    Comment: The way I see it, the Middle East got rich off the oil, traded their camels for cars and planes, saw the world and not only found new people to kill other than themselves but found a television set with their picture broadcast on nightly news and thought....not bad, my head needs a new towel!

    stop it come on you all are getting me so scared that,

    I'm going down to the Army supplus store and buy a truck load of duct tape and i am going to tape all the windows and doors shut in my house. then I am going down to the grocery store and buying all the can goods i can fit in my pickup (no wait i better do that 1st) then I am going to dig a huge hole in my back yard and pour 10 ft thick concrete walls and roof with a 1/2 inch thick steel trap door (wait i better figure out a way to get some fesh air in there) then i am going down to the local gun peddler and buy a cash of weapons. (I guess i better put some gun ports in my bunker) oh yeah i forgot to get the gas masks at army suplus store better get some of those also. then i am going to sell everything I own on Ebay (but that may be difficult because after this latest threat i am sure everybody will be doing the same thing)
    I think i am getting it all in order anybody else out there have any other ideas

    George W. Bush and his entire Cabinet of Advisors sponsored a regime change in which an incredible Iraqi Parliament is used as a buffer between this Executive Branch and the gallows. George W. Bush and his entire Cabinet of advisors are wanted for treason and insurrection against the American electorate.

    The events of September 11, 2001 and the natural resources of Iraq are inextricably linked by this Bush Administration, its conflicts of interest inherent in Vice President Dick Cheney???s Energy Task Force and failed domestic energy policy and foreign policy are evident.

    Comment: How individual citizens got their vote back

    In 2008 a massive movement will be started by individuals
    who are fed up with the election process that exists in
    the United States.

    This is what will happen:

    The citizens in this group will start mailing out envelopes
    filled with small amounts of various powdered substances
    normally found around the house.

    These envelopes will be sent to the addresses available on
    the Internet for all the candidates that the persons
    are NOT in favor of.

    This is why:

    In 1991 an engineer, working in Boca Raton, Florida
    wrote an e-book about this different form of terrorist
    warfare (available Free on web site www.farviewu.biz).

    Ten years later, just after the 9-11 event another event
    occurred (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2001_anthrax_attacks).

    Based on this post 9-11 their envelopes will close up the
    candidates offices and possibly even the post office.
    It may even shut down the 2008 election.

    The individuals involved in the act will spend about
    50 cents for each envelope mailed out. As long as they are
    carefull to not leave finger prints on/in the envelopes or
    stamps and use bogus return addresses they will not be traceable.

    Comment: I wish all of you would read the new book by Michael Scheuer, "Marching Toward Hell,America and Islan After Iraq", Al Qaeda is real and very dangerous threat to the USA and it is a matter of when, not if they will attack us. Al Qaeda is fighting us because we are on their turf not because they don't believe in our values, etc. Tim Russert said he prays every night that President Musharref stays in power in Pakistan because when he leaves, Al Qaeda will gain more power and we will be in more trouble than ever...and guess what President Musharref is leaving power...God help the USA.

    Comment: All hail the Dutch. Why should we continue to allow these cowards (Al-Qaeda) and their lackies to change the way we live our lives. That is what they want, but use the threat of violence to further disrupt our day-to-day. I say freedom of speach will be the way to bring them to their knees. Let us shine our lights on the may ways they have taken a religion and made it a way to intemidate. If the Musilums of the world don't want to be treated like they are trouble makers, not to be trusted. Then they must be part of the solution and expose those criminals to us thus cleaning their own "house". Until that day comes, they are to be judged accordingly.

    As Americans we need to stop letting the "free press" dictate to us what and how we should feel. Screw them all. I do beleive that there are people in the positions of power in the main stream media that have their own reasons for being scared of reporting the real news due to law suits. Come on you bunch of candy a**ed desk jockys, Grab your set and report the news as it should be. True, pointed and without fear of recourse. They have no problem pointing fingers at the White House or The War on Terror. Why then not the creators of the problem, whoever that may be.

