      Neither did Obama. The tests revealed his accuser for the liar and fraud that he is. Aparrently you are in denial and can only see things the way you wish them to be instead of the way they are. Also, I'm not a die hard Obama supporter. I like him, and might vote for him if he gets the nomination, but I won't be crushed if he doesn't.

    My first vote was for JFK in'62. I was young and excited to be able to vote for an Irish Catholic President. Historic! YES! We know what happened to Him and his brother. Not lynched but, gone forever. I hope to be able to vote for the first female president, but, if Obama is the candidate, I will support him. I do wish though, that Michelle Obama would stop dressing like Jackie and just find her own style.

    The real story is not race. The real issue is do we want a socialist country or do we want freedom and safety? If it's the former, then vote for either of the 2 democrats; if it's the latter, then vote for the lesser of 3 evils. Both Clinton and Obama want to socialize this country. The next thing after that is communism. Look at some of what the two have had to say: "we are going to take this away from you" (Clinton) "we are going to MAKE you do this"; my husband is going to FORCE you to ..... " he will not ALLOW you to..." These are clearly communist and socialist statements and NOT what this country was founded upon. Our founders wanted LIMITED government, not MORE. FREEDOM not captivity. I fear we are all in trouble and the slope is slippery.

      I hasten to even remark to such a grossly, uninformed remark, but I have had the displeasure of reading quite a few of your remarks. And, I must say that for someone who barks as loudly about democracy, freedom, and safety as you do Mr. Luver, I find it odd that it wouldn't behoove you, in the slightest bit, to reconsider the harsh and unjust market practices that plagues the lives of 95% of Americans. No doubt, your response will be an endorsement of the typical work ethic rhetoric, rags-to-riches, Washingtonian, bull-yourself-up-by-your-bootstrap, freedom-slavery rhetoric... blase...blase...and, I catch myself in the middle of this statement because there is no sense in arguing with you. But, I wonder how you feel about 5% of population owning 95% of the wealth and 95% of the population left to split 5% of the wealth. How do you adjust your mind to this kind of social dynamic?

    I want to like Michelle Obama but it seems she has a huge chip on her shoulder. I fear she will choose people based on the color of there skin -- black.

    Photos of everyone running for president are on the internet and tv for everyone to see. What is Obama talking about? What smear? I am getting really tired of Obama lying about everything Senator Clinton does. She or her camp didn't do anything. I saw this photo of Obama several months ago. It has been on the internet for anyone to see since he took it a few years ago. Obama just has no issues and he is afraid people are starting to see that. And see him for the phoney he is. Who will do and say anything to get elected. And in a time of war that is scary. Very, very scary. He has no experience to lead America. The only things I have heard him speak about were ideas Senator Clinton had first in 2007.

      Define experience. The Clintons certainly had experience when they signed into law the 3 strikes law and Welfare Reforms that have had devastating affects within ghetto communities throughout the U.S. It has practically made welfare a crime in a country that essentially needs a portion of the population to live subsistent lives in order to thrive.

    Though I can appreciate how hard it is for most of us, to place ourselves in each other foot steps... I am always impressed how so many are able to take so little information about someone and form such strong convictions... What conversation did you and she share, where are the correspondents between yourself and her staff? What street did you and she share on the walk to the school during her elementary years? Where were you when she had to go through the often unspoken truths, of those who rather not have you there simply because? Or worst yet, believe that the only reason your there is through some program you did not merit. But none the less you can form an apparent conviction on the character of someone you never so much as spent a moment with...

