why don't you learn how to spell and use proper grammar before you type such an IGNORANT comment. You make me EMBARASSED to be a woman, marinewifer500.

Sorry about the spelling, i'm multitasking - making an order for our business and checking on my kids. the b-word is so often used towards smart, strong women, typically those who intimidate men. This double standard in America is something we fail to bring up. If i offended you - i apologize.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that sees what's going down. I agree with you pasbair. Not only has the media anointed him but also some very BIG names and special interest groups have as well. When career politicians (the Kennedy's) and big unions endorse a candidate you know "who's sleeping with who." THEY need someone in the White House THEY can control and get things done in THEIR interest. He's gonna end up our next puppet president. Nothing's going to change. It's going to be the same politicians and special interest groups running Washington as have been in the past 40-50 years. HE thinks HE's gonna change things. By doing what? He hasn't once outlined specifically how HE'S going to accomplish this. You know why he hasn't? He doesn't want to step on any future toes if they don't like how he's going to bring about change. By the way..........WHO and WHAT is he going to change? Washington? Conservatives? Other Liberals? ALL of America? or Just HIS corner of it? ROTFLMAO Somebody(s) needs a wake up call. All the disillusioned voters voting for this puppet.

Excellent comment!! It is so scary to me, how naive Americans are about this. Obama and McCain supporters need to realize that they are not choosing a "team." They are choosing the leader of the free world! This is no time for novices, or war mongers!

Bill's thought for the day.....Hillary out of the country, all those interns and so little time!

I agree. Seriously......a women as The President!!! Not hardly.

What gall for Mr. Alter-ego to suggest that Senator (not Mrs.) Clinton "gracefully bow out" of the presidential primary race. It aappears he and the other pontificating pundits are now calling the shots on political strategy for candidates, rather than just printing their own (woefully biased) views on the political scene.

Get real...we will have a brokered convention no matterwhat. In the meantime we can see how the Republicans shoot Senator Obama down for the lightweight that he is. Why doesn't HE wait until he has more experience in order to safeguard democratic control of the White House under Clinton? .

I concur!!!! Hillary just needs to face it and be gone. She had her time and now its someone else thats young and new...

I think Hilary Clinton should stay in .We need a woman President to get everything done. You go Hilary. If Obama wins the nomination, I will vote for McCsin, for president.

    Democratic Process
Hillary needs to take her campaign all the way to the DNC in August. This is the closest race there's ever been. Newsweek needs to get a grip because you're worried that she will win with the superdelegates. I've never heard of a candidate dropping out because the race was tied. Obama knows he can't win a national election because he can't get the committed voters to vote for him. They don't want him they want Hillary. He has no experience, his camp has put out terrible ads trying to blame them on Hillary because they know she will win. I love the fact that Nader threw his hat in the race and Huckabee is staying in the Republican race. Those two forces the other candidates to bring out their agendas and lay them out in plain site. And the only one who hasn't done that and is afraid to do it is Obama. And he shows no Allegiance to the United States because of his disrespectful posture during our National Athem. Here this loud and clear, Hillary's voters are women and the elderly and the hard working middle class that hold up this country and reach down to the poor to pull them up. Not one of them will throw their votes to Obama. He is going to lose in the DNC in August. You go Hillary, God and this nation are behind you all the way.

She didn't "echo" John Edwards, by the standard she uses for Obama, she plagarized John Edwards. No, being a yuppie means fighting till the end for a goal you have been groomed for and self-groomed for. Grace just doesn't enter the picture. And like an intellectual yuppie, the worst crime she could come up with is the intellectual's worst nightmare, plagarism. Eyuck!

