Marketingtruth, god bless you too. I'm still voting Clinton,McCain, in that order.
Marketingtruth, god bless you too. I'm still voting Clinton,McCain, in that order.
Same here. Either Marketing is a closet Hillary/McCain supporter and is trying to show how crazy the Obamacan are, kinda like reverse phycology. Or He/Her is really just nuts and thinks everyone is a racist that doesn't vote for Obama... like reverse racism. Either way... the kind of rhetoric and ideas Marketing is spewing are going to drive a lot of fence post Obama supporters to Hill or McCain.. which is good for us. We should keep encouraging people like Marketing. They show the fence post just how crazy those Obama revivalist are.
You're doing some REALLY deep thinking...keep it up.
Let me throw this out there. Its far fetched but plausible. If McCain were really smart, he'd get Condaleeza Rice as his running mate. I'd still vote republican. Then what does that make me, a feminist?
Certainly looks like its coming down to McCain vsObama '08. The BarakStar is without question hotter than a two-dollar pistol. He exudes confidence, and deservedly so.
Me? I'm considering making some money off this whole thing. Might start a T-Shirt company, market around Republican gatherings and sell them faster than I can make them
This is my idea. A pretty nice quality shirt to begin with. A well drawn caracature of Sen. Obama, wearing a turban, neru jacket accompanied with some love beads while proudly displaying a pease sign. I'm considering a gold tooth but haven't really decided..Underneath the words.NOBAMA!!!
Back of the shirt-John McCain Commander-In-Chief '08
Ya'll think they will sell @ $75 each?
Pre-orders only$55-order now cause supplies won't last
Comment: It is apparent Jrmapu, that you have a problem with self-hatred. You would rather vote for anyone other than someone who happens to resemble you in any way. You have internalized the European model of racial hierarchy. You would rather be bastardized and have Hillary see you as nothing more than a percentage of a vote that happens to be Latino, but once she gets your vote, she will deem you invisible as she so quickly did to those Latinos that voted for her in other states. You would rather switch and vote for a Caucasian man next, and anyone who would allow you to disassociate and not identify yourself with anyone who reminds you of your race. Obama vs. Clinton-you vote for Clinton, because she is Caucasian. Obama vs. MCcain-you would vote for MCcain, because he is Caucasian. It is obvious that you are suffering from a common ailment amongst many racial groups, who are not Caucasian. You are suffering from a deep sense of inadequacy. It is extremely difficult for someone suffering from your ailment, to make an intelligent decision, because you are so caught up in the disassociation and being very careful not to identify yourself with those you feel remind you of YOUR OWN inadequacy, and your ???darker??? skin, as you mentioned. You stating your skin color, is very telling of someone who suffers from such issues.
So your saying all Latinos have an inferiority complex because they aren't white? So thats why you only see white guy in Porches... they are trying to make up for a lack of something down somewhere? You should get published.. your insights in social hierarchy is amazing...
Do you feel inferior?
Compared to your superior intellect... who wouldn't?
Come on...tell me how do you really feel?
Hillary Clinton has now stated several times that she firmly believes that "words don't matter." If so, then why should we trust her to keep hers?
Be informed about the Clintons, and read this book, Target: Caught In The Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton, by Kathleen Willey AND the go get the stunning film "Hillary! Uncensored" from WND's online bookstore. THEY ARE EYEOPENERS!
Crooks or Mohammed, what to do? The only sensible thing-DEMOCRATES FOR McCAIN. This will be the biggest party crossover vote since Reagan-Carter.
You know if Obama gets the nomination, I just may vote Republican. I'd rather have a Republican president than trust the scales of justice in favor of a full Democratic majority under an inexperienced leadership. I just changed parties from republican. Hillary is my only choice. Obama will have to wait his turn. Patience. What is his urgency? Why is he saying anything to get elected? Why is he being a political bully? (Thats politics, I know). Why is the press being soft on him? Those are the questions people need to look at. Everyone knew Hillary was going to run in 2008. All of a sudden we get someone who gets the backing of special interests. Thats really scary to disect.
Comment: I can understand your underlying tone as to saying that Obama is inexperienced, however I have referred you to checking the facts and Obama's credentials. If after speaking with you on these facts, you are still posting comments based on emotions, then it will become even more apparent that there is a another issue as to why you are opposing Obama. Are you afraid of having someone of African descendancy running this country.? These are issues you have to deal with. I would think that it is a "color" issue with you and not a "political" issue. You would rather crossover and submit to "Gustapo type regime" than to humble yourself to someone who is bringing about REAL and POSITIVE change for WE the people. Again, that is a personal issue that YOU need to resolve.
So you think you know me? I don't think so. I am the grandmother of the future generations of biracial children. Don't play the race card with me. Obama is not ready at this time. i never said I would not vote for him in the future. When he is experienced I will whole heartedly support him. I was already thinking about democratice control. But Hillary is the one to make me realize that she is the hope we need now not later. I think its you whom have a "color" issue. At least Barrack can prove he is a TRUE African American.

