Sad, that the Presidential race has become a racial issue. Why always throw out the race card? I do believe with Obama's association with such a radical, racial and white fear- hating church ( as they disguiuse themselves), it has hurt his credibility. The nation will truly be in trouble if a man of color gets to the white house. Are Americans looking to start a civil race war? Do we need separate areas again for all? What the heck is happening? Face it, whites are the minority now. No matter what, the black race always shows its true colors after a while and keeps racism alive! I predict an assassination or impeachment if Obama is elected because people are just too hateful and racially charged at this point in history. GO MC CAIN!!!

Question? If we judge Obama for continuing to attend his church with his radical preacher, then shouldn't all of the Catholics still attending mass, continuing to finance, get married in, have their children baptized in the Catholic Church, be considered hypocrits? It's one thing to hear words that are offensive, it's quite another to passively sit in cathedrals knowing what the Catholic institution knowingly allowed several genrations of children to be sexually abused by priests! How could you send you children to a church knowing the history of the Catholic Church. So is it safe to say that all Catholics support child molesters? When the outrage of the molesting Catholic Priests in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Massachusettes blew up, why didn't all Catholics leave their church? And by staying, what does that say about your character and ability to parent? Those children were abused at the hands of their priests. Just a thought. If association brings about assimilation, than catholic church memebers have alot of explaining to do. Can't have it both ways.

Listen, it's not that Obama is black nor that he is a friend and follower of the Rev. Wright. What really bothers me is that Obama doesn't tell the truth until he's cornered to do so. Example: Remember when he first started this campaign - it came out that he had a few outstanding traffic warrants that he never took care of. As soom as it came to light, he made a point of letting everyone know that he was taking care of them. What kind of person lets tickets pile up? Then there was the issue of one of his advisers talking to Canadian officals stating that Obama was only saying what he had to say about NAFTA to get elected. When questioned about the meeting, Obama said there never was such a meeting and a week later when it was proven there was a meeting, he made some lame excuse that he didn't know or wasn't told until recently. Yeah, right... When asked if he ever heard Rev. Wright spout any racial, anti-American reteric, Obama said no, he never did and if he had, he would have left the church. Yet in his speech, he said that yes, he had heard Wright's rantings, but didn't agree with the Rev. and likened him to an uncle that you just put up with. He justified Wright's beliefs by saying it was due to his upbringing and era in which he grew up. Hey, you can say the same thing about someone in th KKK - but bottom line - they are racists!
Sure, Obama confessed to drug use as a youth (I guess it's ok because he admitted it) but any idiot knows that's going to come out in a campaign.
Bottom line: we don't really know anything about Obama and he just hasn't been around long enough. At this point, I just don't trust him.

Barack Obama is a one in a lifetime candidate. He transcends race and party lines. He is brilliant and composed, he can bring Democrats and Republicans together like no one else has been able to. I believe that it had to get this bad, our country had to sink this low, to be able to see past race and gender and get candidates this good. We can all come together behind Obama, he is the hope of the future, and he's what we need so desperately.
