one job for the press... really investigate if obama is an atheist. if he is he is disqualified.
one job for the press... really investigate if obama is an atheist. if he is he is disqualified.
for the press... ask obama this question: are you an atheist? and submit him to a lie=detector test. atheists are disqualified from running in government.
Nonoyd: No religious test is required for public office. United States Constitution , Article VI, section 3.
Ignorance likes yours drags this country down.
Further, Senator Obama and his family are members of the United Church of Christ.
Don't you look like a fool now?
Since when are atheists disqualified from participating in gov't.? You want to cite a source for that?
The slanted coverage by the press makes me sick. They fawn over Obama like he was the second coming of Jesus. Hillary Clinton has far more substance than that political flavor of the month. Unfortunately the press has decreed that Obama will be the Democratic nominee and they are doing everything in their power to make that happen.
Red Meat: the Democratic VOTERS, not the media, have rejected Clinton in many states. So, that's due to press bias? Nope. Your candidate simply isn't connecting with the American people.
Gee, After listening to all of the candidates answer questions with nothing but blather, puff, and blow. Any of you that thinks the media is asking any of the candidates hard questions, think again. They're not. The media treats them all like scared little children. We can't ask about this or that, any answer we get is good enough. Even if it's a non answer. I've decided to do what I think is right for my country. I was once a Dem but I decided

I agree with Judyco. I have stopped watching the news because when they are covering the election they give Obama more time and they report more favorable things for him. I am so tired of hearing about Obama. I noticed months ago that the press was talking more about Obama the Hillary. I believe the press has swayed these elections and I don???t believe they only swayed the Democratic???s but also the Republicans. My question is how can someone that has spent a couple of years in the Senate believe they are more qualified to be president then someone who has spent more time in the Senate and you cannot tell me Hillary did not learn anything while her husband was President. Also what man or woman would not defend their spouse when they were being attacked? Also being a mother myself I don't take kindly to anyone attacking my child. Would you? I guess you wouldn't mind the attacks if you did not love your family. I want a President that is compassionate, caring, understanding, and smart. These are all words I would use to describe Hillary and not Obama. And by the way she can be hardnosed when she needs to be. Obama is riding a wave of people that just want to make sure a man is elected even if that man is not qualified. Imagine that just the same disrespect the women have always received.

