This is my observation, why, with our troubles all through the Middle East and Asia, would we elect a woman President, never mind that is is Hitlery we are talking about. These countries all treat women as second class citizens, why would we assume that Infadels (us) would be taken seriously after electing a woman President, it would be just another big joke to those crazy people. This is a time where we must look past the facts that yes, maybe this is the only time, for al long time that there is a chance of a woman being elected. Its not that important that she be elected, she does not have the sloutons for this country, unless you consider it being turned into a Socialist Republic a solution. As for Osama Obama, its just a matter of time before his true colors show through, the media loves him because they know they are going to be able to milk this black president thing for years, along with all of the controversy that will arise if he is to be elected.

I think that people are so concerned with putting a Democrat in office that they are not able to see the forest through the trees, Not to mention the fact that neither candidate is right for this country, Dont get me wrong, McCain is really a Democrat in Republicans clothing and some of his viewpoints make me ill as a Republican, but he is probably the best man for the job of the three that are running (the others dont count). I have actually enjoyed watching the Dems implode and rally around their two candidates with so much fervor and hate, that it will probably be another chane for the Republicans to sneak back in and win another election, especially since Nader has now announced and will suck a bunch of votes away from the Dems.

It is not over until WE say so. The media's biased coverage and obsession with Obama was not enough. You want to deny Ms. Clinton a fighting chance. WHY? Because she might win TX and OH convincingly. I cant believe yet another candidate is being selected by the media. I am cancelling my subscription to Newsweek as I am boycotting NBC and MSNBC (the new faux news). Good Bye.

Grow up!! Threatening not to read News Week or watch the news just because someone bad mouthed who you want as President??? One thing that everyone is missing is this.....I am a woman, but just think about how all of these foreign countries see women...they are the meek and mild and they don't respect women at all, so if we elect a woman president to run our country, just sit back and see what the terrorists do then. I am not saying that I am for B.O. either...in fact there is so much neagativity on each candidate, it is hard to choose. You are darned if you do and darned if you don't???????????????

If Hillary got out now I would finally have respect for her which I never have in the past. I'm not holding my breathe though because I think she is hard and callous and doesn't have it in her to give up gracefully. I don't believe that she truly cares about people and that she is just a power monger.

I hate thefact that the media has already convinced the voters to choose Obama and McCain. We all know that if you can convince the future voters of who the winner is your outcome will be just that way. It has been proven that people want to always vote for the winner. I feel would need to try a different sex because obviously the male can't get the job done right. We have had 211 years of the male leader messing up maybe we need the female to step in and give it a go. Other nations have tried it and it has worked to the betterment why can't the US of A.

Hilary Clinton should never quit, why should she. She has been a better speak and knowledgeable on all accounts. Obama does not have it, he follows Mrs Clinton lead. If he wins it because people aren't listening, for some reason their bent on going down on the ship. He will not win over McCain. The experience Obama has doesn't come close to Mrs Clinton.

I disagree with the article. I am writing you as a concerned American and Texan. There is so much anti-Hilary press that I'm concerned about voters not focusing on the issues and the facts. I want to reach out to voters in Texas and say: "Educate your self about the candidate before you vote!"

    1) When you hire a person for a job, you not only consider their answers to questions but you review their resume.

    A. I know Hilary has more experience than Obama but also she was absent for voting in the senate 6% to Obama's 17%. Which says to me she cares more because she was there representing the issues. (Who is Obama??? and he does not have enough legislative history to answer that question)

    B. Senator Watson from Texas stumbled on national tv about Obama's legislative accomplishments. If his representatives can represent him well then how can Obama represent me well? (The Clinton's have stood for over 30 years, where was Obama?)

    2) When Obama is speaking, he never really says anything of substance. He avoided immigration issues in his speech in Dallas but all issues were covered by Chelsea Clinton on the same day.

    3) I never want my son to come to me and say: "The president tried cociane, why can't I?" It wasn't right for Bill and it's not right for Obama. He represents this country. Hilary is not Bill!

This will not be published because the media is so anti-Clinton. But, I needed to say this and hope gets published so Hispanic voters start to educate themselves before they vote on March 4th.

Obama owns up to cannabis, cocaine use as teen
    10:20AM Monday February 12, 2007
    By Andrew Buncombe
WASHINGTON - Bill Clinton famously admitted to having smoked marijuana but denied having ever inhaled.
"When I was in England, I experimented with marijuana a time or two, and I didn't like it," he said. "I didn't inhale and never tried it again."

