Hillary' and or her campaign still are pulling punches because Obama is another democrate. The Republican nominee won't. I believe Obama will b exposed as having little substance beyond oratory. We could be taking a chance, again, that he'll have advisors sufficient to keep America out of trouble. That didn't work so well with Cheny and Rumsfield.

If Obama was a Muslim extremist, wouldn't GWB have put him in Guantanamo with the rest of them?

    Hilary,
Cut the *** with the negative attacks. All good lines or "catch phrases" have been used more than once.
If you love this Country, I think you do, show it! That was one of the things Bill had going for him. I believed him when he said he loved this Country and I truly did believe that he was for the people. Find the words, embrace them and tell me how you are going to help us pull together to make life better, full of pride to be an American and willing to help the guy next to us. Our values are lost, respect and responsibility are gone. No one person can achieve this feat, but to instill a thought, a plan, some seed for hope that we as a nation can pull together for the good of everyone is the only path to follow. Im voting for you, I'm counting on you.

I find it interesting that Hillary was doing fine, leading Obama by 5 to 9 points until MSNBC decided, in their "fair and balanced" way, to support Obama som six weeks ago. From that point on Hillary has lost ground. Thanks MSNBC for helping to split the Democratic Party and elect John McCain for four more years of Bush.

The AMERICAN people are backing the best man / woman - presently, to lead this country into a new era of greatness for America, and to heal the wounds that lesser paople have caused for all Americans around the world with (former) allies, and other nations. Hillary - I PROMISE YOU - will look a lot more like Bush, than even McCain. WAKE-UP ... get over your samll narrow view of the world...ITS TIME WE ALL STARTED ACTING LIKE IT's OUR COUNTRY and not one that belongs to some "special group"...SORRY - YOU'RE JUST GOING TO HAVE TO MOVE OVER ....AND MAKE ROOM - LIKE IT - OR NOT!!!!!!!! Ha ..haaaa

Not4Barack took the words out of my mouth. Kudos to you! - What was the deal with the "unbiased"media last night cutting off Hillary's speech? I wanted to hear more of what she said and the next thing you know we're hearing more cheerleading from Obama. Rah Rah.

    • Posted By: ssocky @ 02/20/2008 1:29:46 PM

Ladyluck I mentioned the same thing last night, The entire Obama speech was on CNN, they are definitely biased. I wanted to hear her comments, shouldn't they give equal time to candidates...?

  • Posted By: dsc1964 @ 02/20/2008 1:29:11 PM

Hillary will never get elected. She claims Obama doesn't have enough experience? How laughable is that when her 'experience' consists of being married to a governor and former President. She's done nothing for New York and no one in the middle or on the right would ever vote for her.

  • Posted By: jfm14821 @ 02/20/2008 1:28:37 PM

Did Hillary even win NY? As a NY resident, I can tell you that she didnt get my vote. She has done next to nothing for this state since she's been in offfice, so why should things change should she be elected president? Do you really think that she's aware of the war in Iraq, health care issues, and the economy when she didnt even know that her own husband had been fooling around with interns for years?

She is oblivious to NY issues and she will be oblivious to US issues. The issues she's aware of, she flip flops on. In NY, we wanted to give drivers license's to illegal aliens. When Spitzer first proposed the idea she wall in favor of it. After it got shot down by the press, the voters, the legislature, and etc. she claimed that she was against it from the start! Do you want that person as president??!!

Yo, listen Up! Nobama Hussien Turds, I HOPE you CHANGE my poopy underwear when this s#(@ is over my bros/bias! As an AA male, I've got enough hope for the world just as Michael Jackson, and it ain't gonna do crap. It's within yourself to change your lives and others as Nobama is openly preaching (he aint' gonna do it for you but needs you to do it for him, get it!) and not some new tasty, flava of the season! It's not up to theThe USA does not need more HOPE or CHANGE b/s - what is needed is HELP and CONTROL of the government! It's something only your MOMMA can do - a woman with experience, various roles, and toughness! Don't cha wish your Prez to be tough like Hillary! Go MOMMA! Hate to say it, but the alternative is Granpa McCain! Luv ya!

Nobama Momma!!! "GET REAL" and while your at it, GET AN EDUCATION!!
WHAT COUNTRY do you represent? You certainly DO NOT speak for the citizens of The United States of America. Your comments are EXTREMELY immature and displays the absolute depths of your stupidity. It's important SON to learn to read & write and then develop your thoughts before you share them to the world showing in detail that ignorance is BLISS! Bless you're little heart, I wasn't thinking. Perhaps that's the best you can do. Keep trying. Give "HOPE" a chance. You just might get there.

Obama has won me over. But, his Houston speech would have been better if it had been half as long. He began to repeat himself word for word from earlier speeches which made me want to tune out, which I eventually did. When people start checking their watches, launch the big ending and save some stuff for another day.

i cannot imagine Bill in the white house alone again ...what was Hilary thininkg? What kind of "FIrst man "would he be?

