Comment: Talk after talk, negotiation after negotiation, promise after promise (only to be broken ever so often) Pyongyang is truly a smart player of international politics.

The outcome of the long and enduring Six-Party deliberations is near futility, with the North Korean leaders incessantly making slithery maneuvers, forcing everything virtually back to square one.

With China busy with and looking forward to a real successful Olympics at the moment, no other nation would be able to coax (let alone coerce) Pyongyang to honor its agreement. Verily, it remains a hard nut to crack. The world just has to wait.