This just shows we are tired of Bush, Clinton ,Bush and Clinton again.... I THINK NOT

  • Posted By: ski68 @ 02/25/2008 7:59:07 PM

I am tired of the press beating up on Mrs. Clinton. I have no qualms with Mr. Obama, but let the people decide. Not the press! I for one would feel more optimistic about my future and that of our country if Mrs. Clinton were President. I say fight to the bitter. isn't that the American way?

mumms: if it would make you feel better by voting republican than you should do so !!!!!!!!!!
I for one do not think that Mrs Obama was in any way stating that her husband would make
americans pround of our country. what you and the silly talking heads on TV . Don't seem to understand is
many in this country did not think that we would ever live to see a person of color have real shot at
winning the Presidency. So it's you right to vote so if it's repubican at least you voted.

I'm so sick and tired of seeing all these negative articles and new stories on Hillary's Campaign. If you all take a look at ALL the news websites, you'll see negative videos of Hillary and at least 10 videos of Obama's speeches in his rallies. The media has been completely biased throughout the past year. Usually, the frontrunner will always recieve the negative news to try and bring them down. When Hillary was ahead she got knocked down and still recieving it while behind. Its been two weeks and I have not seen ONE negative article on Obama's campaign. I wish people actually went to BOTH Obama's and Clinton's website and read the issues. Stop trusting what you see on TV and in adverts. You'll see Hillary has SPECIFIC policies as opposed to Barack. Take a look at their College Education plans, Hillary has MANY plans, Obama has ZERO. Hillary's got a plan to resolve the housing crisis, Obama doesn't. Just don't be lazy and actually READ their policies!!!

As for the two negative ads Obama's camp posted; completely false. Obama's camp was correct in her forcing Americans to get healthcare but COMPLETELY wrong with it not being affordable. Her plan is made to be affordable. She even states how she will make them affordable. Through gov't subsidies and tax credits according to people's income. Obama doesnt state specifics at all on how his plan will be affordable. How do we trust someone else's judgment on what affordable is? And Obama keeps emphasizing that Americans will recieve the same healthcare options as members of Congress. Well guess what, I have that Federal Employee Plan through my mother. The doctors in that network are so expensive that we often go outside of our network to any other doctor b/c its cheaper. Its only good for ER visits. Obama know's this yet still advertises it. Hillary has the same option but you dont hear her selling it on every debate. She know's many american's wouldnt be able to afford it. Its Obama once again making things seem absolutely great and perfect when they arent in reality.

PLEASE I urge you to look at their policy rather than what you see and read. Obama had endorsements from SO MANY newspapers and other media throughout the US. Of course the news you recieve will be biased! Do you homework and go to their websites as well as the news websites and you'll see what i am talking about.

i havent fallen for "I HAVE A DREAM" and i have commeth speach....he has no actions to back up his words, and america has allen into the if oprah believes.... Clinton has the back bone and the nohow to bring this country back to where it should be .... i think if anything, if obama wins, its going to seperate this country in a diffrent way...Im a democrat....and i wont be voting for him, and i can sadly say this will be a first time for me....

Even it were true that Obama was all talk and no action (which I dont believe), he would still represent a better risk than Hillary Clinton. She has already proved herself to be an establishment candidate. With Obama, there is at least a chance that he will suprise us in a positive way. Voting for Hillary assures the opposite. Consider the behavior she has demonstrated recently. Talk about a poor loser. Our status in the eyes of the world community would go down many notches if Hillary were elected president, based on nothing more than what can be deduced about her through her public displays of late. She does not impress.

No Way should Hillary get out now. The delegate count is so close. I find this argument insulting. You pundits said she was dead after Iown and then she came back and won NH and a whole host of other states. This is ridiculous, Clinton is no where near a place where she should consider conceding. March 3 is a week away. Lets see what happens then...

  • Posted By: clchapman @ 02/25/2008 7:55:20 PM

I think the media is hurting Hillary more than anyone or anything else. Even the view gave point about during the Sat. Debates how Hillary refused to go to break in order to make her point...then Barack did the same thing, even seeming a teeny irritable...but he refused also but it's only been told about her so called rage to prove her point. They way I see it is Hillay and John Edwards are our only hope. Maybe they can team up and save America. Obama is too young and in experienced. FORGET BRITTNEY...LEAVE HILLARY ALONE!!!! She is picked on so much more than any man running in either party.
