Unfortunately proofreaders are part of our past. Now it's spell check ( too lazy to do that too?). But, it is a great article. Out in suburban Phillie, you drive down Lancaster Avenue and see strip malls every few miles filled with the same stores as the strip you just passed. Even the old (built in 1962) King of Prussia Mall struggles to keep all it spaces filled.....and despite that, the owners go and build a mega mall just 20 minutes up the road? Money is tight.....you'll spend $12 in gas just to get back and forth to the mall...so now we see why the online retailers rule. The end of the world is NOT at hand and don't people think to save for a rainy day or retirement. Maybe people are finally realizing material things aren't so important?

Appalling. Pay for proofreading, please. "The muffled screams you HERE are .." ????
The muffled screams you should be HEARING are from your readers who expect more.
    I demand it.
