With Jennifer Flowers and Monica Lewinsky scandals, if she can???t stand up to her husband how can she stand up for our country? What a disgrace Hillary is!
With Jennifer Flowers and Monica Lewinsky scandals, if she can???t stand up to her husband how can she stand up for our country? What a disgrace Hillary is!
I don't get it.
Obama is a FANTASTIC SPEAKER! But, we need more than that for a President. We need someone who is experienced in communicating with other World leaders, someone who has strong relationships with other leaders in the US, someone who has seen and done more. I don't have a clue where Obama stands on a lot of the issues, abortion rights being one of them. Even his website does not address issues the way Hillary's does- clear and straightforward. Obama also touts that he voted against the war- well, he actually didnt because he was not in the Senate at that time, when the "evidence" (a.k. lie), was introduced. So, he can say it all he wants, who knows how he really would have voted? Probably "present" which has been his "cop out" over 60 times since he was elected.
It seems that the media is really controlling the way people are voting, which is so sad. Why aren't people looking at voting records? I don't want a President with no experience and wishy-washy voting
A Republican on an HBO show Friday night said that there is more sex discrimination than race discrimination. Those good ol boys would hate to have a woman in the #1 position. Even women don't think a woman can do it. We've come a long way baby?
And check out those Limbaugh / Coulter lovers calling Obama Hussein and Hillary Bill in drag. No matter what, those kind of people need to be silenced as their blind support for Bush is responsible for the current domestic economic failure and demoralizing hatred for the USA around the world. They are the unpatriotic ones - not the Democrats !
Clinton keeps bragging about her 35 years experience--makes me wonder why things aren't better than they are since she's been working on it for 35 years.
Grow up!!
Do a search on the internet. Type Hillary Clinton Scandals, read what it says. Then we will see who needs to grow up!
Yes, The great talker OBAMA is going to loss to John McCain. Let wait and see this thing come out.
How precisely is Obama likely to lose to a man who is being rejected by the base of the Republican Party, evangelicals and core conservatives? Obama is just as successful as McCain, if not more so, in attracting Independents, plus he has the added advantage of a united Democratic party at his back. If McCain can't control the core of his own party, all the swing voters in the world won't save him.
United Democratic party??? Obama has ripped the party in two! If he was going to unite the party he should have waited. Ask yourselves, why is he so impatient? Why did he need to run this year. Here's your answer you starry-eyed nincompoops...because he knew the country was done with the Republicans after 8 horrible years of Bush, because he knew he stir up the muck against Hillary again, and because if he took his Senate position SERIOUSLY and actually did his job in the Senate for 4 or 8 years, people wouldn't vote for him because he is INEFFECTIVE in the political arena. His followers are enured with his carefully crafted image that has been smoothly manufactured by Oprah and the Kennedy speech-writers.
AND who died and appointed you God of the "right time" - you really are hating on Oprah .. and now the Kennedys -
John McCain will get more Democrate votes than Reagan if he goes against Hussein Obama. Why do you think they are so happy with his success?
LOL yea great talkers are overrated. We just want more of the same old Washington politics. We don't want leaders we want old white men in their 70's to connect to the melting pot that is America.
Don't hate Obama because he is an exceptional orator. Many great leaders in world history have been just that. Uniters of people, messenger of hope, someone the future generation can connect with...we need change, not for you people about to retire, but for your kids and grand kids. Think about them before you cast your vote in November...
