The more of these threadbare, 'love it or leave it' arguments I hear in support of George Bush the more I remain convinced that 28% of the American public would rather die than just admit they were duped or, heaven forfend, made an error in judgment in 2000 and/or 2004. Does this tendency to bend reality remind us of someone else who is often accused of 'living inside a bubble'? Ask yourselves: Is there ANYTHING this man could do to make you look on his job performance with the disfavor it richly deserves? Maybe if Dubya was caught in bed with a dead teenage boy...naw, then you'd say the liberal media is picking on him while Fox would ignore the story altogether in favor of reporting what Rev. Wright ate for breakfast.

Michael Hirsch as well as most other journalists don't have the courage to discuss the fact that so called Neo Cons led the Imperial Corporate Complex into Iraq in order to make the Middle East safer for Israel. Sixty years of unconditional support for Israel generated brewed a hatred that manifested in 9/11. Other consequences are the trillion dollar tax payer expenditure and the loss of life and limb.

When will Michael Hirsh and .other journalists have the courage to expose an Israel lobby which is so powerful that it can avoid scrutiny of the other consequences that stem from the unconditional support for
their client. Evidently lost American lives and taxpayer dolllars aren't enough to bring scrutiny.

    So we need another 9/11?

Micahel Hirsch omits one aspect of the Middle East disaster no one dares mention. So called Neo Cons led the Imperial Corporate complex into war to make the MIddle East safe for Israel. The hatred for the U.S. engendered by sixty years of unconditional support for Israel is one consequence of those policies. 9/11 has been one manifestation of that hatred as the perpetrators state in the reasone they gave for their actions.

Until the American people retake their government from an Israeli lobby that is able to manipulate the Imperial Corporate complex into the expenditure of more taxpayer lives and dollars more disaster looms the innocent people of this country.

Shame on you journalists who become part of the Imperial Corporate Complex as a result of your unwillingness to "Speak Truth To Power."
