Obama's strategy did work. he would have never won with just all primaries he dominated caucuses early and hung on.

If Obama wants to have a peaceful presidential race, he had better ELECT MICHELLE OBAMA AS HIS RUNNING MATE!!! She is the ONLY ONE HE CAN TRUST. Clinton should lay low, and wait for 2012, when all the ashes would have settled from the 2008 election. She does not NEED to be on Obama's ticket as running mate, even if he should offer it to her. She is a FINE leader, who deserves to be PRESIDENT someday soon. Hillary has done too well in this anti-female world to ignore. I hope too, that someday, Michelle Obama will run for president. She is a TRUE African-American. Obama's appeal is international because he is in truth a Kenyan-American, .........and in that order. His dad was never an American citizen, nor, an American resident. This is most interesting for me to see, a FOREIGNER running for USA President. How COOL!!! I like Hilary, Barrack, and Michelle Obama equally well. I hope that ALL OF THEM will become a USA president. It does not matter who gets to do it first. But, NEVER count women out of good things; and stop disrespecting Hilary. Now you ladies are so bitter that you are ready to vote for McCain and you ladies know that he wants Roe v Wade to be overturned. Once that happens, then more will follow. In all the post-mortems I've seen so far, no one mentions that fact that Hillary lied about the Bosnia sniper fire incident. Am I the only one who feels that a candidate who will lie to get your vote will also lie once in office? I hear so many Clinton supporters say they trust her and share her values........how is that possible when she was shown to be liar (she "misspoke" just doesn't cut it with me). Are there really 18 million Americans who share the "value" of lying to achieve your ends? I am a 61-year-old, white, college-educated female. I would have loved to see a woman win the Presidency, but not at the expense of simple integrity!

McCain can't remember who we are fighting, let alone what he voted for in the past verses today. He blows where the wind might be popular and then blows back when people start to dislike what he is doing. His advisors have to whisper into his ear when he doesn???t know the answers to some of these tough questions. His foreign policy includes his 5 years as a POW ???way to win there-especially when they told his ass to go home after a year- and he said no-that???s when they tortured him- another win-win!!- for (McSame). You call that foreign policy? I don???t think McCain won the war he was in let alone his situation there- especially if he was captured-that would be embarrassing. Do you think he would do the same to our troops? You call that winning? Oh- and the market tour in Iran rather than the actual battlefield of where he was supposed to go to see if the surge was really working. He has too many senior moments, and his temper is unmanageable. If you have a girlfriend or a wife, or even a sister-he will take the supreme court back to the 50's and even these woman won't have rights-any person who laughs when a McCain supporter calls Hillary or any other female a "bi**h" and does not defend that comment-something is wrong. Tells you a little something about his private life and message. If you can't figure that out, then you have poor judgment. I wouldn't want McCain's finger on any trigger other then the one he will use to flush the toilet at night when he has to go.

The real reasons Obama won:
1. Iowa. A small group of voters wanted the underdog and they chose Obama over Edwards. Without Iowa, Obama's only prominent first win would have been South Carolina.
2. He's back. It's horrible that this statement usually has to be followed with 'I'm not a racist." But Obama's race played a pivotal role his amazing multi-state run. Without the strong support of blacks, that would not have been possible. No matter how you cut it, when a nominee wins 70, 80 or 90 per cent of a the black vote, it's a race thing.
3. Luck. If Florida and Michigan had obeyed the rules or had the other states not shifted demographically in favor of Obama, the outcome would be different.