Obama won three states yesterday 2/12/08, so I watched his speech....It???s amazing to me as an intelligent woman, how he's just strategically, on purpose, fully aware, following a Martin Luther King, format to empower the people. When a nation is sad he knows exactly what they need: a pep talk, a promise of hope, a lifting of the soul. I saw people roar of emotion for 45 minutes. Perhaps people see Hillary as just a walking suit, listing the issues and how she would tackle each one, but for 45 minutes straight, Obama never once even touched on one issue, let alone how he would solve them. It's sad to see a nation falling for emotional pep talks from a much too young mind and man who's just dreaming the dream but has no idea how to solve them. On the other hand here we have Hillary with a Masters on Health Reform from Harvard not to mention a Law Degree on the side to, 8 years Experience in the White House learning/working hand on hand with Clinton, 6 years as a U.S. Senator, and people are still trying to decide who???s the best person for the job? It???s a NO BRAINER even if just by logic. I don???t know what people are doing??? just because Hillary is actually focusing on the issues and not on our broken hearts we find her unfit? This opportunity that will never come back, it's great to be sheered up when we're down and people like Obama are really good at that, but when he sits in office is his job on TV giving us great empowerment speeches, or is his job to sit in office and solve issues I guess that's when we'll wake up and regret not having Hillary Clinton. The woman who actually went to school to CHANGE a nation in her twenties around the 1970???s that???s way before Obama decided to focus on CHANGE 6 months ago.
Please VOTE right...you know it's right.
How would I advise Hillary?
I would advise her to at least do one thing ???.. if Obama is using his card on RACE as an African American like last night when he said "I would be the first Black African American to ever be elected to office do you really think I would waste this opportunity and let my people down, and whites, and Hispanics and Asian AND the Nation?" and people went crazy. Hillary should use her card on GENDER, she can say "I would be the first Woman to ever be elected to office do you really think I would waste this opportunity, and let little girls down, and women before me and after me and men, AND the Nation?" It's all about the HEART right now...talking from the heart is all people seem to want.....because the Nation is SAD and they just need to be sheered up...don't even have the mental state to retain or follow the important issues, which is what???s really important right now but what to do? Follow the crowd and feed them what they want....it's in their best interest not even Hillary's.
Hillary is nothing more than Bill Clinton in drag. This country does not need another 4 or 8 years of Clinton politics, adultery, deal making for their benefit and a lack of concern for America. Please, your fairy tale recollection of Hillary and her experience is humorous at best. Pillow-talk in the White House does not count as "experience."
Senator Obama has a degree from Columbia and a law degree from Harvard. He has an impressive history of public service, albeit at a lower level of government. To make Hillary sound more experienced than Senator Obama is also rahter humorous.
Senator Obama inspires people with his speeches. He is believable in his desire to change America for the better. Hillary is like a monotone broken recording. She is hard to take seriously, behind the fact that she seriously wants to win the White House. It's always about her, not what she can do for US.
Hope is for lazy people who want someone else to solve their problems....Obama is not MLK or JFK....he sells hope for his unicorn. Most of the people voting for him act like pavlovian dog salivating at the word hope....Same technique was used on us 4 years ago. Every time Bush was losing credibility, he would "sound the bell"(raise the terror alert) and people would vote for him...whatever happen to those levels of terror? spooky.. Obama is a good salesman and we democrats will find out the hard way ???we'll get what we vote for (not me I like Hillary and I am loyal to my party)....and to geniepocket2 In less than 3 months Obama managed to divide the Dems, what bridge are you talking about...Hillary has been our front runner since Kerry's lost. YOU guys changed and left for Change and hope....Where is your loyalty? Where are the feminist? The next time a Man gets a job over you or gets paid more for doing the same thing ...remember who you voted for...
It was hope that provided the founders of our country the basis to leave Britian and come to this country. Remeber the words form elementary school history books. "They has HOPE for a new world, free to worship as they pleased". If hope was for lazy people imagine where you would be.
oh great. that's what we need a feminist president. If Hillary becomes president this country is doomed.
The next few weeks Hillary is going to play the "save the sad white woman from the evil black man" so please don't fall for her tricks. I hope Texas and Ohio finishes this race for the Democrats so we can get to some actual debates between Obama and Mccain. YEEYEE!!
This remark was just................... stupid. If you are an example of the type of person who votes for Omama, we're in real trouble if he wins.
Good remark wildchild. Help us get the truth out about Hussein, before more idiots start falling for the big lie.
