Comment: I have foought wildfires for years in the past...And nothing is different then years prior...Some areas burn more one year than another does...EVERY SINGLE YEAR we have these fires about this time...So assuming its Gods wrath is just silly...Its nature, sometimes houses are in the way of these naturally occuring fires, sometimes they arent...The news just makes a story out of it whether its suburban or rural..Heres an Idea...Stop building in areas prone to wildfires...If you do then clear out as much trees and brush as far from the house as you can...Even then if its a dry enough area then you are sh*t out of luck. Nothing is stopping it, until it runs out of food or the weather changes... Condolences to the families of the firefighters who lost their lives..Ive been in those helicopters, believe me, they are scary as hell to be in around all the turbulence coming of those mountains.. But nonetheless they died doing something they loved...I know I loved doing it back in the day 93-95.

Comment: I got the same news on searchingsenior.com earlier than this one. Many baby boomers are talking about it there.
