Spitzer is uncovered - the infamous "Client no-9" ! Now that we know who "Client no-9" is, why doesn't the media give us the "Clients 1 - 8" as well? Or perhaps they don't want to - perhaps those eight are "friends" of the media! Or maybe a couple of them are media personnel themselves! Spitzer was a target - and he dug his own grave. But now, we want to know who the others are - the media has aless they responsibility to give us this news - unless they have very good reasons to cover up!

If high-priced hookers get paid well for sex, one thing they don't get is respectable men to marry them. So who are the other nine "clients"? Now that Spitzer has been smeared, humilated and forced to resign, I think it only fair that the media disclose the other nine clients. What is fair for one, should be fair for all....disclose the lot!

I hardly consider this a victimless crime. What about his wife and children. How does this not affect them?? I am also sick of hearing that how a person conducts their personal life doesn'nt affect how they conduct themselves in the political arena. I am guessing that there were some lies told and deceit through all of this . This is a reflection of his character. Is that not important when electing our political spokesmen. Be accountable for your actions..... and Mrs. Spitzer, get rid of the pearls and hire a divorce lawyer.

Gov. Spizter has resigned, and its time for New York to move on. Let the Spitzer family work through this family issue and lets support Gov. Patterson in his new role. The country needs to show some compassion for this man and his family. The pain and embarrasment he's experiencing is punishment enough for a victimless crime. If we (the government) went after every public official who has hired a prostitute or had an extramarital affair, Washington DC would be a ghost town. Governor Spitzer: I wish you the best of luck. Look folks this ISN"T a Democrat or Republican thing, but a CAREER POLITICIAN thing. Career politicians are going to say or do whatever it takes to keep their income stream coming in. Naturally there are some, who knows how many, that are really genuine about doing service and doing good for the people and the country. Apparently though there is no doubt a significant number of the career politicians that are corrupt. Perhaps it could be fixed by having term limits for all politicians and remove the career aspect of the business.
