you need only to look at their wives to see why these men turned to prostitutes

First of all men from every stage of society from the ultra rich to the ultra poor dable in prostitutes. It has nothing to do with being a risk taker, sensation seeker or being hormonal. It has everything to do with healthy men who have a healthy appetite for sex prefer to do so with a pretty young woman rather than the unnatractive, middle aged women they lay down next to every night. As usual a woman has over scrutinized a very simple situation and attempted to attach some convoluted, freudian explanation for how men think. Its simple. For an hour the man wants to upgrade. If you drive a toyota(which is a very nice car) but someone walks up to you and says you can drive their bently for a week you'd take the opportunity. Same thing. You won't like your toyota any less at the end of the week and you'll gladly go back to it because you know you can't afford to keep the Bentley. Men rent the prostitute for an hour and go back to their wives afterward because they know they can't afford to keep the prostitute. The majority of women will NEVER understand this logic because unlike men they can't seperate sex from love. With men and prostitutes its only sex

If I could have sex anytime and with anyone I wanted to, I believe I would be a happier man. But sex is like the greatest meal you ever had - you are hungry soon thereafter. There are numerous genetic impulses we must control for the sake of civilized life but it seems over the top to destroy a man on his one weakness. The Lord commanded us not to judge but to love each other.

It's not an issue about who they are messing with. They are doing something that your everyday person would normally get arrested for- THAT is the issue.

You forgot to add Bill Clinton to that list!!!

It's sad that we have to look at very successful people and find something wrong about them. It's like our nation''s got a disease for putting successful people down. Yet when we put someone else down who's nowwhere near as successful as these people, it's ok. Forget about all this nonsense. Maybe we should look up to these people and use them as our role models. At least they had the guts to at least succeed at something many of us would never have the guts to attempt. When all is said and done, they're the ones with the final laugh while the rest of us are still in debt with no money in the bank or barely getting by financially. They should be laughing at us, not we at them. Think about that next time.

I agree. NO one will be qualified to govern our country if who they're having sex with is a qualification. They're not in office as our religious leaders; just gvt officials. So who CARES who they sleep with? That should be between him and his family; not us. As long as they do a great job and are not corrupt, I don't who they're screwing between the sheets.

If you keep asking prevs to step down, we'll have NO GVT.

    You forgot JOHN EDWARDS.

I am an ex-convict, and former jailhouse lawyer, heroin addict, drug-smuggler-drugstore robber who has been a sober and positive and production citizen the past 18 years. In this day and age, now as a business professional, I find convicts in prison that have more character and veracity than these bankers and politicians do today. In this day and age, there needs to be more accountability for breach of fiduciary responsibility and trust. Stealing millions gets you less time, than if I stick a gun in your face and take you money. Goggle me. State v Seifert 423 NW2d 368 (MN 1988).

It is to bad that this country is so ripe with those that are rich and have power getting off crimes that the rest of us go to jail for. All it takes is money put in the right hands to do this. The laws are there only for those that cannot afford to pay their way to freedom. And we live in a democracy ?? I don't think so. A democracy set aside for those that can afford it. Laws made by lawyers to protect the rich and powerful. That in itself is a crime.

    anyone else. Its called justice.

nycinbkk......I don't think your plea should be to America...if you are so big of freedoms....then should allow for some of that choice to be conservative...or better yet...why don't we simply ask people to adhere to the vows that they WILLINGLY take...no one forced him to the Alter or to take the oath of office...didn't he ask for both? I am for personal freedoms, but where would you draw the line? Animals? Minors? Same Sex Partners? If you found out that this man was teaching one of your children would you be comfortable with that? Stop rocking the Mayflower....it sees enough waves.

Sad but I thought she was a hard working singer. She would spend hours going over her songs, warming up and then she would sing them over and over until we got "Straight through takes".I found her to be a hard working musician and there was no hint of anything wrong with her life. She wanted to be one of my backup singers on tour this year and then she faded away last year.Everyone liked her even Dianna Shane, my opening artist.

Come on America...get over the guilt. Sex is a human appetite subject to abuse and astounding diversity. Why can't we accept this and that human appetites require some variation to instill life with joy of living. Monogamy is not the end-all social stability. DC Madam had THOUSANDS of clients representing high levels of our government and miiltary, many of whom I'm sure maintained wonderful families but needed some recreational sex. A greater infusion of 21st century compassion and acceptance of diversity with regards to sex would lessen built-in American hypocrisy regarding sex. Could we consider making over the harsh, austere Mayflower into something a bit more "Love Boat-ish?"

one of these days, a wife of one of these politicians is going to stand at his side while he is resigning his post and she is going to push him off the podium into all the journalists and walk away... Then can you say that feminism has truly arrived.
