Comment: I agree. I find the list to be so utterly subjective as to be useless. If the list makers want to be taken seriously they should come with a system that included input from a wide range of individuals. I am not convinced that they are qualified to produce this list. Some of the rabbis on the list have no business being there.
Comment: In the interest of full disclosure, how about revealing which congregations the list makers attend and what their relationships are to the various rabbis? Could there be just a wee bit of cronyism at play?
