Hillary Should Get Out Now

Hillary is done. Stick a fork in her.

Look just because less than 50% of you think Hillary should (deserves to?) be President you have got to look realistically at what your fellow Democratic voters are saying. THEY DON'T AGREE and in large numbers. It can't be denied, or explained away as ignorant voters, or a slight against women etc. Her message is not resonating with the American people because it is condescending, it comes with unacceptable baggage, and its proven to be power hungry.

I am so sick of the media coverage of HRC. You are so biased and as a media as a whole, you shouldn't be. Take your pick, do you want HRC to be polite and nice to Barrack or critical, either way its a lose lose situation. Newsweek is one of the worst media coverages out there. I would like to see you out there with all negative attention. Obama is now 11 points behind Clinton in Ohio, so I would like to know how he is closing in the gap, seeing how last week he was 7 points behind. And PA will def no support Obama, look at the pools, especiall with the Governor endorser hear. I think you get your facts straight, and stop being a biased *** and do your job correctly. Better yet, lets hold hands and talk about and sing camp fire songs with the terrorists and see if we can work out our problems just as Obama says. Newsweek and Obama can shove it up there ass. Obama is nothing but a Jimmy Carter in the *** making, he is a fluff and so are you Newsweek, SHAME ON YOU

Thank you Jonathan for your column. Hillary Clinton is putting the future of the Democratic party at risk for the next generation by continuing her campaign. When she insults Obama's "big rallys," the "inspiration" etc., she really is, in effect, insulting Democratic voters. I understand perfectly that she wants us to know she can be the biggest, meanest battle-ax on the block; I just wish she understood that I don't think that is productive, nor do I want to listen to that for the next 4 years. She can choose to be as shrill or theatrical as she likes, but she's turning off Democrats. Hillary --- you don't get people to vote for you by yelling at them and frankly, you don't get much done anywhere with anyone by yelling at them. Please just quit and go home.

Hillary lacks the class to pull out soon. She and Bill will do EVERYTHING possible to claw their way back into the White House. ENOUGH CLINTON AND BUSH DYNASTIES. Vote Obama !!!

Hillary is correct about Obama being all talk & no action. She proved that point well in the Texas debate. While Clinton spent her energy attacking (a very definitive action) Obama focused on discussing (more talk, how boring)his plans and proposals. Come to think of it she really didn't give a whole lot of details about her plans. Hillary must have been caught up in the moment, the act of doing (another action) rather than just more worthless talk, which is perfectly ok in my book.

ralp nader says obama was pro palestian, howq dare you connecticut you guys are gestapo jews, smart jews like me in calfiorniaand smart jews in new york and new jersey went for hilllary 90 percent to 10 percent because we know the very threat of islam. and hispanics are polling inhillarys favorite by 80 percento 20 for hillary in new polls so sionce calif were she got 67 percentot 33 poewrcent, obama has not made any inroads in hispanic community and the hispanic commmunity along with jewish communtiy along with asian community will vote for mccain if obama is elected nominee so you people have no other chocie but to vote for hillary!!!!

Since the debate, hillary has gone back to her old ways. The clintons are dangerous. If i were Obama i would be very scared. Alot of Obama supporters still remember Vincent Foster. I think hillary may be schezo.

Indeed, the longer Clinton stays in the race and continues to escalate the scorched earth policy, the tougher it will be for her to ever run again. But then, everything she has done over the last eight years has prepared for this moment - the acquisition of a Senate seat so she could claim experience, the lack of activity and moderate voting record as Senator designed to provide a defense against the Republican attack machine (the war vote seemed like a no-brainer at the time), the luke-warm, even undermining support for Gore and Kerry, the incessant deal-making with donors. She has waited so long and worked so hard for this crowning moment how can she admit the diadem has slipped from her grasp, how can she do anything but try and snatch it from the victor???s head as if it was rightfully hers?

I'm a democrat who hereby pledges to vote McCain if Obama wins. I refuse to drink the koolaid or assist that vapid windbag in becoming president.