The famous photo of little John-John KENNEDY crawling under his father's desk, makes the idea of the two OBAMA daughters playing in the White House an adorable idea. The mental picture of Bill CLINTON with LEWINSKY under the desk is repulsive and unforgivable. Bill CLINTON... no words can be written here that sufficiently describe his "character".
Now Bill wants us to believe that Hillary is worthy of the respect (and votes) of the American public. That she did not merit his own respect (at a minimum, his repeated bed-hopping could have exposed her to several diseases) clearly demonstrates that whatever are her good qualities, she lacking in many ways. Either she lied about not knowing her husband slept around, else she is the poorest judge of character.
idiot,,,,Kennedy had affairs too as most of our past presidents. Last I read Bill wasnt running. Hillary is. If she can forgive him then you should too. Are we all not christian, do you walk on water or live in a glass house?
Darlin', I think Bill actually is running. No, not as a declared candidate -- that would require him to be honest. But he IS running. He _needs_ the affirmation that he is LUV'd by his peeps. And, no, I do have to forgive him for teaching every child in world about oral sex. And, no, not all of us are of the Christian faith (do you actually believe a supreme being endorses HUCKABEE?). Some of us simply _live by_ the Ten Commandments, the Golden Rule, heck - just plain common decency. Some of us do not lie, cheat, steal for the simple reason that think it is wrong. I do not personally know anyone who has been arrested. I do not associate with drunks and druggies. I have standards.
I'm willing to camp outside John Edwards's house for however long it takes to get him back in the race, because the clinton/obama feud is going to break the democratic party. No suprise here, the Clinton campaign is leading the charge. My question, how long will Hillary fight? specifically, how long after its appropriate, will Hillary fight? And, does she care if she takes the party down with her?
As a lifelong democrat, I have voted and supported democratic candidates at every level, black, white, Asian, Hispanic, men and women, year in and year out, and for the first time in my life in a demicratic primary I proudly cast a vote for what I hope will be the first female and next President of the United States. However, without a doubt, I'll sit this Presidential election out if Hillary Clinton is not the Democratic candidate and I know many female democrats feel the same way as I do. The Obama narrative may be compelling but not any more compelling than the Hillary Clinton narrative. Shame on the old boy democrats like Kerry and Kennedy and the New Boy non-objective American media blowhards who have launched their propaganda campaign for Obama and have in the process divided the Party. And Hillary as a VP doesn't work for me. It just would rub salt into a festering wound. Once more the most competent candidate who happens to be a woman is bypassed by the guy who lacks not just her qualifications but even the basic resume that one might expect for the next commander-in-chief and President of the United States. The liberal media which I use to admire and defend has the audacity to suggest that the female candidate's daughter is pimping for her mother well I'm not pimping for the Democratic Party nominee if it happens to be the lightweight guy candidate. My pimping days are over for the DP, heretofore, only the most qualified candidates get my support and my vote.
I, too, will not vote if Hillary doesn't get the nod. Unfortuntely, this may give the Republicans more opportunity to win. However, I have to vote for the best and Hillary is the best choice.
It's very comical for men to read these posts by woman. To you it's about a gender issue, to us it's about a President with integrity. You'd vote in Brittany Spears if you thought it would get a woman in the White House. As for Hillary Clinton, the favors and paybacks she would have to make if she got into office would make her administration the most corrupt in history. Sadly, after her time we might even look back on Bush in the same way we do Bill CLinton Today!!! How would that be for Irony. Get off your woman for President Horse and your anti-man issues! Men would be fine with a Woman President, we just don't want a "Corrupt Woman President"
Boy are you shallow and ignorant. Get a life! Apparently your view of women is like that of a caveman! Hope there aren't too many of your kind reproducing!
Like I said typical Clinton Supporters......resorts to name calling and not addressing one issue or fact raised. Thank You for proving my points with your Post. Hopefully it will educate many more people to the tactics and lack of knowledge of the issues of most Hillary Supporters.
Calvin, this woman is supporting Barack Obama. That said, the fact that you're insulting the intelligence and judgment of women, and ascribing all these fictitious motives to women, speaks more to your problems, than the alleged problems of women.
Redheaded Blue Girl, thank you too for proving my point. You need to read all the way up through the Postings to the original Posting. Also you should go andred JoeGirlyNY's other Post where she emphatically and leaves no doubt as to which candidate she supports (Hillary) and where she talks about Obama negatively. Again, thank you for showing that the Clintonite Supporter doesn't take the time to get their facts straight and support with proof, but instead just runs off at the mouth. I encourage you to keep posting to help further the cause of moviing Hillary out of this Presidential Race.
Redheaded Blue Girl, I have now read your new Post well above this thread, you may not be a Clinton Supporter, but the other comments about you not reading through Posts correctly still applies.
Sen. Clinton promises to fight... A fighter, though, should be bale to win: prepare the battles strategically, and make alliances... I fear that first and largest solution she will offer is to all Sen. McCains' problems: the GOP will turn out in droves (hurting the down ticket in red-turning purple states), and with the redistricting, no GOP-er in a safe district will get re-elected after being on record as having given a Clinton a win of any significance. Al this assuming that she would be able to eke out a victory, which again, numerically, would be hard with a large GOP turnout (her hard negatives are still at around 50% - this cannot be underestimated!), and many independents breaking for McCain. While understanding that you can support one dem. candidate over the other, let's not forget that their platform is almost identical, esp. compared to Sen. McCain. If you really care about feminist issues, are you really willing to leave the next Supreme Court justice up to McCain, who already promised another Alito? We'll then be where the USSR was in the 70-ties, when the outcome of about 95% of the cases will be "known" the day a case is filed. Good luck to us all. Whatever happens, Sen. Clintons many talents seem ultimately suited to make her a great senate leader - maybe we can all agree that we are in dire need of that.
People close to the Edwardses, speaking privately, say they have been torn about whom to support. The former North Carolina senator is concerned that Obama may not be ready for the presidency and that his health care plan is inferior" YESTERDAY ASSOCIATED PRESS.
If the reverse was said that Clinton was not ready to be President and her health care plan was "inferior" . IT WOULD BE FRONT PAGE NEWS
This is just another verse in the song entitled "America just doesn't love you, Hillary." It's kind of an old melody with really sour lyrics. Fortunately, America has a new song to sing: "Obama brings us hope for change." There's another song, too: "McCain is an old poot who'll bring us 4 more years of W!" Expect that to get a lot of play.
** Man files Federal Lawsuit against Obama regarding GAY sexual act and drug use claims **
A man named Larry Sinclair posted a video to YouTube claiming to have used cocaine and engaged in a gay sexual act with Obama when Obama was a state legislator in 1999.
In the video, Sinclair claims he and Obama met on two separate occasions, that Obama used crack cocaine and that Sinclair performed an oral sexual act on Obama both evenings.
Now Obama and company are quickly trying to quiet this man, but Sinclair has filed a federal lawsuit. Sinclair filed suit against Obama and his campaign guru David Axelrod and DNC chair Howard Dean in Minnesota district court for allegedly attempting to abridge Sinclair's right to free speech, and for waging an intimidation campaign against him.