ME TOO!!! I CAN'T WAIT. An AMERICAN HERO vs. A MOHAMMED!
There may be blood in our streets because of idiots like yourself, but at least a few good muslims will get a few dozen virgins.
NO TO MOHAMMED!!!
I'd be repelled by your inanity but I have to laugh because it's so idiotic, holy. Luckily your ignorance will be over-ruled. I'll cheerfully be cancelling your vote with mine. Don't let the curtain hit you in the *ss on the way out of the polling station.
I am a Republican, that thinks an Obama nomination from the Dems. is disgraceful Hillary is by no means my preference as President, but I at least know that she loves this country and would use wharever means necessary to protect it. I'm not sure this is true of her rival Hillary would be much harder than Hussein to defeat in the general election, hence the Republican support for him. I find it foolhardy.
My opinion is that unless she reveals who and what he really is soon, that this election is all but over. The GOP will not be so politically correct.
If my opinion comes to pass, I'm just thanking all of you Americans first and Democates next for your support for a truly honorable and forthright American Hero. JOHN McCAIN
NO MOHAMMEDS!!!
RACIST comment - so sad
This is not about race, its about GOD and DEVILS. But as far as race, what percentage of African American vote is Hussein getting?
Since electability is such an issue why are Obama's liabilities so rarely discussed? If anyone in the Obama camp thinks that his ties to Trinity Church won't come back to haunt him I'm afraid they are sadly mistaken and extremely naive. His pastor Rev. Wrights praise for the teachings of Farrakhan and statements about 9/11 being the result of the racist policies of the Great White West will Barak in the general. Although Obama has made efforts to distance himself from some of Rev. Whites statements the fact remains that this is the man who performed the Obamas' wedding ceremony baptised their children and prayed with them just prior to Baraks announcement of his intention to run. Anyone who thinks that this alone isn't enough to pull independents and conservatives by the tens if not hundreds of thousands firmly into McCain's corner is crazy.
You are right on. Throw in his Mohammedness, and you really have a nice debate. This is going to make swiftboats look like rubber duckies.
HILLARY needs to bring this out in the open now, or she is finished. Vote McCain as your 2nd option.
NO TO MOHAMMED!!!
I need to clarify that I don't claim any knowledge of Obama's ties to Islam, (which by the way is practiced by millions of peaceloving and compassionate people with a few nuts thrown in, if you study history you'll find violent nutjobs of every faith). My concern has to do with perception. Rev. Wrights rhetoric will be all the Republicans need to take this election lock stock and barrel.
I understand your comments and agree with you. My response is that his Trinity church affiliation, while definately an obstacle for him, his muslim background will be the nail in his campaing coffin.
"NO TO MOHAMMED"? I think I'll say no to blatantly false, bigoted and racist rhetoric instead. Thanks. And if you think that the innumerous scandals of the last Clinton presidency (which Hillary proudly claims as part of her "35 years of experience") won't surface in the general election, you have another think coming to you. Not only that, but her main selling point of "experience" will be laughable when she's running against McCain, who has been in the senate for over a quarter of a century.
Let me think extramarital affiars or ties to statements that claims America deserved what it got on 9/11, hmm which will rile evangelicals more. McCain's dream opponant is Obama, his base is ready to abandon him if Hillary runs, when Ann Coulter pledges to vote for Hillary over McCain what does this say about his chance against her. Put Obama in the race, throw in a little Rev. Wright, and you get a perfect recipe for 4 more years of Bush policies ala McCain.
First, Obama never said America got what it deserved on 9/11. That is another lie, and I defy you to bring me a verifiable quote that proves otherwise. Second, extramarital affairs are not what I was getting at. Google the name Mark Rich; Monica Lewinsky will be the LEAST of her problems. Funny how Hillary loses in virtually all the national polls against McCain but Obama wins.
You sure like the words lie, and liar. I suspect you have trust issues. If you would care to read more carefully my comment you would see that I said Obama was tied to the statement not that he made it himself. As for verifyable quote please read the pertinant portion of Obama's pastors speech as published in October 2003 issue of the Trinity United Church of Christ???s publication, "The Trumpet below.
