Clinton, Obama, McCain - all of America should be asking where we can get a job that pays almost 200k a year with benefits, take as much time off as we want traveling around the country courting another job and not lose anything in the process. You win you go to the WH, you lose you go back to the Senate to finish out your term on our dime- what a racket. Only in Washington DC- a place where millionarires sit in their ivory towers worrying about low flow toilets and shower heads. Whatever happened to public servant, the talk nowadays is all about power brokers. Go figure.

I am terribly disappointed in the irresponsible journalism of Newsweek. Depression is a serious medical issue and should not be used to sell magazines. As an African American and a well-educated woman, either of the two candidates were a win-win situation for me. Unfortunately, as a life-long democrat , I could never be more disgusted by the misogyny of the biased media posing as objective journalists or more ashamed of the DNC coup. All I can say is that many of my "sisters" shall REMEMBER come NOVEMBER.

I'm sorry, as a woman I am extremely offended by the implication that she was treated differently by the media because she was a woman. Hillary Clinton does not know what sexism feels like--forget Nancy Pelosi, SHE is the most powerful woman in the Senate. Hillary Clinton was first lady then was ASKED by Rangal to run for NY Senator. If she'd walk in my shoes (as well as the millions of other women crying sexism) they would know what REAL sexism is. In my occupation, women are only ALLOWED to hold a position for fear of being sued for discrimiation (FACT). Try keeping a straight face when some old, smelly fat cat tell you (to your face): woman do not belong in my field? She's never had to deal with that and she never will. Now THAT is sexism.

Hillary has much to be proud of. She gained the popular vote and to me that is what should have been considered. All voters deserve to know their votes count. Not just the deligate's votes. There is no shame for Hillary. When the next fours years are messed up and our country is in decline I pray for Hillary to run again and WIN. It is shame we have to go though four more years of our country going down hill. Either way we vote this time we are in for a mess.

Who are you people? There needs to be a major change on who gets to write articles for news magazines. This is the most stupid article I have read yet in Newsweek. I got it off the MSN website--so I think I'm going to change my home page from MSN to something else. This article belongs (if it belongs at all anywhere,,except in the trash) in something like the National Enquirer or Star Magazine. Or that tabloid that always features two-headed monsters, or 300 pound babies born from tiny-sized mothers. Maybe we should require licenses for people who write news articles like we do for doctors, lawyers, and real estate brokers. Then maybe we'd have real news stories that are objective and intelligent being written.

I do hope the Senator Obama would be forced or feel obliged to chose Hillary as his VP. Too many malicious antics by her and Bill. I feel that she stil want revenge and will do everything to have the last laugh. She will set him up to fail even after he's in the White House

i agree with some of whats written by the readers ,and in some cases a lot of what the readers write. i think she is a very strong person ,a great mother and i would have to say a loyal wife. i wonder how many of us would have been able to withstand all that's been said good or bad about every phase of our life?if she needed some time (a few days) to come down to the reality of losing ,so be it..if anything Sen.Obama learned a lot from her both good and bad, but why would anyone think that a problem..As far as his being under the thumb of boss Daley/d Axelrod and his status as a non lobbyist in Il.Whereas he forced to register as 1 in N.Y.
where he couldn't get away with It.I personally will now support him ,but im more concerned about his ties with the boss es of the democratic party leaders who seem to screw up all the existing screwups that we r stuck with as they seem to be more concerned with hearing themselves vs us.Last but not least are the most incredible idiotic things said by some reporters because they think it hasnt been said so they will twist it around to get u to tune in .people like rush and Coulter are just funny and i feel sorry for them as they are stuck w/ith themselves regardless of how they badmouth those who dont agree w/them.Then we have an absolute Archie reject that time warner needs to drop before he takes down a network ,oh yeah his name is "what can i find to say negative about the clintons.", Jack Cafferty..Mr Blitzer i dont know what you did to deserve him but with all the positive changes that cnn has done to become a better station ,someone missed cafferty ,who i feel sorry for as he is someone who should be asked to move or get fired as he is worse then obnoxious ,he is a complete joke and an embarrasment to the show.

it would be a shame if senator Obama is forced to accept illary Clinton as VP. She cannot be trusted and I believe that because she did not win she would set him up to fail even when he's in the White House. She still wants to have the last laugh. She should not be forgotten but also not forgiven for her outragous behaviour during the campaign.
