    First lesson to Mc Cain regarding foreign policy should be:
    Look in which direction a nation is moving. Thats more important than just measuring the present situation . This makes a huge difference. In absolute standards we might not be happy- neither with Russia nor with China. But when we consider their development over the last decade the situation looks quite different coz both countries are moving into the right direction.

    This concept is a fake, used by neocons to brainwash their own population masquerading the will to bully all world by "democracy". Thats why such concepts will bring neocons and USA living in their own lies and illusions just to even more troubles while not make any harm to independent democracy Russia.

    Such a concept might be accepted by other democracies if the US drops it's standard caveat that it monopolise, veto or have exclusive exemptions as a prerequisite. Ironically would it not be Obama that would have the most sway on the international stage rather than a Bush ally (unless you beleive that the world is secretly in love with him and his policies?).