In the 21st century, white America got a wake-up call after 9/11/01. White America and the Western world came to realize that people of color had not gone away, faded into the woodwork or just ???disappeared??? as the Great White West kept on its merry way of ignoring Black concerns.
Given your trust issues I suggest that you don't take my word for it but look it up for yourself. I would like to again clarify that my issue is not so much with the statement (which I do not agree with but allow is a valid point of view) but what it will do to Obama's chances of winning against McCain (snowball in hell) once the nomination is made. This is McCain's ace in the hole, 8 in the corner pocket etc... The fact that its is not YET widely discussed accounts for Obamas lead in the polls.
Oh of course, when all else fails, accuse your opponent of having a psychological deficit. You should be an adviser for Clinton. I do apologize for misreading your comment, you did say "ties". I guess I tuned it out, because your comment sounded like it was producing damning evidence against Obama, when in reality it borderlines on being completely irrelevant. Hate speeches and churches go hand in hand. No one cares what Obama's pastor said. By the way, this story has been brought up several times in the national news and was quickly written off because, like I said, no one cares.
You guys are obamababies. You are all emotion and no substance. I think I know your problem and you should take caution. Over exposure to YOUTUBE leads to being BIPOLAR, which leads to REHAB.. Oh, I'm sorry, thats what makes ya'll so cool. By the way, did you know that MOHAMMED WAS A PEDOPHILE?
"NO TO MOHAMMED"? I think I'll say no to false, bigoted and racist rhetoric instead.
Your right about the Clinton scandels, but the fact remains that Bill is considered by most people as their favorite Dem. since FDR. Hussein Obama on the other hand is a dangerous consideration for our entire country. As I have said before...NO TO MOHAMMED!!!
...NO TO the Religious BIGOTS. Go obama.
I agree. Back to Indonesia.
Well, if he's so dangerous(which I fail to see), you better stop spreading blatant lies. No one is foolish enough to think that Obama is Muslim, and by spreading this nonsense you're only hurting yourself and your cause. By the way, I would rather have Obama run and lose to McCain than risk the implications of ANOTHER Clinton presidency, which are not only dangerous, but REAL.
Once all the facts are laid out and people realize that the only difference between Barack and Hillary is one inspires and the other doesn't. Hope is a good thing. Hillary would have used it if she could have had the oratory skills to deliver it. Advantage - OBAMA. There is not a significant policy difference. Secondly: I have the deepest of admiration for Sen McCain. He is a real American hero. Unfortunately, I think he is still fighting that war in his head. Example: Sen McCain was asked a question once about his plans for the economy. His response ended by saying "I will win the war against Radical Islamic Extremism". He was asked another question about unemployment. His response ended with "I will win the war against Radical Islamic Extremism". This dude scares me.
woooooah...what a hater! that time is long gone FRIEND...let us all move on to something more positive and more inspiring; keeping in mind when you have nothing productive to say, say nothing at all. I love Sen. Hilary Clinton, but on the other hand, how can I ever let greatness pass me by? 50 yrs from now, I simply don't wanna tell my children 'i could have been part of that movement which change the face of world, thereby prolonging America's greatness for another couple of centuries to come!' This is 'History in the making people, let us all be part of it!!
Redneck opinions got us into this mess. So relax rednecks because the true Americans are going to change things. All republicans will take a hit for supporting the cowboy who can't put a full sentence together. ( lesson is on David Letterman, great moments in Presidential History.) This message is brought to you by a white male, and i approve this message!
"Hussein"? "Mohammeds"? Such ignorance and venom.
Your on that YouTube high aren't you?
Not at all. It's just that your snarling, spitting style says WAY more about you than any candidate. Calm down, take a deep breath, and stop making a horse's *** of yourself. It's going to be OK, really.
hey elvis, its time to play ball. Hussein is about to face questions, which when answered will be the end of his show..
