Obama's victory has numerous implications, and things are going to change right from America to all corners of the world. In America, it is now clear and known by most people that Republicans actually do not have anything good to offer, but have enjoyed so many years of dirty politics and tricks.

If Obama is not able to win in the general elections, we do not have to blame him. Because McCain can only win if and only if (iff) people decide to vote by color, and not by considering things such as intelligence and the content of the message preached.

Obama has changed the way politics is going to be played in America forever. Even if he is not able to win because he is black, his influence will still remain in American politics and generations to come will start talking about common sense and to address real issues instead of following the same old dirty politics of the Republican party that have left many people poor in America.

How on earth can a country like America continue to have many of their citizens deprived of simple health care? This, in fact, is very shameful, and Republicans are to be blamed for this situation as they have run the white house more than the Democrats in the History of America. This should be a challenge to the people of America to throw the Repulican party out of the white house, and to give Obama, a man with clear vision, the chance to steer the affairs of America in the coming years.

    God bless Obama!
    God bless the Democratic Party!
    God bless America!

nuts ,first of all when over 90% of african americans vote for someone they have never heard of as opposed to someone that they have and who has done a lot for them, don't tell me it was not racial on their end ,and secondly how much of no experience do you not understand ,people should be rewarded by the amount of work that is put into their efforts to do good for everyone ,since obama has been in the senate he has done nothing except run for president.

I can not agree with you more, but this is the age of the older experienced person knows nothing and THE NEW YOUNG PERSON KNOWS EVERYTHING THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT LIFE! Little do they know that one day they will be old and I hope to God that they get back what they have done to the older person out there trying to make a living. May god be with them when they get old and the next young person wants to KICK them to the curb.

Who ever thinks that manchurian canidate osama obama is good for this country needs to get there heads looked at! al i have to say is: he won't go to iraq cuz he will have to admit it is going good, its called diniability if you dont really know whats going on, you can bash the heck out of it!

NO HE CAN'T, F**K OSAMA OBAMA!!!!!!!

      • Posted By: Factarereal @ 06/09/2008 3:52:19 PM

Hahahahaa............LOL..............It is time to think about important things. I am wondering why and old man like McCain cannot say any sensible thing to Americans and is arguing on the number of times he has visited IRAQ. Obama is asking him to visit American cities to assess the situation. Average Americans are facing hardships. People don't have insurance, and this old man is not talking about those things.

        • Posted By: Joe Z. @ 06/09/2008 6:00:52 PM

You use the phrase "Manchurian Candidate." I do not think it means what you think it means.

In the novel "The Manchurian Candidate", an American soldier becomes a prisoner of war in Asia in the middle of the 20th century and is subsequently brainwashed. I'm thinking that description applies a lot more to McCain than Obama.

Last time i checked Mccain has been visiting american cities (he has to to its called campaining -duh!) and they all say the same thing: Please do not let that Osama win the election! His middle name is hussian for gods sake! would we ever elect anyone with the middle name hitler? didnt think so. Plus his DAD was even american! i dont konw about the rest of you but i am not going to vote for someone who's dad wasn't even a american!

It is too bad that so many people are against freedom, or just simply don't understand what gave them the freedom to have tremendous opportunity in the world. There is a "Right" and a "Wrong" kind of change you can vote for on election day. I don't believe most men are ready to walk down the street in dresses, nor are the women ready to cover their faces. Everyone wants change, but seriously be concerned about what kind of change you get, because the wrong choice WILL make a difference and there won't be time to correct it.

John McCain is the leader we need for the White House. Having lived in Arizona for 12 years, Mr McCain isn't afraid of making choices that might be unpopular with Congress, Republicans or Democrats. McCain was a prisoner of war during Vietnam so his experience with the military is unquestionable. I cannot say that Obama has that experience. Being a woman, and having spent 20 years in the Army I always valued military opinions over civilians when it came to military business. Civilians who have never spent a day in uniform have no idea what sacrafices the men and women who fight for this country go through, not to mention their families. I would supporft a woman President, but I don't think Hillary would have ever been my choice. I believe the best choice for a woman President or for that matter Vice President would be Condolesa Rice. Ms. Rice has the experience needed to move this country in the right direction along with John McCain whether the war continues or we seek diplomatic solutions. Don't get me wrong, I am a Republican but I vote for who I believe is the best candidate, not necessarily whose party they belong to. Americans will make that decision and whoever wins the White House will have a huge job on their hands. Not only with the war, but with the economy, unemployment, gas prices, healthcare and job outsourcing. I only hope that whoever wins listens to the people and not just their advisors. May be if we get the lobbists out of Washington, the money needed for our wounded warriors care , military equipment, family care, and Veterans programs would get to the people who need it instead of being spent on pork barrel programs. My hope is that whoever wins will see that we need programs that support Americans in the job market and in education for our future generations. We need to build things right here in America and sell to Americans. Nafta needs to be revised so our exports into other countries are closer to what we allow from countries like China, and Mexico to import into our country. I pray that God looks over whoever wins. Yes I still believe in God and the pledge of allegience and whoever came up with taking prayer out of schools ought to be deported.

