    I don't understand why anyone would even consider the fact that God would tell them to kill them. They are all brainwashed by the strict muslim governments into it. They are all just followers. I tihnk we should put all strict islamicist governments on the list of terror cosponsors. Propoganda. The men at Gitmo want to die, it is their life dream.(????????????) Don't let them fullfill it, let them rot in prison. It would be a great message to send to other terrorist or future terrorist.

      MANY of the men at Gitmo are innocent. Some of them are men with Arab names who happened to be in the US on vacation or legitimate business meetings, and got rounded up without cause after 9/11.

      I agree that the ACTUAL terrorists deserve to be detained, for life. A few of them deserve the death penalty. But FIRST, they must be tried and found guilty. And NEVER at any time can they be tortured. That is against the Geneva Convention, a document signed by the USA and upheld by EVERY president EXCEPT Geo. W. Bush.

    One thing is clear. KSM must never be allowed to go free, even if it takes extra-judicial methods. It pains me to say this, supporter of due process that I am. But, in these cases, the courts should just take their brags and bombast about their roles in the 9/11 or any other terror act, consider that as a confession and use the lethal injection. Criminal confessed, case closed.

    There should be NO PRISONERS at Gitmo, they should have already been hung and placed in a very public place in Iraq for the Terrorist are sure to see WHAT they can expect!!! These people live and breathe violence and NOTHING we could EVER do would change their view and complying with allah's wishes...They do not respect the lives of themselves, their wives, or children...SO, in my view, show them how ugly their brand of RELIGION looks and WE may get their attention...I absolutely refuse to believe the lengths that the US has gone to, in order to meet their religious needs (special diets, no infadels touching)....Hell, to them that is WEAKNESS...Somebody's gotta get some Ba@@@ and deal with these animals in a way that THEY CAN CLEARLY UNDERSTAND..

    I am disagree withe view that the terror on trial,
    they are really prisoner of war and being tried.
    I don;t know they have committed any crime are innocent
    but know trial procedure is not american law.

    As every one know that Millitary commission has new legal value according to the ruling dlivered by the american apex court.
    It comes under the federal court judrisdiction.It is clearly unjustice to amend enact new law for particlar purposes.

    Guantanamo bay prisoners relating to Talban are not terrorist they are prisoner of war because Talban had a formal government in Afghanistan and running the afairs of the government according to islamic laws.

    It is an admitted fact that american defeated them in war and occupied their country.
    Arrested soldiesrs are prisoner of war nor terrorist.Vide the international law in this regard.

    There is justification of trial but not torture or hardboarding for cofession.
    After hardboarding process the man may death or make confession.
    No law of world permitte such heniuos prectice .
    It is not justice absolutely not.

    Comments like the one below are why we will lose the War on Terror. A complete inability to comprehend the intricacies and overlap of modern terrorism, instead replaced with a blind willingness to swallow anything you are told.
    Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is Al-Qaeda which does not operate, despite what you might believe, in Iraq. Therefore him being hung in Iraq would make zero sense and just prove to the Iranians the complete lack of understanding they are up against.

    I agree with the rest of your sentiments. But you want to hang him make sure you do it in Peshawar or Quetta in Pakistan. Then for the first time you might drive home to the thousands of young brainwashed in madrassas planning to infiltrate across to Afghanistan or Kashmir that even if they ascend to the highest levels of seniority they will still die a dogs death, that is if they are not hunted down and killed by trained soldiers within the first month of their operating tenure.
