MIA FARROW

With her mother, Maureen O'Sullivan

I recently lost my mother, and it was one of the hardest things I've ever gone through. I could never minimize or discount what she gave to me. My mother gave me everything that's best in me. All of my survival skills. I went into the same profession. My mom was in my corner cheering me on or providing a shoulder to cry on, loving me unconditionally throughout my life. How can that be minimized? Peers are fickle, and so are spouses. They can leave. But most parents are there for life.