being a prisoner of war does not mean you have good judgement about war accually it means the opposite in decision making ,and do you really want a president that is still seeing a shrink for mental problems and he treats his wife cindy like crap

People need to read more about John McCain and his treatment of women. He treated his first wife (who was a tall, swimsuit model) horribly after finding her less attractive after her near-fatal wounds. She underwent several operations, most to save her life and limbs - leaving her in a wheelchair, crippled and four inches shorter than the "trophy wife" he had once known. Within one month of divorcing he was married to Cindy - another "trophy wife" - one who could help buy his way into his senate seat and who keeps her assets to herself so John McCain can receive a $58,000 per year income from the government while he and Bush are against giving our current service men and women even the most modest of benefits - like an opportunity to get a higher education. John McCain is not an honorable man - he is one of the lowest of the low as far as how he treats women, including the horrible words he has used against his own wife.

        • Posted By: onepoker @ 06/10/2008 5:53:40 PM

He would get his Pension even if he combined his assets with his wifes. As soon as you have a tape of him mistreating a woman Id like to hear it. and calling another senator a bad name doesn't count. Im glad you guys can dig back to 1970 something to find dirt on how he treated his first wife im sure its substantiated by people speaking off the record. Has anyone actually asked her how she was treated? Its funny I don't recall seeing her on MSNBC spilling all this it must be a former aid speaking annomously to George Soros crack reporters.

      • Posted By: onepoker @ 06/10/2008 5:47:52 PM

Being a prisoner of war doesn't qualify you for anything but his conduct as a prisoner of war proves his character is far superior to most men. There is some Anti Mccain stuff out there about him doing this or that but the people who served with him consider him an honorable man and thats enough for me. As for how he treats his wife and ex wife lets see the proof on that. I know he has adopted children from other parts of the world whom he shares his home and his love with. I know his wife stands by him and I have never heard her complain about him. Quit pushing crap like its gospel truth and start finding reliable sources before you accuse a man of doing something he hasn't done. As for a psychologist I don't know if he sees one or not but hes released his medical records and they didn't indicate he has any psychological problems.

sharenews, Joe Lieberman would NEVER be Obama's Veep. He's the one helping the GOP to spread the muslim rumors about Barack for McCain. Don't have the wed address, but I read it on the Huffington Post website.

    • Posted By: Huachuca @ 06/10/2008 8:02:46 AM

Seabro - Isn't the Huffpost owned by Soros also? That might explain it. Show us proof as you Hussein supporters like to tell us...
Check the L.A. Times for this muslim "rumor" you speak of.
If the man has bodyguards from the "Fruit of Islam", what is America supposed to think. I guess the Secret Service wasn't good enough.

      • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/10/2008 5:45:14 PM

"Isn't the Huff post owned by Soros also? That might explain it." Explain what? No true journalist can say anything positive about Obama because it just isn't there? What about the Phil Cummings, Sean Hannity and Colmes adherents of Fox News that you Repubs LOVE to quote and refer to? Are they unbiased journalists? I think not. Their conservative news just called Obama's 'fist bump" a "terrorist jab," something MANY teens and youth (who are not in gangs) across the country do. Why is your source better/more reputable than mine? If the L.A. Times started reporting something positive about Obama, would you then start questioning it's ownership as well? LOL

      • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/10/2008 4:59:25 PM

Huachuca, the Fruit of Islam also protect Christian churches in their communities. Please try to educate yourself before you post. I don't know if secret service is good enough or not, or if he is in fact, using Fruit of Islam, but I DO know that UCC is not a muslim church. You can't have it both ways, why didn't he listen to Rev. Wright more in the 23 years of attendance to know what he was saying in that CHRISTIAN church, and leave sooner, AND he's a muslim. And when/if black pres., what do you think? Is Secret Service enough? Why does Obama have to change his entire name just to appease white racists that he is not a muslim (he didn't name himself, and he's a junior Barack Hussein Obama, JR.)? And learn to read, it's s e b r 01stl, not seabro.