    Comment: The US government is instilling paranoia into the American minds. With such sophisticated arrangements by the US security, how can the ill-equiped and rudimentary set up of a small group of people miles away can be a real devastating threat to the US?     Comment: I have no doubt there was at least some inside knowledge of 9/11, so this puts me on a footing a bit different than some of you who assume it was a real attack by "Al Queda" (smile). But regardless of 9/11, the US's actions in the Mid East have done much to insure our country targeting by opposing forces in the time to come. Much to any thinking person's horror, it appears that Bush and Cheney's recent trip to the Mid East was to get the ball rolling on Iran - that will likely be an illegal invasion and starting up shortly. This will do nothing to make us any safer and the opposite effect is more likely. I can understand how these people whose countries we keep threatening and bombing could see it as poetic justice to be unleashing a few bombs on us, so far away and safe and secure in our abodes. Rice was there a bit more than a week ago, fanning the flames between Columbia and Venezuela - I'm sure Rice and company want a proxy warrior in the area, and Columbia would suit just fine. And what a coincidence that Venezuela is one of the major oil producers in the world! My, they have a knack for picking countries to invade with that characteristic!

    In case you haven't figured it out, I am totally sour and highly embittered on the Bush regime - Bush and Co. will surely be dragging us into WW III - I have no doubt about it now. And I can just see us Americans whining and crying, "Why us? What did we do?", and as usual, just not getting why it's happening. This is so sad - I am about to give up on us.

I just finished reading a new book called "Manhunting" (ISBN 1-60441-332-8) that proposes a formal national security structure to reach out and counter these violent extremists. We can influence others away from their hate-think... we just need to alter the way we carry out national security. This book points out a way to do just that. Really interesting read, and timely.

    Comment: The situation that we are in is a very sticky one. We have been drawn into a war against an Ideal and not a country. Many country's share this Ideal, but that does not necessarily make them the enemy. Al Qaeda wants us in Iraq, they say we should not leave until they have killed 200,000 American Troops. At the rate of 4,000 every 5 years we will be there for 250 years in order for them to complete their mission, forget the 100 years that John McCain is talking about, however we are working our way to being in Japan , Germany, and Korea for 100 years so what is so wrong with being in Iraq for that long, it is just a matter of security and we as a nation expect everything to happen today, we have become the Now Generation and the world just does not work that way. Terrorism must be stopped however it is a war without boundries, even though we have gotten ourselves locked into the Iraqi Freedom Project that is not the only front this war is being fought on. Al Qaeda and the other branches of terrorist organizations must be stopped if there is indeed going to be a free world dream at all.

Do really believe that a bunch of uneducated guys on a horse in the desert could accomplish what was so masterfully accomplished on 911? They topled a building designed to withstand numerous hits from plans. It wasnt built that high in the sky without someone being worried about a plan accidentally hitting it. These so called terrorists, the same ones in the desert on horses, managed to enable NORAD. Managed to tople two twin towers and a third building, building number 7 that you probablly were not aware of that WAS NOT hit by a plane to the ground. Pilots that could barely fly a plan were able to execute a move in a plane that would have taken precision flying to execute and hit the pentagon through a maze of other obstacles that were not touched. These same guys made a plane disappear in a filed in PA and I say disappear because according to officials the plan "VAPOURIZED"because of the fuel but yet every other unfortunate plane crash always leaves behind evidence of a "PLANE". Do you really believe that we are fighting a war against muslims? We are in IRAQ because someone wanted us to be there and it was beneficial to some people, for America and Americans to be there. Stop following the fock over the cliff......make a stand now before we all go over. Just ask the questions and look at all the evidence before you make up your mind. Its all there except for what they would not allow us to see which is the truth. We owe it to all those people who died in those buildings and to all those who continue to die in Iraq to ask our elected officials, WHY? and WHO? is really behind all of this.       It is a shame that people still believe that a bunch of thugs, a gang at best totally out smarted our national defense system. I have much more confidence in our military and our other defense agencies but maybe not in the people who run them. We should count our lucky stars that the people who immigrated into the US during that time are mostly from Mexico, central America, and the Carribean. So here is an article in which Newsweek explains that al Qaeda's recent messages are different from previous ones and the number of messages has increased recently. Newsweek then asks the FBI and other experts for a quote. That's it end of story. Of course the FBI is concerned, are you not? 2 out of 10 comments here are calling for American blood to be spilled.
