I wonder why polls still show that Obama is winning the GE against McCain. I still can't believe one of these women group said that men have been running this country and has made America weak and now it is time for a woman to run this country. Then she said, we do everything else better then a man. This is how these women group have been acting. Unfair and they need to start wearing women clothes.

Chindog...Why are Florida people uneducated? You have NYC in your screen name...Do you not realize that most Dem's in Florida are from New York. Does this mean you are uneducated? Why shouldn't all the votes be counted? Why should a group have annointment of what states get to vote when? Why DOES IOWA or New Hampshire matter more then any other state? Why wouldn't states that actually MATTER to a win want to be in front in the nomination process? I will await your educated response.

Who is this Versailles guy? No disrespect but you must be an idiot. Both Hillary and Obama agreed to not participate in those states because they violated party rules. Obama was basically doing what he was supposed to do. Come on. If you are going to comment, at least know what you are talking about.

I don't go around the world asking for apologies, but the Left does. Thank you, Democrats. Thank you, Europeans. And let's not forget the corrupt and incompetent UN and our friends in the Leftist media. We are now standing at the precipice, and we have you to thank for it.
So if A'jad gets his Bomb next year or thereafter, will you apologize for crucifying George W. Bush, who was foolish enough to think that Saddam Hussein might be developing nukes, too? Will the Left admit its suicidal foolhardiness in sabotaging anti-missile defenses for the last thirty years? For blocking anti-proliferation efforts in the "international community"? And for trashing anyone who saw reality and told the truth?
You know the answer. The Left is never wrong.
We won't ask you to apologize for being wrong, Mr. or Mrs. President. Just recognize reality, please, and be ready to live with all the bad choices that are left.
Or you can try sending Madeleine Albright to waltz with Ahmadi-Nejad. Look how well that worked

Like Bill and Hill never were around any unsavory characters? Please. Everywhere they go it smells like rottten eggs!

    Obama - Yes we can

Nins... You claim many things not factual either. Listen to several Wright speeches and you will find out that he is waaayyyy out. Otherwise, WHY wouldn't the Obama camp and his press loving corps play that entire piece and prove that point? You also point out where his anger comes from but you totally miss how many other races have been harassed and not given near the same "rights" but have moved on with little complaint. I ask you to find one white person on your street decended from a slave owner. Most white of today came here in the 1890 to 1950 period and never owned slaves and didn't condone or endorse segregation. And in the year 2008, with all that is going on how does a race that makes up 16% of the entire population cling to such outdated thoughts? Maybe entitlement? And I don't really care about his "anger" at leat he can speak his mind here and live like the king he does and yet he still panders this crap to the people so they will give money. Its always about the money.

It is also funny how the uneducated people from FL are standing outside the DNC meeting.

  • Posted By: chindognyc @ 05/31/2008 12:37:38 PM

Fl and MI broke the rules. It was great to see the Obama camp say to count the votes. But the Clinton camp and I don't know who the black lady was, but you can hear the greed coming out of her filthy mouth. She said, "I want all!" This is how the Clinton camp has been operating since day one.

Seat all the Delegates from Michigan and Florida. The voters are not be puniched because it is the super depegates who fought to have the election held.

There is NO NO NO NO NO NO NO splitting of votes. Obama removed his name from the ballot so he does not deserve any delegate votes.

It is the PEOPLES VOTE THAT COUNTS and that is not to be split in half because Obama thinks he deserves some of the votes. He deserves NOTHING as he WITHDREW his name himself . Seems as though he is in the same delimma. He always blames everyone else for his mistakes and can never face up to his own actions - even when attending church.

Assume for a moment: It's January, 2009, and Barack Obama has just been inaugurated as President of the United States. Ahmadi-Nejad explodes his first Bomb; he now has that itchy finger on the button as long as the mullahs stay in power. The Middle East goes wild --- with abject fear among the Saudis, and loud celebrations among terror supporters. The day of revenge against the Jews and the Crusaders has finally arrived.