McCain and Lieberman would be great together, I have been hoping for this since I heard McCain was running. They are like best friends and work great together. A republican and democrat running together would be a dream ticket!!!

      • Posted By: sharenews @ 06/10/2008 1:42:48 AM

Citron, I think Leiberman is an Independent, no? But either way, if you believe that strongly in that match it probably doesnt matter. Im and Independent still trying to find out more about the candidates on Presidential ticket and am looking forward in time to see who they all pick for a VP to run with them.

        • Posted By: citron16 @ 06/10/2008 2:54:45 AM

Lieberman was a democrat but lost the primary election in Connecticut, then in the election he choose to run as an independant and won. Lieberman and McCain have always been really good friends. lieberman is backing McCain for president, and just the other day was saying something against Obama saying stuff about Iran and Isreal . I just think it would be really great if McCain asked Lieberman to be his running mate against Obama. I too am more of an independant I vote for who I like, But I have to say I do not like what Obama stands for. I live in Chicago and I know Obama has done nothing as Senator and I think there are alot of other Senators in this country that would deserve a chance to be president. Plus I don't like the people Obama is friends with. That is why I am looking forward to find out who McCain will pick as a running mate.

          • Posted By: sharenews @ 06/10/2008 5:54:28 AM

Thanks for explaining. Yeah, usually those who have a candidate running from their state know them best. In our state of MA, Romney went from running the Olympics and getting his name on the ballot to get elected in MA to become governor he almost immediately turned it over to his luitenant governor in charge at that time. An real opportunist..

    • Posted By: sharenews @ 06/10/2008 1:54:14 AM

Hi there, okay, maybe cuz it is late? But I am scratching my head trying to figure out how you got the idea that I thought that Leiberman being VP on Obamas ticket was even an option I was entertaining. If I gave you that impression, which I , after revisiting my statements below, I am sorry, but that is one crazy ticket even before you thru in the Muslim association that Leiberman is supposedly spreading or not.

    • Posted By: sharenews @ 06/10/2008 1:29:02 AM

Really, I couldnt picture the two of them on the same ticket either way. But didnt hear anything about that regarding Leiberman. Huh.

Oh c'mon , you have to admit it was a good gaffe on Obamas part in those 2 videos captured by the media.. Hey, how could I not post that after continually hearing about McCain being so old to be President, his misstatements, etc. What is good for the Gander is good for the OTHER Gander I figure. And I am neither a McCain supporter or Obama supporter (or Bob Barr) supporter yet. I gotta lot of thinking to do before Fall so Ive taken it upon myself to pursue various resources in the meantime given I cant obtain any food for thought about either candidate given the ongoing bashing that takes place in an overwhelming amount of blogs depending on what site Im on and what article Im blogging on.

        • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/10/2008 5:36:36 PM

I'm sorry, sharenews, but your anti-Obama bias is quite evident in your posts. Any time anything positive is posted on him by bloggers, you counter it with something negative that you post about him. You don't do the same for wither HRC or McCain, and you can't say that they don't have their share of supporters in these blogs. if you were truly just trying to get a feel for how the majority of these posters felt, you would just take the posts at their face value. Your attempts to "even out" the discussions on these blogs, from a slant that you feel is more in favor of one candidate over others, is transparent. If you were truly an objective observer, looking to get info to compare on the candidates, you wouldn't base your analysis on the blogs in the first place (you'd look up reputable website addresses, go to wikipedia, go to the candidates' own websites, etc.), and you certainly wouldn't be contributing negative info (or positive, for that matter), on ANY of the candidates. You'd just get a sense of the climate from the posts already here. Are you looking for someone to give you a good reason to support Obama when you don't want to, or are you looking for confirmation to support McCain?

Let me begin by saying I have voted republican in every presidential election since the 70's. Even though I deeply respect Mr. McCain, I will not vote for him for President. George W. Bush got my vote, but I wish it were not true. He has torn down any chance the GOP will have to compete in this election by his underhanded ways and mis-directed programs. Once the entire world respected the USA for our "right" way of handling problems (i.e. no torture of prisoners). We are no longer respected for this because of waterboarding and other poor treatment of the POW's in our control.

