. The woman who actually went to school to CHANGE a nation in her twenties around the 1970???s that???s way before Obama decided to focus on CHANGE 6 months ago.

How would I advise Hillary?
I would advise her to at least do one thing ???.. if Obama is using his card on RACE as an African American like last night when he said "I would be the first Black African American to ever be elected to office do you really think I would waste this opportunity and let my people down, and whites, and Hispanics and Asian AND the Nation?" and people went crazy. Hillary should use her card on GENDER, she can say "I would be the first Woman to ever be elected to office do you really think I would waste this opportunity, and let little girls down, and women before me and after me and men, AND the Nation?" It's all about the HEART right now...talking from the heart is all people seem to want.....because the Nation is SAD and they just need to be sheered up...don't even have the mental state to retain or follow the important issues, which is what???s really important right now but what to do? Follow the crowd and feed them what they want....it's in their best interest not even Hillary's.

Hope is for lazy people who want someone else to solve their problems....Obama is not MLK or JFK....he sells hope for his unicorn. Most of the people voting for him act like pavlovian dog salivating at the word hope....Same technique was used on us 4 years ago. Every time Bush was losing credibility, he would "sound the bell"(raise the terror alert) and people would vote for him...whatever happen to those levels of terror? spooky.. Obama is a good salesman and we democrats will find out the hard way ???we'll get what we vote for (not me I like Hillary and I am loyal to my party)....and to geniepocket2 In less than 3 months Obama managed to divide the Dems, what bridge are you talking about...Hillary has been our front runner since Kerry's lost. YOU guys changed and left for Change and hope....Where is your loyalty? Where are the feminist? The next time a Man gets a job over you or gets paid more for doing the same thing ...remember who you voted for...

The next few weeks Hillary is going to play the "save the sad white woman from the evil black man" so please don't fall for her tricks. I hope Texas and Ohio finishes this race for the Democrats so we can get to some actual debates between Obama and Mccain. YEEYEE!!

I am a Republican, that thinks an Obama nomination from the Dems. is disgraceful Hillary is by no means my preference as President, but I at least know that she loves this country and would use wharever means necessary to protect it. I'm not sure this is true of her rival Hillary would be much harder than Hussein to defeat in the general election, hence the Republican support for him. I find it foolhardy.

My opinion is that unless she reveals who and what he really is soon, that this election is all but over. The GOP will not be so politically correct.

If my opinion comes to pass, I'm just thanking all of you Americans first and Democates next for your support for a truly honorable and forthright American Hero. JOHN McCAIN

NO MOHAMMEDS!!!

Since electability is such an issue why are Obama's liabilities so rarely discussed? If anyone in the Obama camp thinks that his ties to Trinity Church won't come back to haunt him I'm afraid they are sadly mistaken and extremely naive. His pastor Rev. Wrights praise for the teachings of Farrakhan and statements about 9/11 being the result of the racist policies of the Great White West will Barak in the general. Although Obama has made efforts to distance himself from some of Rev. Whites statements the fact remains that this is the man who performed the Obamas' wedding ceremony baptised their children and prayed with them just prior to Baraks announcement of his intention to run. Anyone who thinks that this alone isn't enough to pull independents and conservatives by the tens if not hundreds of thousands firmly into McCain's corner is crazy.

"Hussein"? "Mohammeds"? Such ignorance and venom.

Obama will be able to cross party lines, and will raise the rest of the world's opinions of America. Hillary will never be able to cross party lines (due to bias that already exists against her). She may indeed help with how the world views us, but not as much as Obama will. That's why I am voting for Obama. That, and because he genuinely inspires me, a difficult feat, as I have felt somewhat ashamed of what has become of America recently due to the Bush years.

Since I could not obtain an answer to the questions I have about O'Bama, seems there is no answer, I went into the Church of Christ web site. A lot was revealed to me there. I saw O'Bama there. A church that accepts all people of all races including Spanish, Indian, Asian & even gays & lesbians. They do fignt for these peoples rights. An honorable pursuit, how effective I don't know. His 20? years there was his training ground. However, I still don't have an answer about his mother. We see Hillarys mother on stage. We know all about her family and her background. Also Bill's. His mother, father, grandmother. What background does O'bama have? Why did his mother marry 2 muslims? Also, many of our Presidents were previously governors. They ran a state. They graduated to a country. Effectively governing a state is training ground for running a country. Bill did a very good job of that. Our country was a lot healthier under his adminustration and people were much better off. World wide they are respected. Tell me, in countrys like Afghanistan, where they want to execute one of their own because he espoused christianity, how will he fair with them? Just 1 example. All nations are being attacked by these radical muslims. How will even the moderate muslims accept or have confidence in someone that has rejected their religion? Will this make them even more determinded to attack the evil empire? I am worried.