Having a problem with copy/paste there chief?
Well, it sounds like you're doing some thinking. That is always a good sign. Blessings.
oh spare me JRMAPU...if you would cast the vote for mccain simply bc obama won the nomination, then i daresay something else is driving your vote ...and that something is racism pure and simple. ...if you read their stance on issues and you pretend to favor hrc, then there is no way in hell you would cast that vote for mccain...to do so implies you were never voting on the issues to begin with .you bigot!
fellow hispanics wake up....our issues closely resemble those of the blacks and other minorities...don't let out ignorance shoot us in the foot!
What issues are you talking about? The healthcare, guess what? We already have universal healthcare. let's see, CHANGE? Define Obama's change? Even he has a hard time defining how he is going to make that happen. Oh and the next time you call someone a bigot make sure you know thier ethnicity. I am more than likely darker than you, if you are hispanic. I have my views and you have yours. I am validated just as you are.
You keep spewing your closed-minded bigoted thoughts everywhere. We do not have universal health care, and don't believe that we'll get that from old Hillary either, because I informed you of that. If you really wanted to know who and what Obama is all about, you would have found that out by now. You just hate who you are.

Type this in your web search bar "Clinton Scams" and press "Search"
Pick any of the scams, in fact read all you find to see Bill and Hillary move Govt. funds to their friend's and then how the friend's launder 100s of millions back to B&H

This is hilarious... so what your saying is that anyone who opposes Obama or is not an Obamaphile is a closet racist? So what if Obama is nominated then all Republicans, Independant and Democrats that don't vote Obama is a racist? Because they are afriad of a black man as President? All I can say is WTF!
Read it again, and follow the conversation next time and maybe you'll see what I am saying.
No Ive been reading it and thats pretty much the crux of your arguement. Ive read it like 5 times maybe you got copy/paste happy. Are you one of those Obamaphiles that thinks he is the second coming of jebus... someone so powerful and moving that no one can dare criticize? With the exemption of HolyRoller most of these criticisms are coming from Demorcats, like myself, that aren't buying into the Obama hype. Get used to it. Saying go see for yourelf at obama.com isn't going to convince a skeptic... thats like saying the bible is true because on chapter so and so in teh book of whatever says so. (on a side note I always thought Jebus would come back as a gay mexican man just to piss off the religious right)
You may be less of a bigot , but you're still being influenced by racialized thinking. I worship no man, but if you were truly informed, then you would obviously not be so resentful and so filled with contempt. You just like to be a rebel. You don't want to see the truth because you appear to also be suffering from a mental block when it comes to respecting others of another race.