I really think "W" started out with the right mindset, but got misled by Cheney and others, then attempted to cover up the errors and lies with more of the same. Our economy is in a shambles while the rest of the world is prospering enormously. Oil barons were rewarded by our current administration (check the holders of oil contracts in the futures marketover the last few years....it is not a futures bet if you already know the outcome before you buy).

Some of Obama's policies are too far to the left for me, but I will vote for him anyway because I can no longer trust the GOP or anything it stands for, thanks to "W". He has ruined the Republican chances for the immediate future and guaranteed that most of the voters that come of age over the next several years will vote the Democrat ticket. Yeah, I know what some of you will say...but I DON'T CARE...no WAY I will vote Republican again anytime soon....And..Obama will win states that haven't voted the Democrat ticket in over 30 years...largely because most Americans (read the Bush approval rating of under 30%) are sick and tired of deceit and lies. These votes are not for Obama or against McCain....They are anti Bush.

    • Posted By: onepoker @ 06/10/2008 5:35:28 PM

You know Bush isn't running dont you? and Mccain has been a thorn in his side his whole presidency. You shouldn't vote against someone you should vote for someone if you can't do that stay home. By the way I am a bush supporter. who is voting for Mccain to save my country from the Obamanator who will gut us like a stuck pig squander whats left of our wealth on social programs and lose us the war in Iraq.

I want to know why is it that blacks have to be called 'African Americans'?? You are either Ameriacn or you are African!! You can't be both! Who do you hold your allegiance to..... America or Africa?? There are no German Americans, or British Americans etc. Is this not a play on racism and the racial card??

    • Posted By: bcrawf2033 @ 06/09/2008 11:06:12 AM

The terms "Blacks" and "African Americans" are just some of the labels Caucasian Americans have pinned on us. Latino, Native and Asian Americans too! We are all Americans, and that's what many of us prefer. Especially since some of us have sacrificed our lives to preserve the freedoms all Americans enjoy regardless of our race, national origin etc. I'm a disabled veteran who loves this country, gave it 20 years of my life and made many sacrifices. I've proved my patriotism with service to my country. On the battlefield, all blood runs red. Racial division is still present in America because some people are just too pathetic to let it go.

      • Posted By: onepoker @ 06/10/2008 5:28:53 PM

Sir you are a great American! even though I will be voting for Mccain I want you to know that I respect your service and respect you as a person that is more than entitled to your vote. Hopefully some day racism will be as foreign to our grand kids as Slavery is to us today. They will read the history books and Mccain really ended racism? Just kidding This is a historical moment and win or lose I believe Obama has contributed a great deal to race relations in this country and will contribute for years to come. I may disagree with him and the Obamabots but I can't fault his optimism or his galliant attempt to put race aside and win on his merits as a man.

Mccain 08 (even though that last post may not have sounded that way)

This is why the term blacks is used to describe us.

Obama is not blasck he is half white 49percent arab and the rest is african.
He is not black, so stop using the term black to describe him.
Call him cacusian or Arab, but not black.

      • Posted By: MG of IL @ 06/09/2008 1:56:40 PM

        Pramono-

Barack Obama is of a Black (father Kenyan) and White (mother from Kansas) background. To be called an "Arab" one would have to be born in that region - the Middle East . Being born to an African man who happened to convert to the Muslim faith does not make Barack Obama an Arab or a Muslim.

His father added Hussein to his name after he converted to his newfound faith. The name was later handed down much like our names are handed down - he could not help what his name would be - and you really need to understand what and who you are talking about.

Call him cacusian or Arab, but not black. He is a strong believer in Marxism (see all his close friends) and a strong supporter of Muslims, especially Arabs (after all he is 49% Arab).

He has a middle name that was given to his father and then passed down. He is not an "Arab", but of African (father from Kenya) and American (mother from Kansas). Also, any person being born bi-racial is considered "Black" - not that this is politically correct. It is and has always been fact. Michelle Obama is a Black American and deserves to be treated with respect, too.

Obama's father is African, not Arabic. He is not 49 % or even 1% Arabic. He is half Black, half white. If he was a Marxist, he wouldn't be running for president, he would be trying to overthrow the Government, through revolution.

