    Also I can't help but feel that the press is trying to pit African-Americans against women and vice versa lately. Please don't fall for this. Not for the sake of any person or party, but simply for fairness. Many African-Americans support Hillary and many women support Barack. Of course many African Americans support Obama and many women support Clinton. In most cases this is because people believe they are the best candidate.

    This race is by no means over. Obama leads in delegates and states won. Hillary has won the big states. Both are making history. Everyone on all sides should just be rational, let this play out and may the best candidate win.

    As a woman I would like to say to the author--What a bunch of hooey!!! You sound like many of the media who have from the outset of this election anointed Obama as Jesus Christ, Buddha, Confucius, Shiva, etc..........all rolled into one. Surely the voting public have more sense than this!!

      Unfortunately I am afraid that you are wrong. Bush managed to get voted in, or something, for 2 terms. Do not expect too much from the voting public.

    A few things to remember no matter how stupid this article is:

    1) Barack Obama never said he was a woman.
    2) Barack and Hillary have both commented on the historic nature of this election no matter how it goes.

    Everyone just vote for the candidate you want the most and it will be fine.

    Newsflash for Hillary Supporters:
    As a female, Sybil Clinton, I mean Hillary Clinton, gives females in America and around the world a bad name. She perpetuates the notion the women are emotionally driven and UNSTABLE since she has started this campaign and more recently, the "shame on you" press conference. I would rather eat glass than have her as a nominee. Furthermore, I'd rather give my life, than to have her as President of the United States!

    While Obama has tried to combine optimism and realism, John McCain is the only candidate in the race who has consistently delivered messages that his constituents did not want to hear.

    What,s all the fuss about this article? I watched a PBS program aired and produced in Britian about the differences between the ways men and women process information,language,etc. It was fascinating and in no way tried to say one was better than the other, only that they were definitely different. And with new technology, the reasearchers could photograph the brain activity while performing various tasks. the results showed definite gender tendencies, but these were not always a given. One woman , for example performed several " male" tasks as well as the men in the group. One man performed as well as many women on the " female" tasks. Their point was that men and women do relate to the world in different ways that can be labeled as M or F styles, but are not necessarily absolutely across the board. I don't read this article as "PRO" anyone or "ANTI" anyone, but rather an interesting pondering of one aspect of this historic presidential race.

HILLARy WAS COMpLAINING AND CUT OFF By COMMERICIAL BREAKS AND TIMMy RUSSERT. TIMMIy IS FUNNy GUy . HE MADE ME LAUGH THROUGHOUT THE DEBATE.
    HILLARy AppEARED WEAK ON NAFTA AND THE IRAQ WAR. OBAMA GAVE TREMENDOUS ANSWERS TO THESE ISSUES AND STOLE THE FOREIGN pOLICy ISSUE FROM HER.

    THE QUESTION CONCERNING HILLARy'S TAXES WAS THE TURNING pOINT FOR ME BECAUSE IT WILL SHOW THAT A LARGE pORTION OF THE MONEy THEy RECIEVED WAS FINANCED By INTERESTS IN DUBAI AND OTHER ARAB FINANCIERS. THIS IS A FACT,
    SHE CLEARLy WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE TAX ISSUE AND HAD A HARD TIME GIVING A STRAIGHT ANSWER.

    HILLARy'S MAIN pOINT IN THE DEBATE WAS THAT SHE WAS A FIGHTER. WHAT HAppENED,
    OBAMA TURNED IT AROUND ON HER By pOINTING OUT THAT SHE FOUGHT WITH FACTIONS WITHIN HER OWN pARTy AND EXCLUDED pEOpLE LIKE BRADLEy FROM THE DISCUSSION ON HEALTH CARE. HE pROVED THAT HILLARy'S FIGHTING ATTITUDE WILL NOT GET BILLS THROUGH BOTH HOUSES.

    Obama has proven that a snake oil salesman can still do well in America. The only real advantage he has over Hillary Clinton is that he is smooth and could charm his way out of anything. As for the comparisons between Jackie Kennedy and Michelle Obama please stop insulting the wonderful, beautiful accomplished Jackie Kennedy. She was a first lady that the country could be proud of and unlike Mrs. Obama was probably always proud of her country not just because her half breed snake oil druggy husband could fool people.

        It is a shame that someone that more than likely never heard Mrs. Obama speak would use such language to discribe her. The Obamas are real people like the rest of us, they grew up in modest households and excelled in life. It is not fair to regular middle class Americans, like myself and my family, to be represented by a weathy high class candidate that hasn't ever experienced our lives or turmoils. And if I do recall correctly; JFK, rest in peace, was addicted to many "pain killers" that today we called speed. And Mrs. Kennedy took these substances along with the president. Also, the hate that is demonstrated in your comment shows your ignorance and fearfulness of change.

    It is depressing to see how an election may be determined by the media (make that the one sided coverage we have witnessed). Saturday Night Live got it right. Oh and did I forget Oprah's brainwashed masses! If people really want a revolutionary change they might consider what appears to be the most radical notion -electing a woman. Make that the very competent but possibly not "nice-enough" Senator Clinton. mmmAllthenthusiastic young women

Because Hillary Clinton can only ride on her husband's coattails to even get into an election? It's a shame how far back she takes the women's movement, that I saw unfolding before my eyes as I was growing up.     First of all, we are not at war with Muslim, we are at war with extremists, All Muslims are no more terrorists than all Christians are terrorists(some churches are terrorist organizations on the FBI list). Secondly, Obama is a Christian, his name is simply a cultural tie to his father's birthplace. Claiming ignorance (not knowing his name) as a reason for not knowing the lie about his identity (also ignorance) is laughable.

      INFORMEDVOTER: You have nailed it. I couldn't agree with you more. Please, spread the word. People need to become informed and stop being so narrow-minded. It's a big country and a big world out there and there is alot of history involved from all angles. People seem so blind to this.