I'm in Dallas, TX, Obama supporters have been lining up since 5 AM for a speech he's about to make. The support here is solid and people are very encouraged about the new hope. Minnesota, apparently you are content with politics as usual. What a waste if you vote for McCain. What will he do? Squander the middle class and give breaks to all the fat cats that continue to manipulate the machine that run this country.

  • Posted By: Dianness @ 02/20/2008 1:17:24 AM

Apparently they do. Mrs. O was truly unlady -like and Un FirstLady-llke when she said" If you can't run your own house how do you expect to run the White House". and how about Mrs O saying they still had college loans to pay, yet they bought that expensive house with the help of the crook. Well if you can't payoff your loans and manage your money better then perhaps you can't manage the US budget. Get the drift. The Clintons have done more for Afro Americans than the Obamas so why the cheap shots about Bill all the time. To not vote for Hillary because of the cheap shots by mean Obama supporters is sad. And how about the cheap shots against Chelsey who doesn't have a bad intention in her body. The Obama's should be so lucky to have their kids turn out a tenth as good would be great. The way Mrs. O talks about their daughters you'd think they were the only children on the earth.

So now it's cruel to dote on your children?
      Please get some psychological help.
      Soon.
You are sounding as desperate as the Clintons.
      I understand your vote.

I believe that leaders are born and as for experience it to started one day. all of us have been ignorant to some aspects of life one way or the other. I have seen experience people perform very poorly due to they do not try to learning gradually in upgrading themselves and believes into the mordern times.

  • Posted By: blakmoun @ 02/20/2008 1:26:53 PM

Why do they keep talking about experience.. Hillary only has a few years in 1 term more experience and hasn't really dont anything for NY. Does being first lady really give you the experience?
George Bush is was the least experienced and dumbest president and americans voted for him at least once. (twice is still debatable). What keeps this country moving forward is not having one party ruling too long just like Cuba. We've had, the Bush/Reagon era and also the Clinton, lets keep it moving people......

  • Posted By: Marty63 @ 02/20/2008 1:26:53 PM

Again!, these Obama media servants are really "unbiased", next time Keith O. Talks about how Fox Noise is the propaganda machine for the GOP; I am going to tell him telepathically to shut up! that he is and done the same for Obama against Hillary; the same goes for Chris M! I really thought they Both were better than that. WRONG!!

  • Posted By: pritzius_dd @ 02/20/2008 1:26:48 PM

I would like to know exactly what 'experience' Billary is referring to, against Obama. She is a junior senator from New York, he is a junior senator from Illinois--and he was a state senator before that, and has thus held more elective governmental posts than Billary! How does being First Lady qualify you for anything other than hosting White House dinner parties? Certainly not for being Commander-in-Chief... I certainly hope Billary and 'Slick Willy' will soon be out of our faces and go the way of the Dodo.

WOW! YOU"RE GOOD! English class paid off didn't it. Does Mr. Obama know about this poem? He would just die....I mean he would have to use this in his cam-PAIN!!!!

  • Posted By: ric452 @ 02/20/2008 1:25:39 PM

Do we want something new or run of the mill Washington politics? It seems the same old thing isn't working so let's try something new.

southberwick19: Obama went to a Catholic school as a child, not a Muslim one for the record, the email going around about him and his Islamic ties is full of mistruths and blantant lies. I encourage everyone to research things before accepting them as facts. And for the record I am not sure who I will be voting for this year, so this isn't coming from an Obama supporter- just someone who thinks you should have the facts.

    • Posted By: southerngal64 @ 02/20/2008 1:25:12 PM

Thank you so much. This is about the most intelligent comment that I've read today. Most of you are so judgemental. It's o.k. to favor a particular person in this race but you really should know the facts and not repeat foolishness that you read from other fools. It makes you look ignorant and it doesn't work in this campaign. People are tired of this country the way it is. Bush claims to be a devout Christian and he has ruined this country. Experience is fine and dandy but noone has experience being president until they are elected. Judgment should count for something. However, he has plenty of experience and a solid record. Please see below, then google each bill and read the details. The internet is full of information. Use it to communicate intelligently.
During the first - 8 - eight years of his elected service he sponsored
      over 820 bills. He introduced
      233 regarding healthcare reform,
125 on poverty and public assistance,
      112 crime fighting bills,
      97 economic bills,
60 human rights and anti-discrimination bills,
      21 ethics reform bills,
      15 gun control,
6 veterans affairs and many others.

His first year in the U.S. Senate, he authored 152 bills and
co-sponsored another 427. These inculded **the Coburn-Obama Government
Transparency Act of 2006 - became law, **The Lugar-Obama Nuclear
Non-proliferation and Conventional Weapons Threat Reduction Act, -
became law, **The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act, passed the
Senate, **The 2007 Government Ethics Bill, - became law, **The
Protection Against Excessive Executive Compensation Bill, In committee,
      and many more.