What would President Obama do? He has only two basic options.
    Option One
Stick with his electoral promises, fly to Tehran, and "talk to the mullahs." What will the mullahs wish to talk about, after talking up the glory of martyrdom warfare for thirty years? For three decades the daily chant was "Death to America! Death to Israel!" The Left is sure the Khomeini cultists can't possibly mean that. But now they are faced with a 15-minute warning time if the mullahs do mean what they've been telling us since 1979.
Maybe the mullahs will ask President Obama how high the US will jump? How quickly will the Saudi royals get out of Arabia and give it to the Khomeini cult, which is convinced that it has the historic right to the two holy cities of Mohammed? How long until the price of oil doubles? And, Mr. President, you get those US Navy ships out of the Gulf of Imam Khomeini, right now. Or else we will swarm your Navy ships with fleets of gunboats and see who blinks first. Martyrdom is glorious.
Call Option One the Jimmy Carter option. With Carter's advisor Zbig Brzezinski back in favor, President Obama will be hearing a lot about that one.
If you think the price of oil is high today, wait 'til the Middle East catches fire. The Caliphate of Iran wants every other nation to "bow down to the greatness of Iran," as Ahmadi-Nejad likes to put it. With a Bomb, they can sway the OPEC monopoly. Would the Saudis resist Iranian pressure, 50 miles from their shore? Europe will try to feed the hungry crocodile lots of goodies, hoping it will eat them last. But Israel may not be inclined to become croc food, and they have an estimated 200 nukes. Thirty years ago Prime Minister Golda Meir was prepared to use them as a last resort. With their backs against the wall, they may have no choice. So Option One means trouble.
The Saudis don't have nuclear weapons (yet), but they can buy them from Pakistan. If they are afraid of Iran's itchy finger, they will, and who can blame them? Arab and Sunni pride will demand a Bomb for Egypt and Syria. If everybody else can have one, why not Libya again? If the US is not willing to protect Arab nations against Iranian aggression, they will find a more bloody-minded protector like Russia. Vladimir Putin will be happy to oblige, for a price.
So let's hope your advisors have read up on the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1964, Mr. President, because soon we're going to see it again.

Of course it has to be a womens group to say that Hillary is not being treated fair. There goal is to have a woman as our next President.

  • Posted By: Phillydog34 @ 05/31/2008 11:46:39 AM

Hollyroller, you can't be serious. Come on. Just say you don't like the Obamas because they are black. That's it. The reality is that the black experience in this country has been mixed, especially in Michelle Obama's life time and there are numerous occasions where racism has played a part throughout both her and Barack's lifetime. If you haven't been a part of that experience or more importantly, if you haven't walked in her shoes, which you clearly haven't, then you can't critcize her for making that statement. Our country in a lot of ways has made a complete a$$ of itself both foriegn and domestic and personally I am ashamed of some of the things that have been allowed to happen. Now if you can't somehow see that, than you and a number of people who share your opinion are deluding themselves.

    • Posted By: HolyRoller @ 05/31/2008 11:50:41 AM

You need to stop lying...It shows everyone what Hussein's support really is.

are you going to APOLIGIZE for the LIE you posted about the Clinton pastor??? See below comment. I gave you a link to prove, I'm right. AGAIN. This is so much fun. Making obamamohammeds, show their lack of values.

REPENT...THE END IS NEAR....Hussein is done.

      NOBAMA!!!

      • Posted By: Phillydog34 @ 05/31/2008 12:17:58 PM

Ok Hollyroller, even if the Clinton Pastor thing is not true, it didn't make everything else I said about her any less true. I'm more than willing to admit that none of the candidates are perfect but up until the last 3 months, I respected Hillary. Her conduct over the last 3 months is the reason for her demise. She's an unstable flip flop artist. If she would have stuck with the issues, I would still respect her but the bottom line is, she resorted to the Karl Rove republican tactics to attempt to bring down another Democrat and we don't need anymore of those type of politics in the White House again. Apparently, you must condone that type of behavior because you are still tooting her horn. It's ok Hollyroller, I understand that you are just simply misguided.

        • Posted By: HolyRoller @ 05/31/2008 12:31:56 PM

You're something else. Catch you in a bald-face lie, and you call ME misguided. Obamamohammeds are weak, lying, silly little sissies. Misguided is way too soft a term for ya'll.

You support a CROOK and complete FRAUD. If Rezko is found guilty and cops a plea, Hussein will be federally indicted. This thing is deep in Chicago mafia politics. And IT IS GOING DOWN. And taking Hussein with it.

          NOBAMA!!!

Hillary will never be chosen as veep. People are too fatigued by her and her embarrassing husband. Judging from the picture accompanying this article, the people are just what I thought they were - a bluehair convention. New day, new generation, new hope!

  • Posted By: good sense @ 05/31/2008 12:28:12 PM

I do not accept the statement that Sen. Clinton sex is not a motivating factor. Just the fact tha it is a women's group disputes that fact. Please let not forget that sexism can go both ways.

  • Posted By: IMCurious @ 05/31/2008 12:13:09 PM

If a candidate did not learn from Rove, we'd be amazed. Senator Obama's camp uses Rovesque tactics of saying asked and answered, old news, no need to answer that each time they are presented with a probing question. Use of this Rove tactic is the reason recent news reports say the voters still don't know Obama. No change. Just the same as it's been the last eight years. Put out a talking point, such as "change," and go with it to answer all questions and keep supporters on your side. It works.