How about this response, someone else posted this. Most of it is true. Still researching. We know Clinton's laundry. This is politics and dirt will always find its way. I always have instincts.
Now a little about the REAL Michelle Obama. Cares about people> That is hysterically funny.
Does a person who cares about people vote, as a director of a company, to shut a plant and throw 153 minority workers out of their jobs? Hardly. Yet this is what Michelle Obama did as a Director of Treehouse Foods. She voted to shut a Colorado pickle and relish plant in a town that has a population of 1,500. Thus she helped throw over 10% of the population out of their jobs. When the Mayor of the town offered to pay for plane fare for either her or Barack to come visit to see the devastation her vote caused, they both refused to come.
By the way, her hypocritical Husband Barack criticized Hillary for being a member of the Board of WAL-MART. Yet his own wife Michelle is was a member of the Board of Treehouse Foods, who's biggest customer is.... WAL-MART and its subsidiary, Sam's.
Next, our "good Samaritan" whom many people who have posted here claim would be a great addition to the list of First Ladies, is a Vice President of a hospital where she is in charge of community affairs. The community that it is located in is Barack's old State Senate District which is mostly Black, This hospital has been cited by the Department of HHS with "Patient dumping". That is, tossing poor sick people out of the hospital because they have no insurance or inadequate insurance. Yet this supposedly "Not For Profit" hospital earned over $200 MILLION in PROFITS last year and is on the road to making over $240 MILLION in profits this year with an average patient load of 27,000 patients a year. That is an AVERAGE PROFIT of over $7,400 per patient. Not gross receipts, but PROFIT for a Not for Profit hospital.
They also charge poor Blacks without insurance 5 1/2 times as much for the same medicines that they charge Whites with insurance. When they can't pay, they spend over $10 MILLION on collection agencies to hound these poor sick people for the money.
If you don't believe me, look at the profit statements yourself. She works for University of Chicago Medical Center. What you read should make YOU ill. Michelle has an office bigger than many of the labs in the hospital yet poor Blacks are overcharged and tossed out of the hospital and forced to seek help at the County Hospital.
These are just a few of the "oversights" the person who calls herself a reporter managed to miss. I'm sure that if you assigned her to write an article about New York City she would miss the fact that the World Trade Center is no longer in existence if this is the quality of her reporting.
Again, it is OBVIOUS that you simply don't want or care to know who the REAL Clinton is OR who the REAL Obama and his Wonderful wife are. You are posting distorted and convoluted information and I am too tired to set you straight tonight. So, I'll give you the facts tomorrow. As a final tip, do you know that Clinton is a member of the Bilderberger, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which a division of the Illumanati? Start your investigating, with this CRUCIAL information.
And your point is? You keep your opinions and I'll keep mine. I have heard enough from all sides. Bottomline everyone have issues and concerns. Stop acting your shoe size. I probably have been in this world longer than you. I've lived history. I make decisions based on my experience with all types of people. Obama is no different. He has the same flaws as others. Its a very long fall from the top. I can tell you this, whoever gets the presidency I will not bad mouth in another country. I will support whoever becomes president. I may not like it but I have learned through my lifetime, life is what you make. I do not leave it to chance or to anyone else, not even someone like you.
Well, it sounds like you're doing some thinking. That is always a good sign. Blessings.
So. Where are all the articles about Clinton turning the black vote? Nowhere. Where are all the articles about anyting that could possibly help Clinton in the slightest? Nowhere. Newsweek is a piece of s*** 24 hour 7 day a week commercial for Barack 'empty suit' Obama. Do you pieces of cr*p honestly expect the millions of Clinton supporters to VOTE for Obama in the general election? Not after this continual cr*p. This whole nomination process has been one GIANT MEDIA HYPE . Go Mc Cain go. Screw you Newsweek.
Bigot

Didn't your mother ever teach you that if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all? Obviously not. You seem to be calling anyone with thier own views a bigot, or suffering self-hatred. Whatever. You are the one with self hatred because I won't be brain washed by you. Obama is not ready for the presidency. he will be eventually. Whats wrong with keeping the scales of justice balanced? Your ideology is whats wrong with the country. I trust Hillary Clinton to lead. What are you worry about? I am just a little ole commentator. Obama has always been a part of the Latino community. I know personally. Don't believe the media hype. He has made REAL changes within the Latino communities in Chicago and will continue to listen and respond to the voice of Latinos. He will honor the legacy of the strong Latino mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters of this Country.
Obama states,
"Now, I think part of the reason we've let the problem get to this point is that we tend to view students at inner-city schools as someone else's rather than our own. We say things like "these kids can't learn" and "these kids are too far behind." So the first thing we need to do is to start treating "these kids" like "our kids." And that means making sure we have an education system that's working for students like Gonzalo. Because no American should feel like their education system isn't designed for them.
That's why when I'm President, we'll give our kids everything they need to have a fighting chance. Let's not pass a law called No Child Left Behind and then leave the money behind. Let's rebuild our crumbling schools, recruit an army of new teachers and get more of them to come teach right here in East L.A. - because what makes the most difference in any child's education is the person standing at the front of the classroom.
And we also have to make sure that every child who wants to learn English has the resources to learn English. And that any child who comes here and studies here and does well in school has the same chance to attend a public college as anyone else. This is what the DREAM Act does.