America wants to know: where's the media coverage on this???? We deserve to hear the truth!
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=56626 is the latest website covering the story.
It's amusing what BS you people will bite at to try and save the sinking Titanic. Who knows your probably on the Hillary Payroll as you've been trying to push this link down everyones throat that we all know is just BS. Like this would be thr first false claim against a public figure. Get off the smear campaign you sad human being. Or again is this part of the new strategy of Maggie WIlliams, Hillary's new corrupt campaign manager!??! Wouldn't surprise me one bit.........
Has anyone else noticed that when you challenge a Clintonite/Billary supporter to come forward with facts or challenge them with issues, they usually just respond with name callings and angry comments; but they never address your specific issue that you raise.
Interesting how Obama supporters have followed his campaign, have gone to his website where he outlines all his plans very specifically, he has presented his plans (and tax returns) to the media, something Hillary hasn't done in either case (only now when she is being grilled is she actually presenting her plans).......... What does this say about these frothing at the mouth Clinton Supporters. The ones who are not read up on the issues, who will do anything to see a woman in the White House, who will besmirch other good democratic candidates soley in the interest of theirs, who's campaign does all the dirty tricks yet they try and point the finger at the other..... Mark my words, the Republicans will win this election, AGAIN, and you can thank the Hillary Clinton and her supporters who have divided this campaign and turned would be converts over to the Republican Party.
Want to argue with me, look at their latest accusation on campaign financing where they complain of Obama flip-flopping on financing the General Election. His campaign stated that he's not the nominee and that they will address it when appropriate, her campaign raised this as a big issue, but themselves would also not agree to committing to anything yet. If the American Public can't see through their smoke screens, then I truly fear for the future of this country. A country I have spent the last 22 years in the military defending.
I think the press has been easy on the Clintons: not pressing her on a vote for a WAR without reading the 95-page Nat. Intelligence Estimate (no staffer had access to), not pressing her on financials she's promising AFTER she gets the nomination (?!?!), not pressing them on the Clinton library donations, Bill's dealings with foreign autocrats, some even on the State dep. list for their human rights records?! If we don;t vet them now, this is what we will be forced to talk about later. Plus, the press is not bringing up any of the old scandals that will continue to bite her/them. How can Sen. Clinton really promise there will be "No more scandals" with Bill one she'd be elected?! (I predict one very miserable first laddy, so much freet ime on his hands and no place to go...) That would keep a large part of the press corps distracted - again, we should not let the circus back in town. Deserved for them or not, we do deserve better.
Funny, I haven't noticed a "poisonous dynamic" between the Press and George W. Bush, the man who lied us into an unnecessary and immoral war. The worst President in U. S. history still gets his daily press pass.
The "poisonous dynamic" between media and Presidents rears its ugly head only when a Democrat has the temerity to get elected. Otherwise, our society's watchdogs are on bended knees.

not!
"Minions"? You can tell Thomas is of the Shuster makeup. Then he uses foot fetish, wife cheate, little Dickie Morris for scribe support..
Little wonder NewWEAK is offering subscriptions now for $20 per year.

So be it. The Clintons want to say and make us believe the press has given Obama a free ride. Anyone who believes this I have a bridge to sell you because I've been following Obama every print on page since he started his run and they have been attacking him left right and front and back and so have the Clintons. He hasn't gotten a free ride and they know it, they just want to say that to make America think he won;t be able to handle the press or anyone else. They are different than Obama and so what they can't handle doesn't mean Obama can't. How they react to something Obama reacts differently. They have been trying to glop Clinton and Obama together for far too long and it needs to stop. The Clintons have always been secretive where Obama hasn't been. Like now, she refuses to release her tax returns, says she won't release them until 'after the nomination'. It's this kind of stuff that stinks. Just like Hillary voting to give Bush authority to invade Iraq, and how now she wants to slink out of it, and how the American people, those voting for her are giving her a pass with all the blood still on her hands. How can these American people be so stupid?