    • Posted By: Phillydog34 @ 05/31/2008 12:27:52 PM

Imcurious, I'd like to see some examples of what you are talking about. Everytime I have seen Obama or his people use the 'asked and answered' line its usually because it truly is something that he has already answered. The media has an apparent infatuation with redundancy and often asks the same questions over and over again. I would just like to see a consistent example of this theme you are talking about.

  • Posted By: JohnAdams4prez @ 05/31/2008 12:24:21 PM

Wow...this is tough. I'm a Floridian and I am not sure what should happen. I am not sure it really matters. I think the bigger issue here is the lack of vetting the media did on Obama making him seem damn near perfect in the early part of the race, which gave him the 11 straight victories and the lead. I wonder how it would all play out NOW if done over? I agree with an earlier poster who stated Obama will be like Carter, except he will have initial help from a democratic congress and senate. I also agree the last 4 yeasrs have been bad but not quite like the Carter 4. More of a perfect storm. Its funny to watch Republican's and Democrats go at each other. Its all Bush's fault the Dem's scream, forgetting/neglecting that they control the Congress and Senate. All I know is that since I have been an adult, WORKING adult, nothing has really gotten better for the majority of Americans. Hillary is pure politico machins. McCain is..hmmmm...though dependent on his VP choice may be a good option if he leaves term early and Obama is also a politco...first deny, then confess, then blame, then capitulate. I notice that flag pin on after Wright. We need a new party and new candidates. Whoever you support this year ( and I am not saying here) I still feel that for the this and the past 2 election cycles, it isn't the best we vote for, but the least of the worst.

  • Posted By: Donna1000 @ 05/30/2008 11:49:41 PM

Now that I understand the sexism that is rampant in the Democratic Party I can't imagine supporting this Party again.

    • Posted By: Nins @ 05/31/2008 12:24:15 AM

Oh, so maybe you would rather vote for McCain. He's not sexist, not at all. He only called his former wife a cu^t in public, then divorced her and married a rich heiress instead.

And please, please tell me that Bill Clinton is not a sexist. Tell me Billy Boy doesn't think of women as sex toys that exist only for his cigar-using pleasure.

Oh, yes, the Democratic party is sexist. My eye. Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi have more balls between them than ten men. I think the Dems have pushed women forward in a very aggressive way. And good for them.

You are just upset that your candidate hasn't prevailed. I'm sorry that this is a disappointment. But let's put the blame where it belongs. Hillary allowed herself to be out-campaigned. Maybe if she hadn't listened to all those MEN who ran Bill's campaigns she would have done better against Obama.

      • Posted By: Donna1000 @ 05/31/2008 10:17:24 AM

Don't claim to read my mind.

Sen. Clinton leads in the polls. Seems that she has out campaigned Sen. Obama. He has more successfully manipulated the system and Democratic Party leadership.

        • Posted By: Nins @ 05/31/2008 12:24:03 PM

Dear Donna, I don't know what polls you are talking about. You say that Clinton leads Obama in the polls? You will have to give references to your sources if you want anyone to believe you.

          Here's the real truth:

The National Poll of Polls combines the data from the Gallup, Newsweek, Reuters and Zogby polls, which are the largest polls in America. The combined totals of all these polls in the past 2 weeks has these figures: Obama 53%, Clinton 40%, Uncertain 7%.

    OBAMA '08!!!!!!!!

WomenCount is to be applauded. Not everyone is racing to Obama. As a Democrat it is unthinkable for me to vote for a man who sat for twenty years in a pew listening to Jeremiah Wright spew hatred, who had a firebrand priest next door who mocks people, and who has a wife who has never been proud to be an American throughout her adult life--a man with little experience in politics and no experience in foreign affairs. As a lifelong Democrat, and was Hardin Iowa County Democratic Chair, I will vote against Obama.

    • Posted By: Zombiehero @ 05/31/2008 12:17:39 PM

Its something that the Obama supporter can't fathom, that someone doesn't like him. They feel that anyone that doesn't like Obama has to be racist, stupid or against progress. That or they are Republicans, even worse.
The fact that half the Democratic party so far has voted for Clinton over Obama they see as heresy.
They will keep their collective head in the sand then in Jan when McCain is sworn in, they will still be blaming Clinton for everything Obama did wrong.
No one forced Obama to attend that Church, but it shows that he has bad character judgment.
No one forced Obama to make that land deal with Rezko, but it again shows bad judgment.
Obama can't seem to make up his mind as to what Foreign Policy he wants, he has to wait for the next poll to help him make that decision.

I really can't wait to see the Presidential Debates when all the news networks have a go at McCain and Obama.
You know MSNBC will throw softballs at Obama and everything they can at McCain, I still think McCain will be the winner. What I really can't wait for is when FOX News does their Debate. Obama will look like a fool in front of the entire nation, they will see the emporer has no clothes. Perhaps that will galvinize support from the fringe that will think they are picking on him, but more and more voters will see that Obama is all talk and no substance.
