    And all this talk of energy costs and the slowing of American consumption. There is plenty of blame to go around....Oil Companies reaped unprecedented profits, Credit and Mortgage Companies operating in an unregulated environment with no appreciable impact on their actions. And a war that is costing the United States Billions just so a little boy can impress his Daddy. It all comes down to a "me first" culture, with no thought on the impact of our actions on others. Until, we begin to consider these problems from a global perspective we are each going to tear at the fabric of the other till there will be nothing left to protect us from the cold reality that we have wrought.

    Shocker - all comes back to oil. I remember the predictions being a war should be then next logical step from the desperate have nots. Time for some changes.
