    When we die we die. The end. Nothing else. The "spirit" is just a form of energy. Nothing more and when we die it simply rehjoins the rest of teh energy pool (since energy cannot be destroyed). No heaven, no hell. Just an energy pool. I prefer to live my life for this life and do well by me fellow because it is the civilised thing to do, not for the false hope of rewards (that will nto happen) after I am just decaying flesh. If you need your religion to inspire you to do good, that is fine but is not needed by everyone.
