Great on the mark comments. Unlike most of the bogus arguments made against the increased funidng in SCHIP (not really even an expansion because 6 of the 9 million uninsured children are actually eligible for Medicaid or SCHIP), the reality is that some kids will die as a result of the veto. That is tragic and this article makes the case perfectly that the choice last year was a life or death one.