If there were questions to answer, you can bet Billary would have brought them up by now. They weren't above playing the race card, after all. The Clintons are a powerful political machine, and they will leave no stones unturned. The fact is, everything you're saying is a verifiable LIE, just like the LIES that were spread about McCain having an illegitimate ,interracial baby. No one with any shred of credibility would be caught dead repeating what you're saying as fact. The only reason you can get away with it is because you're spreading it online with your identity concealed.
Wrong, Rev. Wrights statements are a matter of public record. Google Trinity Church and you will find plenty of evidence to substatiate this. What is not in evidence is that Obama is a practicing Muslim. Which truly should not be an issue anyway but Trinity Church is directly tied to hate speech. Why hasn't the Hillary campaign or the media made more of an issue of this, because they would be labeled racists.
Hate speeches? Isn't that what churches are? Maybe they havn't made an issue of it because NO ONE CARES what the pastor of a church that Obama goes to said. Get back at me when you have something tangible.
*Isn't that what churches are for?
Hey all ya'll Obama supporters.
is he a Shiite or
First my comments were "blatantly false, bigoted and racist rhetoric", then they were "lies" but now that evidence is in hand to trump both of these assertions "no one cares" , and let me get this straight because chuches are hate speech, so Obamas ties to Rev. Wright will be a non issue in the general. Well it's a point of view not a very sound one but one you entitled too.
I was speaking to HollyRoller when I said "blantenty false, bigoted, and racist". It's hard to tell the two of you apart at times, but on that I was crystal clear(the "NO TO MOHAMMED" in quotations should have been a big tip off). It's a fact that many many churches consistently practice homophobia and anti-gay rhetoric; so I think my opinion is very sound.
please keep all racist rethoric out of this election because it is hurting hillary and obama and everyone who is voting for them. the governor of pensylvania is an embarrassment to his state and it is people like him that is hurting mrs hillary clinton
Obama will be able to cross party lines, and will raise the rest of the world's opinions of America. Hillary will never be able to cross party lines (due to bias that already exists against her). She may indeed help with how the world views us, but not as much as Obama will. That's why I am voting for Obama. That, and because he genuinely inspires me, a difficult feat, as I have felt somewhat ashamed of what has become of America recently due to the Bush years.
How do you know Obama will be able to cross party lines? Good God just because you say it that doesn't make it so. No wonder you are an Obama follower. You are dilusional!

Please, let us not get swept away in the personality cult of Obama.Let us be sensible and pick the person that can get us through these rough times and that could only be Sen Clinton.
Since I could not obtain an answer to the questions I have about O'Bama, seems there is no answer, I went into the Church of Christ web site. A lot was revealed to me there. I saw O'Bama there. A church that accepts all people of all races including Spanish, Indian, Asian & even gays & lesbians. They do fignt for these peoples rights. An honorable pursuit, how effective I don't know. His 20? years there was his training ground. However, I still don't have an answer about his mother. We see Hillarys mother on stage. We know all about her family and her background. Also Bill's. His mother, father, grandmother. What background does O'bama have? Why did his mother marry 2 muslims? Also, many of our Presidents were previously governors. They ran a state. They graduated to a country. Effectively governing a state is training ground for running a country. Bill did a very good job of that. Our country was a lot healthier under his adminustration and people were much better off. World wide they are respected. Tell me, in countrys like Afghanistan, where they want to execute one of their own because he espoused christianity, how will he fair with them? Just 1 example. All nations are being attacked by these radical muslims. How will even the moderate muslims accept or have confidence in someone that has rejected their religion? Will this make them even more determinded to attack the evil empire? I am worried.
After reading most of the following comments I have to agree with you. My worry also is about
his mother marrying two different muslims and the fact that he does not have very much experience.
I actually was very surprised the Kenndy's backed him and thought they did that due to his inexperience
they would run over him. And please!!!!!! comparing his wife to Mrs. Kennedy because she had on
pearls while on Larry King. What are people thinking.........