His successor, George Bush, while acknowledging a near-alcoholic past, refused to say whether he had ever taken illegal drugs. In 1999, he said: "I've told the people of this country that, over 20 years ago, I made some mistakes when I was younger. I've learnt from those mistakes."
But a generation later there seems to be less bashfulness about the topic and controlling the message appears to be the key.

Barack Obama, the Democratic senator who has formally announced his bid to become America's first black president, long ago admitted taking both cannabis and cocaine while he was a teenager.
In a 1995 memoir, Dreams From My Father, he wrote: "Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack [heroin] though."

Hillary is the best person for the job of President of the United States. The entire country was up in arms (literally) and emotionally with excitement when Bush sent us to war. The entire country is up in emotions looking at Obama as a Savior rather than a man with limited experience. I do not need to vote on emotions on who sounds the best. Hillary deals with facts and is practical and is ready to roll! I hope she does not quit. There is no shame in waiting until this country gets the message and recognizes that she is the best person for the job. I hope the rest of the country understands how important it is to have someone in the job who is capable and ready on Day One!!!! Vera G. Croce, Steilacoom, WA

Are you kidding me? Hillary is about as qualified to be President as Ronald McDonald. She has no qualifications. What has she done for NY? Answer: Nothing. What did she do before that? Answer: She was married to someone in politics. Her biggest accomplishment: Not divorcing Bill after the Lewinski scandal so that she could try to remain politically relevant.

Hillary should stay in the race as long as possible. Hopefully people would start to realize that Obahma is not the second coming and he is not going to be able to resolve all the problems in this country over night. When asked how he is going to make changes he does not have a plan of action for anything and just talks around his answer. I really hope that the people in TX and all the other remaining states left to vote in the primaries will make a true stand for logic and realize that Hillary is the best option for the President of the United States and at least she does not turn her back on our most prized position the US Flag. Anyone who is going to be our president needs to hold their head high and give the proper respect to the US Flag.

Hillary Clinton is at it again, making yet another set of tacital blunders in a desperate attempt to gain voter attention. Her campaign efforts are becoming increasing difficult to tract. One day we see a compassionate, eloquent, and wellspoken politician and the next day, we wittness the tazmanian devil, unleashed-
What's up with that? She blowing it big time and needs to pack it up and leave. She's finished and
If she doesn't get a grip soon she may blow a fuse.

I think Hillary should stay in there and fight until the bitter end for people like me who does not want to vote for Obama. Obama 's wife wasn't even proud to be an American until it meant bigger bucks and power.

Nader is not running for president. He is so angry at the establishment in Washington that his mission is to ruin everything and anything of theirs that he possibly can no matter if it is a good thing or not. Hilary is just that Hilary and it is not in her make up to drop out and cash in which is what would happen if she did. If Nader was runnig for President he would have been in the race last year and put up a real challenge not this phoney bull sh!t he calls legit. Nader is almost as bad a publicity hound as Britney is and he loves the spot light. To bad almost everything that he touches lately smells of old fruit on the bottom of the barrel.

Obama has 1319 delegates and needs 706 more to win.
Clinton has 1250 delegates and need 775 to win.
there are 1447 delegates to go. The difference for them to win is 5%
No one has won yet. it is better to have a winner and looser and the bragging rights rather than a forfit.

I will ABSOLUTELY VOTE FOR MCCAIN if Obama receives the candidacy and does not have the "grace and courage" to at least pick Hillary for this runningmate.

As sad as this article is, it is unfortunately the want of many in the media who have boondoggled the Clintons for the last 3 months of this godforsaken primary/caucus debacle. What upsets me is not the wishing she bow out gracefully but the fact that no one has said the same for lame-duck Huckabee who is still showing up as a contender with the same percentage of votes as Mrs. Clinton. He is as much a party spoiler as Hillary but no one is asking that he throw in the towel.

If Hillary Clinton intends to run the country like she has run her campaign then we are all going to be sunk if she becomes president. They say Barack doesn't have enough experience to be president but look at the way he has run his campaign and the caliber of the people he has surrounded himself with. If he can run the country as intelligently as he has his run for the nomination then I think we stand a very good chance of turning things around. I remember Bill and Hillary fondly. They were a lot of fun to watch, even when they were embarrassing the country with their soap opera White House antics. But this time we need a president who really is intelligent and has the capacity to bring people together. Lets go for the guy that taught constitutional law and, after all these years, was able to get young people involved in politics again. Let's hire Barack this time.

Clintons comments on Obama's speech's are not relevent. If they have to worry about who said something similiar to somelse they're not ready... It shouldn't be about what the other canidate did or didnt do. It should be about the current issues at hand and what they're going to do for the people.
