Barack Punts on Denial of Michelle Tape

If someone was accusing my wife of saying something racist that was not true, and you asked me in public, I would say emphatically and clearly, ???it is not true.??? So what is Barack???s problem. He was asked about this today and here is his reply:

We have seen this before. There is dirt and lies that are circulated in emails and they pump them out long enough until finally you, a mainstream reporter, asks me about it,??? Obama said to the McClatchy reporter during a press conference aboard his campaign plane. ???That gives legs to the story. If somebody has evidence that myself or Michelle or anybody has said something inappropriate, let them do it.???

Asked whether he knew it not to be true, Obama said he had answered the question.

Huh? Are you kidding me? If it ain???t true say so.

But when a politician tap dances on nuance???Baby it is true. My sources have not backed off. They maintain they have a tape and will drop it on the Dems in the fall. Now if Barack said, ???No, and hell no??? I would be wondering about my sources. But he punted. He went for the weasel word. The non-denial denial.

It also is curious that the Obama folks put out the word that Michelle didn???t say ???WHITEY???. Nope, according to them she said, ???WHY DID HE.??? Hmmmm. Why would you put that out if the recording of the event did not exist? Then you have the frantic scrubbing of Trinity websites. How about efforts to check the video files of Chicago TV stations? Stymied. The local ABC station says they will only give up a video if there is a subpoena.

So, sure looks to me that there a recording of Michelle???s racist rant exists in the hands of folks working to help elect McCain. Obama is hoping they won???t use it. But if you call what he said a denial then you yourself are in a state of (denial that is).

Quite right. Barack Hussein Obama wants to go into the Middle East region and talk with these crazy rogue states and terrorist leaders with "no pre-conditions " while Canadian soldiers fighting the Taliban and Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan are getting killed by IED's and suicide bombers.

This week Ahmadinejad , a terrorist , wanted to speak to the Pope of all people and the Prime Minister of Italy. Needless to say, Ahmadinejad had the door slammed in his face. He is not welcome in Europe because , terrorists and these other heads of state of Islamic nations in the Middle East can't be trusted.
Having talks and brokering a deal has never worked. Its been like this throughout history going back as far as the Romans. The Messiah , Barack Hussein Obama , is totally naive and irresponsible to think he can gain anything by talking to these enemies. This guy has no experience in foreign affairs nor the insight or judgment to even get involved in foreign diplomacy.

It was after they asked if he was BLACK ENOUGH wasn't it? Or are you saying that was never a question from the black community? Didn't the rev even address Hilary was never asked by white people if she was white enough. The rev was pissed. And it does answer the question why he recieveed such a high percentage of the black vote. I GUESS HE WAS BLACK ENOUGH AFTERALL

Newsweek, time, CNN... these people are all the same; Liberal Democratic supports disguised as 'news organizations'. Not a dime's worth of difference between them.

How about some REAL journalism on Obama, rather than this pablum? The guy undoubtedly had good & bad points, but all we see from the MSM is this is ridiculous whitewash of style over substance. News and others of it's ilk are insulting Obama's positives and by ignoring his negatives setting him up a huge fall due to unrealistic expectations.

Not to mention, letting you readership down.

Gee... I went to an urban Philadelphia High School that selected its students (at that time) based upon performance. As a hereditary WASP, I was certainly in a minority, as many other "white" girls spoke Ukranian as their first language, and the rest of the students were African American girls/women.. Many worried over their brothers being inducted into gangs. We studied Latin together. My high school class President was a black woman. The Merit Scholarship and SAT tests had 40-50% of the top scorers among our black classmates. We had more Black Merit Scholars than most elite private high scools had white Merit scholars. Many of my black peers were admitted among the first women to the Ivy League Schools with full scholarships which they fully deserved in 1970. It is so sad that the majority of Americans schooled in my lifetime did not have the opportunity to see just what barriers and stereotypes my generation of Black women had to overcome, yet did, and excelled. I was not as motivated, as the third female from a white family, to compete in academics. I did however thrive upon the atheletic competition provided in making varsity in multiple sports out of the nearly 3,000 girls in the school. Now, my oldest sister (who gave the Latin Speech at her High School Graduation) is a career Ph.D. Geologist with the USGS, my middle sister witnessed the suicide of her friend and brilliant classmate who had become a black female MD, attempting to bear the triple stigma of being a female in a formerly male profession, a black woman in a priviously white profession and responsible for the outcome of life and death decisions in the practice of Medicine. WHEN will Americans quit judging by appearances and shortcuts and begin to appreciate the gifts and contributions of each individual with an allowance for the different environment and culture within which each grew up? I was so torn between the choice of voting for the first black or the first woman, that I skipped the voting booth and went straight to my shift in the Emergency Room at 3 P.M.

If you follow the last posts you will see that there are some horrible, racist, ignorant people who just want to call other people names. Truly a shame.

Obama is not just a symbol of hope for many young black Americans but to all young Americans. I am a black American and proud of his achievements, but we should not over blow it. He is where he is because he was willing to work hard for it. That has been his message. That if you work hard and have hope the sky is the limit to what you can accomplish. I think the message is for both the young and old. Oversea news papers agreed that America made way for Obama because he worked hard for it. Nothing good comes easy.

Ironically, the man who speaks of being an anti-politician, won the nomination using typical politician tactics. Dr. King spoke of being judged on character rather than one's skin color. This primary season did little to advance Dr. King's dream what with 90% of the Black vote going to Obama.

What???s on the Michelle Obama Rant Tape?
Here???s what???s known so far:

The Michelle Obama Rant Tape was filmed between June 26th - July 1st 2004 in Chicago, IL at the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition Conference at Trinity United Church: specifically the Women???s Event.

Michelle Obama appeared as a panelist alongside Mrs. Khadijah Farrakhan and Mrs. James Meeks.

Bill Clinton spoke during the Conference, as did Bill Cosby and other speakers, but not at the panel Michelle attended.

Michelle Obama spoke at the Women???s Event, but referenced Bill Clinton in her rant ??? his presence at the conference was the impetus for her raving, it seems.

For about 30 minutes, Michelle Obama launched into a rant about the evils of America, and how America is to blame for the problems of Africa. Michelle personally blamed President Clinton for the deaths of millions of Africans and said America is responsible for the genocide of the Tutsis and other ethnic groups. She then launched into an attack on ???whitey???, and talked about solutions to black on black crime in the realm of diverting those actions onto white America. Her rant was fueled by the crowd: they reacted strongly to what she said, so she got more passionate and enraged, and that???s when she completely loses it and says things that have made the mouths drop of everyone who???s seen this.

The ???tape??? is a DVD that Trinity United sold on its website, and possibly offered free for download up until March 2008 when Trinity???s site was scrubbed and the DVDs were no longer offered for sale.

This outburst happened just one month before the 2004 Democratic Convention, when Barack Obama delivered the keynote address.

Will Hussein throw his "babies mama" under the bus???? Probably...if there is any room left.