So we know what we have to do. We know how to solve these problems. What we're lacking is leadership that can get it done. Leadership that can unite people of every race and religion and political party to make sure that in this country - of all countries - a life of hope and opportunity is possible for anyone who's willing to reach for it. That's the America we believe in. That's the America that led my father to come here from Kenya many years ago. And that's the America that I'm running for President to help bring about.
marekting truth---hrc expects the ignorance of the hispanics to win her the election and i fear it might..as a latina i can tell you that we worship the ground our fairer skinned, lighter eyed relatives walk on..i guess casting that vote for hrc has everything to do with our obession for dying our hair blond and wishing we were as pales as some long lost relative....i really doubt it has much to do with brand recgonition and expereince and yadi yadi yah.....for the record, i am fair with light eyes and yes i am latina.....t

So Hillary has experience as a political agitator. Nobody denies that. But she knows diddly about diplomatic negotiations and commanding the Navy. If you think marriage to a leader makes a leader, then get your teeth pulled by your dentist's wife.
EXACTLY..lol
NOBAMA TEXAS NOBAMA!!!
Its funny that now that it's time to vote in Texas, Obama wants the Hispanic vote but what I need to know is Where was he at when it wasn't time to vote in Texas was he even worried about the Hispanics and since he is a Senator in Illinios where a lot of Hispanics live has he done anything for the Hispanics there. Im just still not sold on Barack Obama I fell like i need some answers for my questions. Until then GO HILLARY!
cornoado are you for real? his work in illionis benefited hispanics...research before you make more blunders...the truth of the matter is you would never cast that vote for obama anyway....if he is the senator of illionis, please tell me why in the hell should he campaign in texas you dufus! he is now running for president, so he is in texas, but do not be fooled into thinking that the plight of the regular folks was ever overlooked by obama....we are all crying race, but we are begging for such dvisiveness each time we type such foolishness...instead of looking at it as hispanic vs black vs asian vs native american vs middle eastern vs white, why don't we do what obama is trying to do?--unite us all by through our common plights!
Comment: Obama has WAY more experience in running government than Clinton does. Clinton was a spokesperson who acted as an ambassador during her husband's term and ran her household (of which she didn't do a good job of either). Even while on Clinton's watch as the senator of New York, terrorists attacked the World Trade Center AND Hillary Clinton sided with the worse president in the history of the United States to launch a FRUITLESS war that has cost us BILLIONS of dollars and THOUSANDS of lives and you would have the audacity to side with an individual whose husband, as the president, was having oral sex with some girl named Lewinsky, and this is who you want running your government? Obama has generations of experience of running policy and running a state. Every child in the State of Ilinois receives FREE health insurance and this is the FIRST state to have such a plan. OBAMA implemented this. OBAMA helped to build the resurgence of jobs in the state of Illinois after the factories and plants shut down. OBAMA implemented strategic plans to put those people who were in those factories back to work and OBAMA IS also working on plans to reform the damage that has come about from the mortgage and lending institututions that have caused so many to be in foreclosure. SO besides running a state, here is a person who has FAR greater experience running government than Hillary. I'm not going to argue with anyone who doesn't want to check the facts. Just know that you will be used by the strong "hand of government", to implement Hillary's plan to garnish and tax all the employees in America WHETHER they can afford it or not. My mention of the "heavy hand of government" was an answer that was PARTICULARlY given by CLINTON regarding how she would FORCE her "UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE" on ALL individuals, ( of which I left reference as to where to check in earlier comments). Along with Senator Ted Kennedy, she was the major force behind the State Children's Health Insurance Program in 1997, a federal effort that provided state support for children whose parents were unable to provide them with health coverage.[138] She promoted nationwide immunization against childhood illnesses and encouraged older women to seek a mammogram to detect breast cancer, with coverage provided by Medicare.[139] She successfully sought to increase research funding for prostate cancer and childhood asthma at the National Institutes of Health.[48] The First Lady worked to investigate reports of an illness that affected veterans of the Gulf War, which became known as the Gulf War syndrome.[48] Together with Attorney General Janet Reno, Clinton helped create the Office on Violence Against Women at the Department of Justice.[48] In 1997, she initiated and shepherded the Adoption and Safe Families Act

He marched with many Latinos and fought for their civil rights in Chicago and abroad and will continue to truly be a voice and movement for the many Latinos that go unheard. Speaker: Senator Barack H. Obama Jr. (IL)

Mr. Obama has clearly declared that the hispanics are NOT taking jobs away from anyone. Listen to him carefully when he is asked such a question. DO NOT BE MISLED.gGet the facts.
Yet Hillary would say they are, and then they vote for her.
we are voting for hillary. just accept the fact. and yes it is race related but it has nothing to do with the blacks it just has to do with the fact that we trust her having our backs
This was Clinton's DIRECT ANSWER AND WORDS regarding how she would enforce her "UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE PLAN". If you want to know what and who the CLINTONS are about, go look for the TRUTH, and you can start with this stunning film "Hillary! Uncensored". Also visit, www.barackobama.com. Please come back with some statistical backup (Books, statistical data, etc.), and not some mainstream media rhetoric. Come campaign with me.
With Obama we will all be United. United in Poverty.