The White House (the building) will always be white. It does not matter what color or racial group our leaders hail from as long as they provide good leadership, sound judgment, a good foreign policy, and exhaust all means of diplomacy before sending my grandson or granddaughter off to war. If Senator Obama's skin color bothers you, then you need to examine yourself to find out why you feel that way. There are undesirable people in every racial group. Substance? McCain NEEDS to get some particularly for his policies or lack their of when someone say they dont know much about the economy thats NOT someone with substance and when someone gives a speech in which they talk about the historical aspects of things a long with how it needs to change thats someone with substance. So if McCain thinks that he is going to show that Obama lacks substance let him try. Hilary tried the same fatal mistake. He has more substance than either of them. If they want to beat him they need to go after him in an intelligent manner and stop with the cheap attacks on his race his name him not being America. Cause those arent going to work. His character has remained stable his platform has not change he has remained consistent throughout. The danger in that for McCain is the longer he remains consistent the more convincing he becomes to Americans that this man is who he says he is. I have a feeling that McCain is the one who is NOT showing his real self to America and when they see it which I bank they will they will be in for a rude awakening as far as who he is. These town hall meetings he want to have with Obama may be his undoing.

    • Posted By: onepoker @ 06/10/2008 5:15:18 PM

The difference between Hillary debating substance and Mccain debating substance is Mccains differs from Obama. It was hard for Hillary to prove Obama was an empty vessel because whenever she brought up a new idea he could agree with her and tell the audience how important it was that they work together for these goals. When Mccain brings up an idea Obama better have some ideas of his own or he will get slaughtered you can't jsut agree with the republicans and dismiss us like he did Hillary.

I have a grave concern about both candidates. Not once have I read a comment about the importance of education that can be attributed to either McCain or Obama. After reading many comments on these sites, it becomes increasingly clear that instruction in spelling, grammer, punctuation and sentance structure is sadly lacking by many people.

There are those who yell (we used to call them AOLers way back when) by using all caps, there are others who have learned to take the caps lock off, but are unable to navigate the shift key, and still others who think that a sentance should include as many thoughts as their little minds can muster.

While teaching the fine art of written communication, let's not forget to include a class (or five) on how to agree/disagree with another's point of view without resorting to name calling, obscene remarks and simply calling the other person "stupid".

When are the candidates going to discuss how to help these children that have obviously "been left behind"?

    • Posted By: Kboogie @ 06/10/2008 4:19:42 PM

Good point, Border. Education should be in the "top 3" amongst the economy and Iraq. Actually, if you google "Obama on Education", you'll be happy to find that his stance on the issue is one of his great concerns.

      • Posted By: bella12 @ 06/10/2008 4:59:00 PM

I think you can count on Barack when it comes to Education. He was a community organizer early on and you can bet he's been up close and personal with what inner cities need. The problem with education is the money it takes to make even the smallest changes. i can remember representing some school maintenance workers and had no problem getting a decent pay increase when we bargained with the Board. A small group of people next to the many hundreds of teachers. A small increase for the teachers cost millions. Every time a School Board decides to reduce class size, they end up backing off when they have to increase the taxes. it's all aqbout being reelected., even on the local level. we used to have teacher aides in some of the classrooms, now they rely on volunteers, many times they're the grandparents.

tippology1, we have heard your kind of excuses before. They are the kind that usually mean you just don't want to support Obama because of the color of his skin. Your references to Obama's alleged arrogance (i.e. uppity) and "no experience" (he has as much or more than ole Abe Lincoln) are telltale signs of where you are really coming from. For the sake of us all, please get past your old, tired prejudices.

    • Posted By: onepoker @ 06/10/2008 4:49:52 PM

Did you guys all get the same pamphlet saying Lincoln had no experience? I ve seen it like 7 times and I recall lincoln was an accomplished attorney who ran for several offices unsuccessfully but eventually became a senator and then went on to the presidency. Don't take this wrong but I think he was more than a community activist I think he actually held a real Job. Even if he didn't do all that Do you think our standards might change for a presidents prior accomplishments in a hundred and fifty years.

    • Posted By: tippology1 @ 06/09/2008 11:51:05 AM

my excuse is reality my friend and its happening. You should vote on experience and not a trend that is happening. What will happen when people get tired of this trend and they want something else. do your homework and stop looking at first impressions.

No tipper, it's you. You've been writing in the "almost a blatant racist" style all along. It's not clever sweetie. It's about on par with "Hussein" and "Osama" on the "I get it" scale of stupid. Why even play that game - it's not funny, witty or true. Idiot.

