Quality will always out - I guess the cause for gold over nickel is made !!

One watch out, often OTC hydrocortisone cream can contain irritants like color, perfume or parabens - most are formulated for normal people with an insect bite or poison ivy itch, but for those with sensitive skin its probably best to use one like exederm which is designed for eczema and dermatitis sufferers

Watch out for hypoallergenic - its meaningless in the FDA describe it as "puffery" anybody can call anything hypoallergenic - there are no rules or regulations governing it use.

Eczema sufferers simply had to check the label of each and every product themselves to finf potential irritants like color, fragrance or parabens.

I go to the National Eczema site or to http://www.exederm.com to see exactly what in well known skincare brands - Its just a shame that there is no certification for jewelry or even cosmetic products