In his words, Obama states, Ten months ago, I stood on the steps of the Old State Capitol in Springfield, Illinois, and began an unlikely journey to change America.
I did not run for the presidency to fulfill some long-held ambition or because I believed it was somehow owed to me. I chose to run in this election - at this moment - because of what Dr. King called "the fierce urgency of now." Because we are at a defining moment in our history. Our nation is at war. Our planet is in peril. Our health care system is broken, our economy is out of balance, our education system fails too many of our children, and our retirement system is in tatters.
At this defining moment, we cannot wait any longer for universal health care. We cannot wait to fix our schools. We cannot wait for good jobs, and living wages, and pensions we can count on. We cannot wait to halt global warming, and we cannot wait to end this war in Iraq.
I chose to run because I believed that the size of these challenges had outgrown the capacity of our broken and divided politics to solve them; because I believed that Americans of every political stripe were hungry for a new kind of politics, a politics that focused not just on how to win but why we should, a politics that focus not just on how to win but why we should, a politics that focused on those values and ideals that we held in common as Americans; a politics that favored common sense over ideology, straight talk over spin.
Most of all, I believed in the power of the American people to be the real agents of change in this country - because we are not as divided as our politics suggests; because we are a decent, generous people willing to work hard and sacrifice for future generations; and I was certain that if we could just mobilize our voices to challenge the special interests that dominate Washington and challenge ourselves to reach for something better, there was no problem we couldn't solve - no destiny we couldn't fulfill.
THIS IS NOT A PERSON WHO IS DRIVEN BY AN EGO THAT CAN'T WAIT TO GET ON A BIKE WITH TRAINING WHEELS? NO, BECAUSE HE HAS REAL PLANS. HE HAS MADE SOLID PLANS BEFORE IN HIS POLITICAL CAREER, HE HAS FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THOSE PLANS TO COMPLETION, AND HE HAS EXPERIENCED THE SUCCESS OF DOING SO.
Doer vs. Dreamer???..hmmmmm. In our experiences; it takes dreams and hopes to be able to accomplish. (and vice versa). In this being said, I cannot bring myself to the idea of huge dreams (however honorable or passionate) to the accomplishments from Hillary in her 35 years. Her role in lowering teenage pregnancies, Roe vs. Wade, her stance on equal rights, increasing wages for women. And imagine a country where EVERYONE will finally have health care. Tell me what Barack has done in his short span in senate. Yes, I know his ???future stances??? on many issues including the war and unfortunately Hillary made an error in her judgment in sending out inspectors to see if there was a need to send out troops. This however doesn???t mean that one person is in support of continuous death, families unable to say goodbye to their loved ones, continuous unneeded attacks on any other countries etc. No one is in support of that. Whether mistakes happen along the way, well sorry, it does happen with even the most sincere intent. Can we honestly say or BELIEVE that Barack will never error? He is human, just as we all are. I have and will continue to support Hillary. Truthfully my dear readers, the worry shouldn???t be Clinton vs. Obama???.it is and should be democrats vs. republicans. As it appears, McCain is closer and closer to becoming the next president. That???s where I become afraid. Is there a chance that Barack will yield and become Hillary???s running mate? That would truly be an event to place in all history books. Even more than having a white woman and a black man running for president. Imagine the impact of both of them coming together! And honestly speaking, at this point in regard to his comment as I qoute "???I am sure I can get her votes, but I am not so sure she can or will get mine.??? -Barack Obama. As feared as I am in having McCain win; I'm not even sure that I would vote as a Democrate if Hillary does not win. He's pompous and fake. Why is he even trying to gain the Latino votes if in fact he believes that Latinos are the reason "his people" are not succeeding as well as they should. And one question for you: Define REAL PLANS would ya? (your words)

There you have it, the fact's straight from the Senate Record.
Sen. Obama's Record- During the first (8)eight years of his elected service he sponsored over 820 bills. He introduced...
233 regarding healthcare reform,
125 on poverty and public assistance,
112 crime fighting bills,
97 economic bills,
60 human rights and anti-discrimination bills,
21 ethics reform bills,
15 gun control,
6 veterans affairs and many others.
all, since entering the U.S. Senate, Senator Obama has written 890 bills and co-sponsored another 1096.
An impressive record, for someone who supposedly has no record according to some who would prefer that this comparison not be made public.
He's not just a talker.
He's a doer.
