Comment: THE WORLD HAD A GREAT opportunity to stand up to CHINA during The Tiananmen Square MASSACARE of 1989, but did nothing. THERE IS NO COUNTRy ON THIS planet THAT CAN SAVE TIBET. THE opportunity has been lost. IF THE WORLD WAS SERIOUS ABOUT TIBET THEy would have cut CHINA OFF. HOWEVER NO NATION can ignore the two billion citizens of CHINA. Comment: why is inflation so high, basic commodoties costing millions, over 4 million Zimbabweans are in South Africa begging to work for peanuts.Lets not blame the West as they have done alot in providing humanitarian aid to Africa remember the LIVE AID concerts, where were the wealthy African countries when there was famine in Ethiopia, and now Darfur, the European Union, particularly the Norway and Sweden did alot in developing district hospitals in rural areas of Zimbabwe, after all it was Jimmy Carter and Margret Thatcher that facilitated the end of white rule in Zimbawe in 1979

Comment: Mugabe is has always been and continues to be a true genius!! I lived in Zimbabwe for 7 years and I live in the USA now but have always followed events down there with great passion. If Dr. Makoni wins this, it will simply be Mugabe's own ingenius way of showing the whole world that Zimbabwe is still truly democratic and can hold free and fair elections and that he isn't a dictator that wants to rule forever because a true such dictator would never have allowed elections in the first place, or even if he allowed them, they would be neither free nor fair. All this of course is lies. The way I see it, Mugabe the Genius has orchestrated his exit masterfully and everyone seems to be falling for it!!

Comment: With Simba Makoni, Zimbabweans will finally have a leader who is as humble, hard working and passive. He will epitomise the character of the Zimbabwean nation. There has been such a protracted suffering where millions of lives have been messed up that most are tired and just want to move on and rebuild the country. Mr Makoni shows a bit of character by not castigating Mugabe, the main issue at the moment is to get Zimbabwe working again and re establish this beautiful fertile country as the breadbasket of the region.