      • Posted By: cjgrantjr @ 06/09/2008 1:35:09 PM

It seems to me that you're the only one on here who hasn't done your homework.. Sad. And you actually get to cast a freakin' vote. How about you read a few books and then come back to us with some actual knowledge instead of this viral fodder you're spewing to us on here.

he was appointed captain but apparently he accrued enough points getting injuries from rope burns trying to get the boat undocked that he was awarded a purple heart called a hero and sent home at which time he promptly threw three key chains over the white house fence and yelled keep my medals!

Noe has brought up the issue of the prospecrtive first ladys yett I find this odd. The first lady is a HUGE figure in our sociey I must admitt I know very little about Mrs. McCain or Mrs.Obama. Any thoughts?

    • Posted By: mcleodmn @ 06/09/2008 6:59:54 PM

If you like women that allow their husband to call them a c*nt, than you like Mrs. McCain.

      • Posted By: Marc Berry @ 06/09/2008 7:15:43 PM

I am not saying Mr McCain did not call his wife a C ord as my mother calls it but I would like to know the source of your info. Can you prove that your information came from a reliable source??

        • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/10/2008 4:41:41 PM

I thought it was Carol Schepp McCain, cast aside wife# 1, but it was Barbie Doll wife#2, the current Mrs. McCain, Cindy Lou Hensley McCain, that he referred to in such a derogatory manner during his 1992 Senate bid, after she mentioned his thinning hair! https://clipmarks.com/clipmark/8DF33D7F-079B-48C5-AE9A-4712AD46D004/, culled from https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/04/07/report-mccains-profane-ti_n_95429.html, and again, http://rawstory.com/news/2008/McCain_temper_boiled_over_in_92_0407.html.

The Real McCain, a book by Cliff Schecter has a surprising little anecdote regarding McCain and his infamous temper.

???Three reporters from Arizona, on the condition of anonymity, also let me in on another incident involving McCain???s intemperateness. In his 1992 Senate bid, McCain was joined on the campaign trail by his wife, Cindy, as well as campaign aide Doug Cole and consultant Wes Gullett. At one point, Cindy playfully twirled McCain???s hair and said, ???You???re getting a little thin up there.??? McCain???s face reddened, and he responded, ???At least I don???t plaster on the makeup like a trollop, you ***.??? McCain???s excuse was that it had been a long day. If elected president of the United States, McCain would have many long days.???

It has not been confirmed or denied by McCain but lets just say you won't find this story on Fox News.

            unnamed sources are worthless.

You took the words out of my mouth. I have asked for a source quite a few times when I see blogs that make this claim of McCain having said the C word in public to his wife and I never received an answer. Maybe you will have better luck.

He has been asked repeatedly and simply will not deny it.

If you didn't say that to your wife but were accused of it, wouldn't you want to put that to rest? But if you did in front of witnesses, and you were running for POTUS, you'd probably keep your mouth shut, too.

I dought it people usually gett upset when they here somthing they don't like but instead of doing the work aka research they would rather sling mudd. Politics is like like sausage if you enjoy it you should'nt watch how they make it lol.

Marc - Google micHELLes senior thesis. This will give you an idea of her thoughts on this country. And I hear a cool video of her thoughts will be popular pretty soon...
Can't tell you much about Cindy, only heard her talk once. I can say it was a little more classy than micHELLes "Proud" speech.

We are way, way overdue to make a proper exit from the religious dispute in Iraq. We have placed our troops in between two factions who are arguing over an event in a family over 1000 years ago. Some sort of crap about a kid who wasn't accepted in a family. His descendants still want to kill those who descended from the kid who was favored. We are dishonoring our troops by placing them in between the participants in this family argument. There is no honor in this war.
We were led into this mess by a president who had no idea about what was involved. He was led to do this by people who had been trying for some years to get another war started there for whatever devious reasons nobody knows. You could tell that it was fake by the continually changing reasons for being there. One of the latest and most ludicrous of all is "staying there to honor those who have already died there".
The incompetence of this harks back to World War One, which started about as foolishly as this one, again because the people at the top in Europe were too egotistical and foolish to take the simple measures that would have made it unnecessary. Millions of troops did needlessly.
We will not take this any longer. It is time to get out and the American people know it. Just watch the vote and you will see. Mc Cain will ride this horse over the cliff.

Good Comment, Letts face it public schools suck.Just as much now as they did when I graduated. 1990. to be exact. Class size then averaged about 35 students. Drugs were unheard of. I can not imagine what kids in todays public schools have to deal with.

About the polls. how much of a fudge factor are they going with this year? 2% percent pluss or minus just wondering. And what about the college kids who always make a prediction and are usually corect. Which school was that anyway?