    Why is it ok to run a debt as high as we do on anything but domestic policies alright, and frown on spending any money on our own as policies of socialism? It???s ok to put down our adversaries at the cost of a trillion and thousands of lives and tens of thousands injured. But wrong to pull out peace from whatever rock it maybe hiding??? How long you think we can go on borrowing before eventually the tax payers will need to step in even deeper??? Those that have much, are always more then capable of holding on to it??? But those that have less or none should be quiet and not complain??? You are welcome to your opinion, but you should give the practice of thinking before speaking some consideration.

    sounds like Michelle Obama is a lady with her feet on the ground, and would be a help to her husband in uniting the country. No lines of race or religon. Know's both the poor side of life and the rich side while keeping her feet on the ground and helping her husband do the same. She would bak him up but not be a co president. Good going Michelle.     We all say things that we should not say, but that does not make us a racist. Mr. Obama has the right to run for the office of president just like any other America. I agree with Mrs. Obama this county has injuried some many people of color for so long that it is refreshing to think that mabybe we are for the first time in the history of this country about to act on the words in our constitution. I think that this country has always had a deep racial divide, maybe he can bring about the healing this country has needed some that other countries around the world can look at Americans without laughing at the lies we have lived. Example: a man or woman of color is good enough to die for this country but still can not live in many communties. We need to stop asking God to Bless America if we refuse to treat everyone in it fairly, men, women and children white or black or gay or straight.

I support him because he had the courage to stand up and take on this responsibilty, already knowing the oppostion he would face. Race, sex, and religion should not be the reason we are voting. We are voting to find someone who can bring about change in America. LORD KNOWS we need it. You never know. He just might be the person to do it.

    Speaking for myself, I enjoyed the article and I love the attention that Michelle is recieving on the trail! If you couldn't tell from the first sentence.. yes I am an Obama supporter and I firmly believe that he will be our next president. Those Shady Clintons have a lot up their sleeves I bet ,but nothing good comes to people who do dirty things. Hillary is a cheater! Even after cheating in N.Y she has become desperate with Barack's momentum that's why she wants to "slam" him during debates. Hill believed that she had the nomination in the bag and that's what her dried up a** gets for jumping the gun. The people will speak even with "Super Delegates" and all of the other BS that is trying to stand in the way of Barack's nomination. I for one am ashamed of America's prejudice. It seems as if those phony politicians whom which I don't even know are trying to stop what America really needs. They see this BLACK man running for president and thats all that they see. (they tell the media something different, but that's what they honestly see) They would rather put the country in the hands of a white WOMAN than a BLACK MAN! Pay no mind to the fact that this black man has realness to him to realate to the hardships of the voters, and can unite and bring about change. That says a lot to me about the "home of the brave!" Other than an Obama supporter I will share that I am a black young woman, 18 as a matter of fact and I am from Massachusetts! I luckily turned 18 before Super Tuesday and had the pleasure in voting for Barack during our primary! Young, old, disabled, rich, poor, or uneducated the people are going to speak, and I don't know about you haters but I hear Obama's name ringing bells! O BAMA, O BAMA!

    Michelle Obama represents a snapshot of america and those who lives outside of the life of generations of wealth, politics and influence. I dont believe she will has as much influence in decisions that her husband wills in the Senators office or even as President but she is very transparent and acknowledges SOME of her flaws as a person. If there is a perfect person on this Earth, I would not want to meet them as they would meet me and bcome normal just like all of us. Let each candidate be a bit normal, they are far from perfect.

    Well, she thinks that she got into Princeton and Harvard by legacy or merit. But I do believe that she got in because she is black. as she admited that she didn't have the grade. I am afraid that we will have more of admission by skin color other than merit if she becomes the first lady. I am an Asian and I have see so many Asian kids disappointed at the college application process. They are not admitted to the ivies because they are too good acdemically but not good enough as an Asian. What an American value that punishes people works hard. I wish she appreciate the fact that she is lucky to get in by who she was born with and detenmined to change this unfair system. But I doute that!!

    You guys are ridiculous first thing "OBAMA '08" ! Secondly if you would like to keep complaining about the things that he has not done to help the country I would love to say "well he didn't harm the country by signing off on a ridiculous war! Next he has done many things such as for one help pass the "ethics reform in illinois", help pass "earn income tax credit" etc, just simply being to involved doing the best at what his position was at the time while "others was signing anything placed before the" (selling out america and everything that we've worked had for). SO you guys need to research and get your facts straght............................... because we're looking for OBAMA in 2008!!!!! YES WE CAN because WE'RE GOING WITH HOPE NOT FEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
