My Nicolas has the Spanish spelling to honor is Great grandfather, and James to honor is step grandfather. I have a masculine sounding name, Erin, and it has been butchered many different ways, and I have the tradutional Celtic spelling. Why put an innocent child through kindergarten and DMV/Social Security hell? Is it the spelling of a name that make a child special, or is it the personality in the child?
